The rebate center doesn't provide information If they are missing anything. It just lets the rebate expire so you never receive. What is the point when everything is done online. They have everything they need since it wasn't purchased at a store. This rebate process should be much easier. Using the mail is seriously outdated. Learn from Home Depot the whole process is online no sending paper through the mail. Works perfect.

I don't like that you have a service charge that is not shown or communicated until I go to check out and then the price is higher than what is in the original price quote. This is a very bad practice and I will be buying my contacts elsewhere in the future.
The rebate they promise is a scam, when you send in the form they reject it and make up reasons around sending shipping labels and other excuses until the time runs out. Don't get sucked in!

The bad news is I have never received the $40 rebate as promised. It's been 13 weeks since I received my lenses. I will be getting ahold of the BB bureau in a email to report.

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
