You cannot change your booking dates, even though they say that you can when you book. I just received a FULL REFUND but had to go to arbitration. If you need to do this ask for recordings of your phone calls to their Customer Services Team (who can't amend anything for you). Use the recordings a evidence. Otherwise lm.com will just supply their emails which you have been unable to respond to.
This company is owned by people in South Africa (Braxonext). They will take and keep your money given any excuse. You have to fight to get it back. Go to arbitration, pay the fee, demand your phone call recordings and don't let them get away with it. In my opinion the current operators should be banned from running a travel company.
They also lied saying no flights or hotel available 10 months ahead, when they were available of course.

After booking with them I realised after checking the site of the airlines we were using I noticed that I have been over charged for a flight that should have cost 3/4 of what I should have paid. Last minute gives you great deals at first but then hits you with useless hidden fees and hijacks the price after having selected fees for service. They'll refund you with a voucher, forcing you to either go through with it or face it later down the line. I've never felt the need to genuinely right a review. Shameful.
**NEVER BOOK A FLIGHT WITH THEM** I recently reserved tickets with Bravofly and they changed my flight details without my consent. I have the "successful payment" page still open and have sent them proof of the flights I paid for, but they insist it gives different flight details in their end. Which makes sense because THEY BOOKED THE WRONG FLIGHTS and refuse to take accountbility for that and either refund me or get me what I paid for! I physically cannot run around an airport to make the connecting flight on the ridiculously short layover they've now booked me on.
They lie about the schedule time they announce on their website, flight time schedule are fake and they dont even accept their system error. You think that you're buying one flght and once you have done the puchase they let you know is completely another flght.
Their customer service doe snothing and they'e completley useless!

Transfer was prebooked and paid prior to trip as part of package deal with Last Minute.
Transfer did not show up, waited over an hour at the airport and multiple phone calls later had to take a taxi from the airport and pay out of spending money.
Having lost confidence and trust with the transfer company and having a return flight to catch i told the transfer company i could not risk using them for the return transfer to the airport and made my own way back again using my spending money.
Last minute are refusing to provide a full refund for a service which was not satisfactory. I have been passed from person to person over a 2 month period.
Flight cancelled - no refund. Our flight was cancelled within 72 hours of booking and making full payment. Still more than a month on and we still have no refund. The airline has told us they actioned the refund 10 days ago and lastminute.com are saying they have not received the money! The call centre operator was extremely rude, robotic and unable put your call through to someone who could apply some common curtesy. I will for one never be booking with them again.
Made us pay for a bag we didn't get. Unhelpful in the chatt. Booked each of us seperetly so that we could not sit nect to each other without paying extra.
Scam company that ruined our holiday. They will take your money and wont help you when there trouble appears. They cancelled our return flight home without notifying us. We had to book new tickets. We have spent 4048 euros extra on new tickets and extra hotel nights. They fraud people and this company is a joke. They have only offered us a refund of 1050 euros. I have never ever encountered a company with such a bad and nonconsistence customer service! And I have now read sooo many bad reviews about them. Shoking they can keep on and not been stopped. My advise for anyone who read this is to never book by this company.
Having a nightmare with lastminute.com I booked return flights through lastminute.com in January for myself husband son & girlfriend to return from Turkey on 23rd August we fly out there on Monday (15th August) but in may they contacted me saying Turkish airlines had cancelled our return flight but they could offer me an alternative flight on the same day in morning & if I accepted would receive confirmation & new flight details within 7 days! Well that was 3 months ago I have emailed phoned them on several occasions to be told my request is being delt with but due to being busy they are dealing with things due to priority! So as it stands myself & family fly Monday for a family wedding with no booked return flight I've not been able to book any transfers or car parking & obviously can't book my own flights as lastminute.com have my money am so anxious that we are going to be stranded in Turkey the customer service I'm receiving after 10 emails & complaints is disgusting have even contacted Turkish airlines but they say nothing they can do it's down to lastminute.com to re book flights! I understand they are busy but why offer me alternative flights in may if they were not going to book them it takes less than 15 minutes to book 4 flights! Does anyone know where I stand & my rights or what I should do before we fly on Monday

Very bad service! Customer unfriendly.
I booked 1 time through Lastminute.com and had to cancel the holiday due to the death of my grandmother. They didn't think along with me and they hang up the phone serveral times. Customer service will not help you with your questions! Not even in this situation.
During my next booking via Booking.com it turned out that I was 'stuck' again on Lastminute.com (they are linked partner).
I then wanted to cancel the stay, because the actual situation of the rooms was worse, than in the photos (no balcony etc.).
The stay indicated that they would not ask for any extra costs, but Lastminute.com charged more than 200 euros (for nothing). Then they do not provide insight into the invoice!
They did steal more than 200 euro's from me.

