I sent in a for a 200 dollar card rebate October of 2021 an dam still waiting late February 2020. They use every excuse in the book. There custome service is attrocious and they blame everything on the 2 year pandemic. They have a rebate tracker that says the funds have been put o the card but they never mail the card.
Always the best prices. Shipping is super quick. I never find better deals anywhere else for my prescription. I scour the internet for hours, believe me, you'll save lots of headache and time. Lens.com is the BEST!

Had topic lens on order for 20 days and only thing CS can do is read off a computer screen. So called supervisor didn't even know, think, or understand how to contact supplier who has delayed shipment. DON'T EVER TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR BUSINESS!

I requested that the lenses be TINTED, but they delivered CLEAR lenses. This will make them difficult to handle.

Started out shaky, but once I finally got in contact with a representative that had clue what was happening with my order. She fixed everything quick and easily. COVID is over, please fix your telephone response issues. I mean it took me 4 days to reach a competent representative.

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
