Lens.com is fast and easy to use. It's nice to be able to save a prescription so when you order again it's already there. The prices are also really good.
It is odd that taxes and surcharges are so high that it negates the rebates you offer, with no explanation on why it is so high. Also a rebate that is also on a card and not money backā¦. Feels so scammy.

Lens.com used to be a reputable company. Ordered from them in the past and never had a problem... BUT this year I ordered 4 boxes of contacts that are advertised as $10.49 per box after rebate. What they did not disclose up front was a $82 & change "tax & processing fee" REALLY, $82.00? (It is hidden down at the bottom of the shipping page which they gleefully told me about when I called them,.) So with this "fee" my contacts end up being the original cost of $31 per box AFTER THE REBATE & not the $10.49 which is boldly advertised on the Acueview 2 home page. Customer service was not helpful at all and said that's the price (after trying unsuccessfully to convince me that I was wrong. You got me this time Lens.com but never again. You lost a good customer and I will tell anyone who will listen to me about my experience with your company's deceptive policy.
Ordered contacts only to discover they charge $200 in hidden fees. You will not see it as you build the order or when submitting the order or on the confirmation email receipt. There is a middle process where you have to scroll down to the bottom to see a processing/tax charge. I contacted customer service and they claimed part of the charge went to sales tax but if that were the case, they would have to itemize it. Also, since I'm out of state, that I doubt they would go through the trouble of charging me and then sending the payment to my state. Apparently the bulk of the $200 fee is for obtain the product form the manufacturer and processing from their warehouse. They intentionally hide the fee and will lie if you ask about it. Check BBB reviews and you'll see they have an F rating with no responses from the business, meaning they don't care.
Some of the lenses in the box are great. Some uncomfortable after only 1 or 2 uses. It's as if defective contacts are mixed in with the good ones.

The price they advertise is not what you will pay. They more than double what is advertised with 'handling fees'. Seems like there shouldn't be $105 worth of 'handling' for 4 boxes of contacts that they advertise for $20 per box.
Customer service is rude and obnoxious. I'll pay more elsewhere rather than giving this company another cent.
Lens.com is running a pricing scam that the FTC should look into. They offer prices that beat competitors once you factor in rebates. However, given that you will likely never receive the rebate, you end up actually being ripped off. I'm waiting 27 weeks for a $120 rebate that should have taken 8-10 weeks. There is no recourse. Customer service places the blame on the "VISA card processor" who are responsible for mailing the debit card, assuring me that if i continue to wait, the rebate will arrive. In turn the card processor blames "global raw material supply chain delays" for the delay in mailing the card. Given that the status shows that the card has already been loaded, I can only imagine there is a shortage of USPS postage stamps. Yeah right!
Always loved ordering from Lens.com great rebate offer never an issue. Now have been waiting since Dec 2021 for my rebate and all I get as a response is they are backlogged. My rebate is loaded to the Visa card and all ready to be mailed and it is just sitting there. Will no longer order from them.
Why have a mail in rebate when you can directly apply it online.

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
