The website was down the day I called Lens.com. The representative explained this and ask that I do my order online, which would be quicker. My new prescription had to be resent as the first time, Lens.com was unble to open the file. I did this completed the order with the new prescription and received confirmation they received the order and my new prescription. The contacts arrived quickly. Thanks!

I just submitted a 5 star review saying how easy the reorder process was. After completing the order … I realized it did NOT repeat my last order but instead changed the quantities of each type of lens! It has taken me over 45 min to correct that! So I now delete what I said about easy reordering! Not good, Lens.com!

All I did was Take pictures of my lens boxes and give my credit card number. Then, proof, I had contacts in about 10 days.
Call instead of ordering online! Ordering online is confusing but when you talk with an actual person; it's great and she was extremely helpful! My shipment arrived much sooner than expected as well!
