I love my contacts! Good fitting, they are the right ones. Color met my expectations.
I ordered +4.50 and received - 4.50. I called and spoke to a snotty jerk who insisted that I send the wrong ones back before sending the correct lenses. What am I supposed to do in the meantime? #1. They knew and could see that they sent the wrong ones; there fault. #2 I have sent in for the rebate many times and never got one, not one time. I sent the wrong ones back for a refund and have not received the money. I now have a new and much better company to buy from.

My contacts shipped way later than the promised shipment window and arrived in poor condition. Then I immediately submitted my rebate form and have yet to receive my rebate even though it has been 5 months. They cannot give me a date for when it might arrive. If I had known my experience would be this bad, I would just have ordered elsewhere. Please do yourself a favor and don't buy your contacts from Lens.com. I don't want anyone else to have the experience I have.

It's been over 5 months and I still didn't get my rebate for my contact purchase. I reached out to support multiple times and they are unable to provide me with an update on when I should expect the rebate. No wonder this company has a terrible rating on the BBB.

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
