They have always delivered my pictures/VHS tapes etc. in a timely manner and have done the best they can to make them as clear as possible. And if I had an issue they have been great at helping me.
I would say I'm like most who were skeptical sending their memories of family, friends, holidays etc away and hoping for a safe return. Well my experience with Legacybox was everything I hoped for. The process was very simple and straightforward. After shipping my tapes out, I was updated on the status, which made my nerves relax. I received the finished tapes a lot sooner then I expected. I absolutely will be using Legacybox again seeing that I have about 30 more tapes to transfer. Give it a shot. You'll be glad you did
I purchased a Legacybox for my mother's Christmas 2016 gift so that she could finally get all of those VHS-C tapes converted before they further deteriorated. Just a few months later, my father died and my mother misplaced the box. Fast forward to 2019, and I contacted Legacybox customer service about getting another box sent and explaining my situation. I received a prompt reply, and the customer service representative was very understanding and helpful. She sent a new box to me with updated postage for a very small fee. I finally sent away my mother's box to be converted in Christmas 2020, and the entire experience was great. I received regular updates about the status of my tapes, as well as some heads up about quality issues in advance. Although I was understandably hesitant to send my family's priceless tapes in the mail, Legacybox made me feel comfortable through the process. I truly felt cared for by Legacybox.
This is a very professional service. The instructions are impressive and the turn around time was fantastic. I will definitely be using Legacy Box again.
I'll be sending my THIRD legacy box tomorrow. This company knows how it is supposed to be done. They digitized by mother's 8mm films from 65 years ago. I will continue to use Legacybox and will always recommend them to family and friends.

Sounds is great for the ones that transfer well, as far as the qualitative of the video is excellent. Some of the video, the sound stutters, but the videotapes are 15 years old.
Would use LegacyBox again for sure. Super smooth experience with them. Great communication from them too. End product was AMAZING!
When my box came with DVDs converted from old tapes I was so thrilled and very emotional. It was beautiful to put in a DVD and relive those precious moments that I thought I wouldn't see again. Legacybox did a great job for a great price. I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much.

My experience with Legacybox will have a lasting legacy! They make ordering the box all the way to the finished product an effortless process.
