I have a cassette tape which was made in 1992 that I didn't dare play for fear it would be destroyed. A friend suggested Legacy. What did I have to lose?
To my surprise and great delight, when I played the digital download, I had my cousin singing as beautifully as when she did the tape in 1992 (she has since lost her singing voice and this means even more)!
Legacy digitally cleaned up the imperfections; it was as if this had been mixed in a studio! The original was returned. I can't say enough how impressed I am with the quality of the download!

Sent in my family home videos to Legacy Box in November, giving them 25 years of home videos and they lost them. They have not been helpful or transparent in the search. They say they are still looking for them, but I would not recommend their services to anyone.
We had alot of VHS tapes. And smaller comcorder tapes. The quality wasn't the best. What came back to us was unwatchable.
The 2 DVDs were really good considering the age of the tapes. I think legacy did the best they could. They let me know that they would not meet their standard and
They let me know as they were doing them. I really appreciated that information.
This was my second batch and I'm just as thrilled as the first time with the delivery
Legacy performed as advertised. Everything was tracked, good Communications while they had my materials, and they delivered on time with a good product.
I cannot thank Matt enough for his exceptional customer service. He was prompt and very helpful. I own a graphics company and this is how I want my employees to be. They do fantastic work!

Very easy. Very fast. Love the results. When there was a pause in the old video Legacy let me know that there was more coming so I would continue watching.
I believe I sent 11 of my dad's 16mm film reels from the 1950s in for conversion to DVD.
Best thing I did. I was afraid because of their age not all would come out, but they did.

A bit unsure from the beginning...
All we had were some 8mm home movies from the 1950's, that were continuing to deteriorate in a tote in the garage, along with some family photo's. That's all that was available to show our children and grandchildren about half of their more recent
Family ancestry. Too bad, but we didn't want to lose that too. That's where LEGACYBOX came to our rescue!
The results... beyond any expectation imaginable! We were hoping to simply preserve any thing that could possibly be saved... what we got is truly impressive. The 8mm home movies view better then their originals. So viewable, we simply cannot believe it. The photo's will now be enjoyed by many far... far into the future.
