If there was an option for no stars I would give them that. The worst agent ever stay away from booking with these guys. They will gladly speak to you when they want your money at the time of booking but after they have taken your money and you need assistance with changes etc... you can only contact them via chat online. The people you chat to can not speak English and don't respond or understand what you are asking about. I am still waiting for nearly 2 weeks now to see if my infant son can be added to my booking. With the departure date fast approaching I am in very concerned if i need to cancel. Pathetic company and customer service

Disgraceful company

Unfortunately I had to put 1 star! Cancelled our flight at 17:36 for a flight leaving at 07:40 the next day. Unable to contact anyone. Parking was booked which could not be cancelled as need to give 72 hours notice. Totally ruined our holiday! They should be ashamed of themselves but really do not give a s@&t!

Useless rude and completely fraud scam. They gave me a booking without linking it to a flight I can't even check in with absolutely no support and my flight in 3 hours I don't know how they are still operating.

Last minute have stolen £263.77 refund from me for a flight that was booked and cancelled within days by the airline SEVEN months ago. I took the option of a refund and lastminute.com have told me repeatedly they are working on it. I believe they have made a mistake and didn't pass on my refund request to the airline as I was sent boarding passes for the rescheduled flight (I was offered but had declined) a day before the flight in September. They tell me that they are waiting from funds from the airline, which is clearly not the case.

Booked return flights to Turkey 4 months in advance. My daughter took ill and I had to cancel her flights. This company cancelled ALL flights and kept telling me everything was fine. Then they blocked my account so I couldn't access any flight details.
I was so stressed I would be stranded as I had to get connecting flights, that I rebooked via alternative airlines.
It's as well I did as there were no bookings for me on Turkish airlines when I got to Stansted so I would definitely have been stranded. I have transcripts where the customer service blatantly lies about my flights being fine.
Lost the flights and over £400, plus £500 to rebook new flights.
NEVER use this company, they are absolutely dreadful and customer service is appalling.

Booked a package deal to Rome- flights, hotel, airport transfers! Private transfer didn't turn up!
Upon calling customer service on our return they were very unhelpful in issuing me a refund and told me i couldn't have one unless i had a receipt from the other transfer we had to use and pay for! Taxis in Italy don't give you receipts! So not only have i lost the £70 that i originally paid for transfers i've also lost near on 100 euros for other transfers i had to use and pay for all because i couldn't provide a receipt! Asked if they could call the company they use for the private transfers to which i was told no!

I booked 3 return tickets 3 months before a trip but one of the flights was cancelled. After some calls and emails to the *******@lastminute.com and finally I was directed to the escalated team (*******@lastminute.com). I was fully refunded within a week or more on my bank account.

Total rip off merchants

Booked 7 flights for Cyprus next year at £362 each adult plus £90 baggage each which amounts
To £3164 but the took £3677 from my account ripping my off by £513. Cant get hold of any one to discuss this with unless its a digital assistant who asks if im a computer DO NOT USE THIS MOB

Con merchants

They phoned me after I made a failed booking attempt online. Very helpful and booked the flight for me. Took over $6,000 from my credit card instantly and then notified me the booking was not confirmed. My card is maxed out and I haven't enough to book another flight and they say it could take 4 weeks for the credit to come through.
Impossible to talk to anyone who makes sense. Absolute Sharks do not use.

If you don't need to change or cancel it's OK, But if you need to change or cancel this is the nightmare start and you will hate yourself and this is a huge mistake. I wish they will closing down

Genuine thieves, piggybacking other sites to trick vulnerable/elderly customers into purchasing through them. Then "customer servants" offer absolutely no help to rectify the situation, despite immediate contact being made. They are paid to defer customers just long enough so that flights cannot be changed.

They use unethical distraction tactics, providing false email addresses, directing people to a portion of a site that does not exist etc etc. A truly shameful practice.

Latest insult, when you pay to be checked in by the company, they cite "technical problems" and just refuse to do so, I suppose they don't care at this stage as they have already secured/stolen the customers (or should I say, scam victim's?) money.

The fact that they continue to operate in this questionable manner despite the horrendous reviews speaks volumes.

You should all be ashamed of yourselves, every single person who works for this scam company should be ashamed. You're no better than the cold callers scamming vulnerable people from call centres.

Please stop funding this scam

So this disgusting company robbed me of 700 pounds. I've been in a battle to secure it back to me. Bank couldn't help, paypal didn't help, travel insurance couldn't help and Abta was as useful as a plaited fart.
I went to action fraud who advised me to take lastminute.com to small claims court. It took a lot of getting evidence and papers but I was in court yesterday. I won the case easily and will now proceed to the high court to get my refund. I advise everyone to do this, it dosent cost a lot of money and to know this is the only way to get your refund from this scum scam company. They just take money and don't book anything just keep the money. The 5 directors have just been hauled before the court and imprisoned for scamming all the tax and furlough funds. Check the news on them. Lastminute.com is now putting a woman director in their place and changes are promised. Do not believe them, read the feedback on here they have been doing this for years. They move head office every 3 years, its now in Switzerland, no guesses where these villains bank. Hidden millions in Swiss bank accounts. They are thieves. Take them to court BEWARE these thieves are linked to Booking.com so expect the same from them.

