Purchased these lights, comes with 2 control boxes 1 for the headlights 1 for the fogs, neither of them connect to the BLEDIM2 app, which allows you to access the 155 Functions it claims to have, it only does RGB, I have been going back and forth with the only customer service agent David, and after sending a video that it does nothing but the basic RGB functions, he claims that they seem to be functioning properly, well it is not, on the attached picture it clearly says 155 functions dynamic modes and that can only be accomplished with the control box or boxes being able to connect to the BLEDIM2 app, I hope they can fix this matter in order for me to change my ratings, or return for a refund all these screenshots are from the link of the headlights I purchased, this in my opinion would be considered false advertising, 14 emails going back and forth, 50 unanswered calls, I will dispute with my bank if no resolution, I can send back the product, or they can send me a control box that will work with the app that they told me to use on my phone

So far very smooth. I have not used them at night yet but they look awesome.

Why can I not speak to someone? Getting scammed or what? Something is not right.when if at all will I even get emai back

My grill I ordered was never delivered. FedEx posted a pic of some place that is not my address and I am getting no support from either. I am forced to dispute my charge on my card. Avoid this site they really don't care

They don't fit the phone number goes straight to voicemail no responce this was her Christmas gift from me don't buy here

I wanted to replace the headlight and passing lights on my 2013 heritage Softail with LED. Someone recommended LED factory and after much research I decided to purchase from there. The lights were truly plug and play and have really improved my night time riding.

The only trouble I had (and it could have been my specific bike) was that the new passing lights would not work until the new headlight was in. I started with a passing light and spent quite a bit of time trying to troubleshoot why the old light worked but not the new LED light thinking I had a defective part but neither one in the box worked. After replacing the headlight I tried the passing lights one last time and then both worked flawlessly. If this is how it's supposed to work, I was not aware, there were no instructions or any paperwork in the box at all (and the box was NOT sealed when it arrived, so it could have been opened in transit). But now that all 3 lights are installed, everything works and looks great!

So just an update concerning the review I wrote for Led Factory Mart, they came thru and issued me a refund after finding they did not have the fog lights with the connector I needed in stock.

Halo light started going out, but customer support assisted in getting new headlights sent out to me to replace.

Ordered a grill for my 19 Tacoma. After a week was not shipped I called the company said that the soonest the shipping would is 30 days on the website it says 3-7 days shipping brags about fast and free shipping! Called them they said they where more of a headlight company grills take longer did not say that on the website said nothing could be done about this very deceitful

I called them before I placed my order. I was purchasing a grille from them and wanted Raptor lights for it. I asked the rep on the phone if the Lights that I wanted to purchase are compatible with the grille I was purchasing from them and I was told yes. When I received them the Raptor lights weren't compatible with the grill. I called them to return the Raptor lights and was told to email them at customer service, which I did. I then had a rep by the name of David Mathews get back to me. I was shocked when I told him I needed to return the raptor lights he asked me to try to sell them myself rather than return them! We corresponded over 15 emails with him not providing me with the shipping return label. Finally after a week he said he would provide it soon? Why not right then? It has been over a week and still nothing and we are no past the return date. When I called the rep on the phone even lied to me. VERY SHADY COMPANY! When I went to file the complaint with the BBB I saw that they have a F rating at this seems to be the norm for them. I filed my complaint so hopefully others dont have to go thru this as well as posting this review

Purchased turn signal light kit for my Softail. They sent me the wrong lights. So I called and spoke with them. They said they would send replacements. Then decided that they wanted photo evidence the next day. So I politely sent them pics. They said oh we'll ship them right out. Followed by email the next day sorry the light are still going through quality control and won't be available for ten days. So the time came and went. For three days I tried calling and emailing to just get the tracking number with no avail. Finally I decided to just have them cancel the order and after calling 6 straight times in a row just to the guy to answer he says he won't cancel it. Would never recommend this company!

Order the Headlight, Fog Light, and Tailights led package for my 2020 JLU. Not plug and play at all. Headlights installed without incident, other than the fact you have to hook up an additional wire. Fog lights didn't fit into my bumper and when contacted was told I need to spend another $40 for brackets for my bumper. Installed tail lights and while the look great, as soon as I turned the vehicle on the rear blind spot alert immediately stopped working and my message center told me both tail lights were out. Messaged the company on Messenger because it seems to be the only way you can get in touch with them and have now been getting the run around for two weeks when they do respond. Also have been told that I need a different tail light than what I have. This place is a joke and I wouldn't waste your hard earned money on their trash. So disappointed and frustrated with this company.

Ordered a magnetic mount spotlight for my truck. They claim that the magnets hold 40 pounds, but they won't even hold this cheap spotlight. They will not let you return the product and will not offer a refund. They claim that they have never had this complaint before? I find that hard to believe. They offered to send additional magnets, but that hasn't happened after 4 months. They claimed that shipping was delayed due to a snowstorm, then they said they lost my e-mails, then it was the shipping companies fault. All excuses with still no results! I'm not hopeful that they will ever resolve this, but will update this review if they ever stand behind their word.

If this review keeps ONE person from making the mistake of dealing with this company, it was worth my time!
