I've been using their toner for 10 years or more and it was great. Rarely did I get a bad toner and when I did they have a generous return policy. They still have good customer service and return policy. That's why I gave them 2 stars instead of none.
This past year or so the text is faded or smeared in random places and not legible on the printed documents. I print legal documents so it's important they are good quality print.
LD products refunded me for one order and I replaced the toner with another order thinking they corrected the problems. I'm on my 3rd cartridge from the replacements and all have been bad.

In the mean time I've wasted a lot of time and paper reprinting.

I don't know what changed in their operation but I wish they'd go back to the time they sold quality products.

Same day shipping? What as joke

I ordered a W1380a compatible toner cartridge several months ago, it showed in stock, same day shipping, yada yada. I received the invoice and credit card charge immediately, email said we'll tell you when it ships. After several months waiting, I called and they said it hadn't shipped yet 'manufacturing delay'.
Okay, so don't put it on your website! I canceled, bought from Amazon. I think LD stands for Long Delay.

I still have not gotten my ink that I bought on 5/23,i was told it was on back order and I should get it in 2 weeks, its the end of June and not gotten anything yet and have not heard form you people either.My order number is #03-*******,ive written and called numerous times without an answer!

Typically no one answers the phone, nor returns messages left, product is economical. Weigh the good and the bad hopefully you don't have problems or need to talk to someone good luck with that. They are probably missing out on a lot of money by having bad customer service.

Unresponsive Customer Service

I have not been able to speak to anyone on the phone regarding an order not received, I have been calling for two weeks now and is left on hold without anyone answering. Not pleased with the customer service at this point.

Poor service
April 24, 2024

I have used LD for years with no problems, this past month I placed my usual order. It's been 2 weeks, no reply as to shipping or order placement. My credit card was charged the day after the order. Have sent numerous emails and called numerous times with no reponse what so ever. Finally contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge.

Ink is ink so customer service is all that's left and this outfit fails miserably. I ordered an ink replacement on 3/31 and did not get it until 4/15. The Website indicated it would be sent with free shipping but then at check out added shipping anyway. It was only 5 bucks so I let it go as I needed the ink. I got an order confirmation with a tracking link that didn't work. Calling the support line was an endless wait loop and the callback promise and promised email response never happened.15 days and 6 unanswered calls later I did get the ink with a 4/10 shipping date stamp on it. Won't be won't going back.

Over the past 10 years LD has been an excellent, supportive, supplier of good quality cartridges. My last order was entered 3/24/24. They accepted my payment on 3/25/24. It is now 4/9/24 and I have not yet received indication of product being shipped. My L D account page shows the order is still being"processed". Have tried to call their customer service twice, no one would take my calls, no one would return my calls. Twice I have e-mailed customer service, and I have received no responses. When compared to my prior experiences with LD, my current experience is unexpectedly terrible. They " took my money and ran! "

I ordered a toner cartridge. It was due to arrive within a week, and when it didn't, I went to another local company to buy it. After a month, when nothing showed up & no response from the company, I ended up contacting Paypal, and finally got a refund after about 6 weeks. I tried to call & email the company. Nobody ever responded or answered the phone. You just sit on hold forever.

I called in twice yesterday, leaving my phone # each time as no person ever answered the phone. No one ever called me back. Your LD T232XL120 cartridge worked for about 2 weeks in my EPSON XP-4200 printer, but now the printer tells me it "cannot recognize ink cartridge. Try installing again." I've done that 4 times with no change so far. Just now I've waited 20 minutes for someone in your product sales department to answer, but was just told to leave a message, hang up and "someone will get back to me." Fat Chance of that happening!

INK CARTRIDGES DO NOT WORK ON THE EPSON WORKFORCE PRO PRINTER. PRINTER WOULD KEEP SHOWING INK CARTRIDGES AS BEING EMPTY AND THEY WERE BRAND NEW. I DID NOT TRY RETURNING THEM BECAUSE 1-I ORDERED AHEAD OF TIME AND HAD THEM FOR 6 MONTHS BEFORE I TRIED TO USE THEM SO I KNEW I WOULDN'T BE AVLE TO RETURN THEM. SO HEED MY WARNING AND MAKE SURE YOU TRY TO USE THEM IMMEDIATELY AFTER PURCHASE JUST IN CASE YOURS DON'T WORK.

I ordered products 28 days ago and have not heard anything from them. Called customer service and they put you on hold, never answers and give you the option to receive a call back which never happened. Used them before but not again. Had to order supplies from another co.

Horrible customer service

Our office placed an order for toner on Feb 22,2024. A few days later an order for ink was placed. As of today, March 6,2024, no product has been received for either order. Moreover, numerous calls attempting to get status have been completely ignored. Zero, nothing. Not one call has been answered, nor has anyone called back. Also, an email inquiry has gotten no reply. As a very satisfied customer for over 20 years this is a horrible vendor experience and I will be calling and cancelling credit card payment. Sorry to say this is the end of a long term relationship.

PRODUCT CREDIT NEEDED

Some months ago I ordered a color cartridge and 2 black cartridges for my HP 2575 printer. When I went to replace cartridge, one of the black ones had leaked inside the box, so I am requesting you to send a replacement - your item# NH-R9364W. Bad ink

I have bought ink from LD for many years. After I got the HP Laser I ordered 3 boxes that did not work. I returned 1 unopened box and LD sent 3 more boxe which did not work. This has been going on for months. I can dig into
Last years receipts but I attach picture of 3 boxes sitting on my floor. 2 opened I tried to get to work and 1 unopened box.
