I ordered lens on 1/6/2022 and have yet to receive the promised $100 prepaid VISA card. I am continually told that it is in process but due to the global economy it is taking longer than normal. A prepaid VISA card has nothing to do with economics! I will never order from this company again.
This company is terrible. First off their rebate process is a bait & switch, set up to make it as difficult as possible to receive your rebate. As much as the website looks like you print and mail the rebate form, you can't even print it until they unlock the print button well after receiving your order, meaning you have to continually log into your account to see if they've unlocked it. My money is that most people, having to jump through these hoops, will forget about it, significantly reducing the time window before it expires or, more than likely, missing the deadline altogether.
The more significant grievance I have is that I ordered a year's supply of monthly contacts, and on month 8, I opened one only to find it torn. I had this happen several years ago with a different supplier, and they promptly sent me a replacement lens with no problem. When I called lens.com customer service, they said sorry, you're past your 30 guarantee! So I guess they believe you should tear open every one of your year's supply and inspect each one!? Expecting you to do this is ridiculous! Avoid this company at all costs! You may save some money if you manage to jump through all their rebate hoops, but their customer service will leave you hanging if you have a problem.
Should be easier to get the rebate. Like once package is received we should be able to take a picture and upload instead of mailing in information.

Last year (2021), I ordered contact lens via lens.com and it took them 8 months to process the rebate. Check out the complaint website to see how many people complaining about not getting the rebate. Then in May this year, I ordered another 4 boxes of contact lens right before my vacation. I didn't mail the rebate form right away until I'm back. By the time I'm about to mail the rebate form, I noticed they changed the rebate policy. It used to mail the form along with the invoice. Now they require you to cut the bar code from the box to mail it. I have already used one box and threw it away. I was told I can't get any rebate because of that even though they have all the proof and order number to show that I did buy 4 boxes. What a shame! If they change how they handle rebate policy, they should notify their customers upfront.
I ordered two boxes of contacts from lens.com. It turned out that my doctor had a scribe error in my prescription. I opened one box not knowing they were wrong. Called lens and was told that I could not return the open box but gave me an RMA to return the sealed box. My total order was for 137.00. When I returned the one box lens.com several weeks later received an email where I had been credited 23.00 after fees. Never again will I or my wife use Len.com. I'll stick with 1 800-contacts.

Don't do business with this company. I place an order in January and April. Both of the orders came it's rebates. One was for $90, and the second one was for $130. They still haven't sent my rebates..
The main reason that I ordered from Lens.com was for the $60 rebate. I'm still waiting with no help from the customer service, their response is they are backed up. It's been over 6 months. I will never order from Lens.com again and would not recommend them.
Ive used lens.com for years and never had an issue. However, I recently ordered four boxes of contacts, two for right eye and two for left. Two boxes were the wrong prescription. I coordinated with them and sent them back. They sent me the correct prescription and charged me an extra $49.15. I reached out to them twice asking why the charge, they failed to respond either time. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and they have failed to respond to that as well. Totally disappointed that they effectively stole my money. I will never use them again.
My review "does not" concern the receipt of the contact lens order as it was received timely and I am satisfied with the contacts.
My reason for ordering from Lens.com was the $100 rebate being offered at the time. Their advertisement stated rebate turn around of 16 weeks. It has now been 6+ mos. And still NO REBATE mailed to me. I have reached out to them via the Live Chat feature and have been told on 2 occasions that there are delays in processing, apologies etc., but no definitive answer when the rebate will be forth coming and thanks for my patience. I would be hesitant to re-order my contacts from them again in the future due to the REBATE issue. I was provided an email address by the LIVE CHAT representative for complaints etc., I emailed them and a response is pending. Just giving this review as a heads up regarding receipt of any rebates being offered.
Ordered contacts in December 2021 and still waiting for the Visa rebate card and it's June 2022. First time I contacted them I was told they were 6 weeks behind due to the pandemic. Reach out to them today and it's an additional 12+ weeks. Was told they're behind 12+ weeks now due the pandemic and mail delays. What a joke! At this point I will be surprised if I EVER receive it.
Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