We booked tickets to fly from Romania to England roundtrip my husband, my son and I with Lastminute.com. They literally ripped us off! They double charged us for the tickets as we couldn't find seats on the same lane because the airplane was full! So I had to stay on a different lane from that of my husband and they double charged the ticket of my husband!
Also, when we wanted to go back to Romania, at the check in of the luggage, it turned out that they booked us tickets with option of no check in baggage! And we bad to £114 extra to check in our baggage which we booked to have! They are thieves and I don'y advice anyone to book anything with them. Also, on the day of going back from London to Bucharest and after we had the issue regarding the luggage on the check in I heard the Airline staff saying that this is not the first time this agency "Lastminute.com" does this! And that they have done this a lot! I do not recommend this agency to anyone! And I don't advice anyone to use them for anything! This trip cost us almost £3000 for the tickets and luggage solely, only because of their bad service and non-honesty! Terrible experience which I don't even wish to my enemy! This is how much we suffered because of this thief agency! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL FOR ANYONE!

Never ever use this company for making flight reservation.
1 - you can only reserve your ticket and pay for it with 1 cabine luggage.( max 8 kg)
2 - they mention you can book extra checked luggage (22 kg) once you made and paid your flight reservation
3 - once you want to add an extra luggage (for large cost), they response is not possible with them but only with the flight company at airport and at departure time ( without warranty you can have one)
4 - When you want to cancel your flight as no possibility to book an extra luggage, they simply rob your money and make no reimbursement!

Simply go to other well known websites to make flight reservation, it won't cost you more even with extra luggage.
Not even speaking about their client service desk: No one there and no complaint desk either.

Huge scam!

The worst experience ever. They are scammers and I would highly recommend never ever dealing with them them if you don't want to be scammed with your money!

We never wanted to go with this website but weren't left with a choice when they were the chosen vendors of this voucher I had won. We booked a holiday and were told about a hotel and that it was cost us extra money to book it. The hotel looked lovely and when we checked the nightly rate we realised that the extra amount was justified so decided to pay up. We were charged the amount and later sent the confirmation email only to realise that the hotel they booked was TOTALLY different from the one discussed on the phone and in fact considerably cheaper! If we would have booked the flights and hotel (that they booked us on) on our own then it would have definitely been within the Voucher! They scammed us with the extra money!

We have been trying to contact them and it is impossible to reach anyone! Their customer service is the absolute worst I have experienced! I am shocked that such a company even exists!

If you want to save your money PLEASE Do not deal with them!

I should have known better, but I was lulled into complacency as I have used Booking.com many times and didn't realize that Lastminute.com was handling their package deals till I had already booked.
Long story short, 4 days before our trip my wife came down with Covid, but they told me we cannot change our itinerary as the hotel does not allow any changes, so we cannot change the flights either.
Since we could not travel, I elected to cancel the booking, thinking that we would face some penalties (buried deep in their terms in conditions of course). We paid about 1,600 EUR for our 1-week stay in Rome. And when we finally got our refund, it was for... wait for it... 58 GBP.
WE LOST OVER 95% OF OUR MONEY DUE TO CANCELLATION FEES, AND THEY CLAIMED THAT THESE WERE DUE TO THE AIRLINES AND HOTEL POLICIES, AND OUT OF THEIR HANDS. THEY ALSO TOLD US THEY DID NOT HAVE THE MONEY, IT WAS PAID TO THE AIRLINES/HOTELS, AND THE HOTEL HAS ALREADY DENOUNCED THAT AS A LIE.

So we got completely screwed over, and while we could spend the next few weeks battling by phone and email, it is very clear they are used to complaints and will stonewall you over and over, so I don't think it's worth it. At this point, we'll cut our losses and give up, but rest assured we will NEVER USE THESE CROOKS AGAIN.

They spoiled my holiday with last-minute cancellations. They behave like the name is. I booked the hotel 1month prior and they sent mail just before the check-in the day when I was on holiday. It was so embarrassing with elders and kids on an ongoing holiday in summer. Their customer care is so so nasty, they just greet you we are sorry. So advise all not to book anything from last minute to get last minute surprise as their name is.

They don't even care about calling and informing. They are sending mail that we are happy to process your refund.

Lost my money and cancelled all the tickets too
Last minute cancelled flights but airline confirmed that lastminute.com didn't clear the payment but got paid from me though.
Be careful!
