I ordered a headlight, fog light, tail light combo. Both of the fog light housing plastic has broken, which after some debating with the company they replaced by sending two new ones for free. Now after only a few months of having the lights I notice the headlights will go in and out randomly for a few seconds at night and then turn back on. Lastly one of the led taillights is getting moisture in it and causing the led in the area of moisture to fade/burn out. Spend your money elsewhere on quality products. If the company is willing to refund my purchase and correct my issue that I would respect and would change my mind.

I ordered a LED headlight for my wife's freewheeler. The webpage lists the address as California. But the light was shipped from China. It took a week and a half. Now my headlight is stuck at the local FEDEX hub. It's been there for 9 days and counting. They tell me to get it I have to print a customs release form, fill it out, sign it and then put it back in PDF for and email it to them. I shouldn't have to jump thru hoops to get something that should've been at my house 10 days ago. Now LED factory mart is dragging their feet on responding to my requests for a refund. Meanwhile I ordered a light from Amozon and got it the next day.

I purchased a set of led strip turn signal from this company. When they finally arrived I was excited to put in, but when I plugged them in they were not working. I reached out to the company for help and they walked me through it saying it is not their product but what I am doing. It is supposed to plug into the socket and then wire the red wire into the running light section. It never worked and they said to send a video and told I am still doing it wrong. I ask for to send back and a refund just because it was such a hassel and their customer service was horrible. They still won't let me send back for a refund. If I can save a few people from horrible products and service I will be ok. I am out $60 and still battling.

If you need help, forget it. You can't reach these MFers at all and their web site is NOT SECURE! Don't Buy From China!

I purchased 52 in light bar and 2 pods. When it arrived it was missing parts. Messages them. Several days later missing parts came. Great. June 18 2021 i Messages them again telling them brackets are RUSTING.(forgot to tell them about one of pods was too). I get a response that i purchased the light bar kit on June 11 2020. So its out of warranty. Really Only 7 days. I could see if 7 months ok. But 7 days. Not happy. I normally dont write reviews. But this time i had to. Disappointed

Right out of the box the halo ring didn't shine white as advertised also head lights don't adjust to DOT standards. Tried many times to contact support only to get a run around. They don't seem to want to return our money or replace this defective item with one that works. We will be taking legal action soon!

Ordered break and turn signal rear LED bulbs for multiple Harley Davidson models should have an offset tab on the bulb socket which they show on their website but when you receive it the tabs are straight across from each other which will not fit and would only work as a brake light not brake and turn signal light. I have sent them multiple emails even tried re-ordering a different part number and I still Get the wrong Bob back every time there's no way to get a hold of them to correct the situation I've sent multiple emails to the link that they send on their advertisements as well as replying to the right advertisements as well as what they publish as a customer service email as well as the phone number it rings and no one answers goes to voicemail never hear back very frustrating as I have ordered many things from them and things for my jeep and different headlights have worked out well it's Only this situation and I can't seem to rectify it but they have several hundred dollars of mine for a product that is not working. The packages seem to all come from China my Mandarin isn't so good so maybe that's the issue but it shouldn't be that difficult I've been fair and upfront with them they should support their products especially as I have purchased many other things from them.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced; company is seemingly fraudulent. I googled the company before I bought anything and the website said they are in California, so I purchased headlights. Shipping came from China. The street address on their website is in Canada. They're extremely hard to contact, and when you do reach them they pretend they don't understand what you're talking about (they communicate like English is their second language). My headlights were expedited from China and one works and one doesn't. Weeks ago I sent them several emails with photos showing it's defective, and I got an auto-reply that they received my emails but I never got an actual reply from them, addressing my concerns. I messaged them on FB with photos and they responded (one reply a day, usually at 2am, ignoring my concerns), then they tried denying they saw my photos at all. Another week of the run-around from them and they promised to ship a new headlight since I'm under a 1 year warranty, but I still haven't received it and they quit replying to me. Please, spend the extra money and shop elsewhere; it'll save you from getting scammed!

Customer service is non existent, The company removed the funds from my banking institution, 28 days later still no product. I have sent over 15 emails to the company, no response back, when you call the company you will get no answer, there is only an automated recording. I never have received one call back. I tried contacting on Facebook as well no response there as well. Been working with my bank to get my money back for a product that was never shipped. $#*! THIS COMPANY I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NO ONE ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Save yourself the aggravation and order from a different company.

Made my purchase early before Christmas, was told they would be here on the 22nd, arrived on the 29th. Excited and attempted to install, wiring they sent wasn't right. Contacted 8 times, finally got a call back. Sent 5 pictures as they requested. I'm on phone call number 6 right now, and still waiting to hear back from them. Extremely frustrated. Sent e-mails everything, have all documentation. I can't say that I would recommend or refer them to anybody. Cheap prices, yes, but can't say it's worth the aggravation.

Warning! Do not purchase from this company. They will not allow you to return anything, even if the product doesn't work. The customer service is a joke! You will never reach them on the phone and when you do speak to someone, by email, the will give you the run around of your life until you give up after 2 months. Please take warning. This is the worst purchase I have made in my 40 years on this planet. Headlights are generic and the app for the halos will not link or work properly. Runnnnnnnn!

Es hat ein wenig gedauert, bis ich das Produkt bekommen hatte, aber als ich das Paket erhalten und die Glühbirnen installiert hatte, was super einfach ist, war ich sehr glücklich und zufrieden. Die Lampen sind ein einfaches Plugin, da sie keine Polaritätsprobleme aufweisen, was die Installation noch reibungsloser macht. Das Kit enthält viele helle LED-Lampen und sieht nach der Installation großartig aus. Ich würde dieses Produkt wieder kaufen.
