The cartridges are very affordable compared to the manufacturer's prices. However, the yellow is very weak. I have to buy the manufacturer's yellow ink cartridges. Here in Utah we are at a different elevation. Consequently, I have to wear nitrile gloves when I open the new cartridges, especially the black, because they leak upon opening and the ink is nearly impossible to get out. So I have to open them on the lawn outside or over a waste basket.

One of the black cartridges would not work. My printer would not recognize it as being in the tray. I tried several times and gave up. I put a different one in and it worked.
Also, the order was left on the ground in the snow overnight. The package would have fit in my mailbox OR in between the front doors. Yes, I got the email that it was delivered, but I wasn't able to retrieve it at that moment.

We have used your refilled HP cartridges once before and they worked well in our new HP printer. Price is very good compared to new cartridges! However, you were emailing me 18% or 20% off coupons while you were out of stock for months on the item I needed. The very day after those coupons expired, you suddenly had the item in stock, which seemed like manipulation. Disappointed I was not able to use one of those excellent discounts! Shipping is very slow. So customers need to plan ahead, which is hard to do if you have to wait months for the ink to be back in stock! Still gave 4 stars because the ink is less expensive and it works.

I ordered a new set a inks for my Epson printer. In the past, I have never had any problems with get ink form you and it working in my printer. This time, my printer refuses to work with the ink I got from you. I was happy to find out that you are sending me new ones. Ill have to wait to see if this set works.

I have used LD toner products on various HP and Canon printers. They work well and I have never had issues with the cartridges/chips unlike other vendor's replacement cartridges that sometimes cause "non-authentic" printer errors.

I use LD products all the time. I've been a customer for years. I just received my latest order for my Epson printer. My yellow cartridge was out so I put in a yellow cartridge from my latest order of three. The cartridge was recognized by the printer but would not print. I cleaned the contacts and did a head cleaning test. Still would not print. I did this four times. Finally I put in another yellow cartridge from my order. It worked the first time. I have not contacted LD Products about the issue yet.