I booked flights for over £500 through last minute.com. The KLM flights were then moved to dates/times we could not make. I requested a full refund on 21st March 2022 and I am still waiting on 6th August 2022. I regularly call them up and get no satisfaction and no money back. Lastminute.com/KLM have had my money since Dec 2021.
We bought holiday arrangement to Greece, Naxos via Mykonos ( just offered us flight & hotel) but impossible to synchronize return flight with ferry ( flight from Mykonos is at 10,55 hrs and first ferry fm Naxos is at 12.05 hrs). We paid for 2x people 1133, 99 euro and decided to cancel the arrangement. LastMinute offered us to voucher or money return deducted for administration cost ( - 70 euro) and following their math it is 258,55 euro per person! Zero biz attitude! Don't book with them!
My booking was canceled, and the fullflex refunded 90% of what I paid. However, there is no option to use vocher on their website, so I called them four times and they did not resolve the issue, and they removed the vocher option from their website because they make calls and ask for extra money to book again using vocher. Please do not use lasrminutes. CHEATERS. If they didnt resolve this issue i will make court claim.
Very bad service and customer relations
I received a a mail from last minute|kiwi informing me that a flight I reserved via the site was delayed. I was surprised when I went to the airport 3 hours ahead of the new time to find that the flight took off at its initial timing. I had to reserve a new flight and when I filed for a refund I was answered " please choose the correct refund catagory " with non of the options applicable. I think they are reluctant to refund despite of their mistake.
I booked 2 flights to the states for April 2020. Pandemic caused cancellation so was offered a voucher. When I try to use the voucher you can't input the code online you have to call. I called them and their price then became over £100 more expensive than advertised on their own site. Their customer service staff are rude and belligerent people who are well schooled it "we couldn't care less". When I asked them to explain why the price was dearer for me than anyone else booking with a credit card I was told and I quote "take it or leave it" They say there is no manager available and when I mentioned ABTA they just laughed. Avoid at all costs.
ABSOLUTELY APPALLING SERVICE
I have never come across a company quite like lastminute.com. They have been impossible to get hold off and tell us what is going on with our package holiday. Some background - we booked a package holiday in June everything was confirmed and going to plan until we found out from the hotel directly that last minute cancelled our reservation. Last minute.com are refusing to tell us our options and have advised to 'wait for some time' we feel like we have been totally scammed out of our money and we still don't know what is going on. Trying to contact this awful company has been so difficult and stressful. They are a DIABOLICAL COMPANY. Never again! Go elsewhere to book your holiday.

Only giving this company 1 star because it doesn't let you give them zero. From the beginning I regretted booking my flights through this company. The website operates so slow and I constantly got error messages when trying to head over to the manage my booking section.
I wanted to access this section to book my seats as it was a long flight to Canada, however the option was 'greyed' out saying I couldn't book seats and would have to call customer services to do so. After being on hold for 40 minutes I gave up and so failed to secure seats. I overlooked this inconvenience though as at least I had flights booked.
I then received an email from lastminute explaining one of my flights had been changed and my itinerary was no longer valid. After seeing that one of my flights had essentially been cancelled and I would have to plan a whole new trip which last minute offered no help with, I decided to cancel the flight and book with a better company.
I expected to see some charges for my cancellation such as an admin fee, but I paid £850 for my flights and was offered £171 as a refund. Absolutely disgusting. Actual robbery. How can there be any justification for keeping that amount of my money? The flights aren't until Feb 2023 so not exactly a last minute cancellation and it was because my itinerary was no longer valid! Lastminute offered no help other than repeating how it was out of their hands as they're just a third party seller. Really poor service.
I threatened to complain to the relevant ADRs and the CAA which I'm now in the process of doing and all of a sudden they changed their tune saying they would review the case and get back to me in 7 days. I've even got in touch with Rip Off Britain! However, I've had nothing back from them other than a repeat of the ridiculous refund offer which I will not accept.
Really, really disappointed that businesses can just take so much money from people despite them being the ones who have breached the contract of sale and offer zero help whatsoever.
Wow! What a terrible company. My advice is to stay well clear of these cowboys. We booked via them to have our flights cancelled. Not only did they not refund our return flight even though it had been cancelled via Tui but they also didn't let us know that it had been cancelled. Luckily we realised they were a scamming company via the Facebook pages against them and had to organize our own flight back. We still have not had a full refund and will not be using them again. The customer service is non existence once you have paid and most just cut you off. I strongly suggest that you check them out yourselves.
They changed the date of my flight to another date than I chose, charged 30 euros more than I paid, and didn't let me refund even though it was included in my full flex ticket. I've been robbed.
Answer: I want an email address for LastMinute.com through which to log my complaint and ask for an explanation and partial refund.
