Easy to order and rapid shipping. This is my 2nd time ordering contacts from. LENS.CON and I will for sure do again when needed.
It would not let me submit my order through paypal and when I called he said it was because they didn't have them in stock and I needed to use a credit card. Fishy? I started my order over and then it took my paypal.

Good price for what I needed
I ordered once and got a reasonably priced box of contacts. We I tried to order another box they tried to charge me taxes and fees of 75% of the contacts I was ordering! When I tried to find out from their so called customer service dept why the huge increase I was told that "Everything goes up!". The contacts went up 10 dollars and the fees and taxes added another 75%, almost 100 dollars for a 40 dollar box of lenses! Unacceptable!

My prescription was filled to perfection; I created an account (quickly and easily), uploaded my contact lens prescription in pdf format, and a few days later received my contacts.
No issues with ordering and received within six days time.
It was easy to find and shop for the product I purchased. The option to download the script was very easy and quick. However I gave 4 stars instead of 5 due to the unforeseen additional $40 processing fee on top of shipping cost at the end. The additional processing fee just is added to the total without warning. I feel the price is high just to pick up a small box of contacts and place them in a shipping box plus a $10 shipping cost on top of that. I feel if you are going to charge such a high "Processing Fee" let the consumer know while shopping and clearly itemize it when checking out. And offer Free shipping. Afterall $ 10 dollars is just to high for a small light weight box. There were no other shipping options. In conclusion the site is user friendly and confirms prescription quickly.
Rebate is a scam. Do not use this company! I ordered in August 2023 the day I received my order I mailed the upc's in. In January 2024 I emailed them that I had not received my rebate. They replied with the system is automated and nothing they can do. Since I mailed the proof of purchase there is no recourse. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It's only cheaper with the rebate that you will never receive!
