Took money for flights off me then canceled all four of my flights outbound and inbound two days before my trip. They claim the airline canceled if that was the case they would have consulted with me to book a new flight. Was told it will take 2 months to refund me. Absolute joke.
Very horrible experience with them. Booked a flight which I cancelled immediately. I was told refund would take 3-7 days. It's been past two weeks now, and they have kept giving me unreasonable excuses and yet to refund me, despite calling many times. I have been told I will be refunded yet I haven't. Reading the many reviews on here, I see a similar pattern. Avoid at all costs.
I booked flights, got an email to say problem with payment so I booked flights.
Lastminute's customer service is absolutely diabolical. They basically blamed me for booking twice and refused me a refund. The thing is I noticed the problem almost immediately and one of my two bookings was unconfirmed between 8 and 10am. Desperately I tried to get hold of someone for these two hours, but here's the thing their chat function was down and the only way you can get the customer service phone number is through the chat as they don't make it available on the website. As I couldn't get hold of a human the flight confirmed at 10am and according to lastminute this is all my fault. The thing is - the airline only have one booked. Lastminute took all my money and ran away. Running away being what you should do if considering these sheisters!
Be careful! Do not approach! I booked a flight to Budapest for the whole family through them, immediately after booking I noticed that I mistakenly booked from Monday to Wednesday instead of Sunday to Thursday, a minute after I booked I immediately started sending emails and corresponding with the chat about the mistake and that I would like to correct and change by Thursday, and this is their answer: if Add 750 gbp! Fine! What? I told them I want to cancel the flight, they replied that if I cancel the flight the tickets are gone... and all this within 3 hours of making the reservation. I will publish them on all websites, against the consumer law!
They cancelled my flight beginning of June 2022, after hours of phone calls, emails and letters and promises to give me back my £ 2000! Nothing happened!, did a court order with no success because their address in Hatton its useless!
They are crooks they should be shamed, government should protect us against companies like these.

Please DO NOT book your flight tickets with lastminute. They have the worst customer service and feedback system. You will waste several hours/ days in your life arguing and explain your problems with no possible resolution.
The problem:
I booked a flight ticket worth approx 1300 euros. The airlines cancelled the inbound flight, hence, I cancelled my entire trip. The airlines refunded the full cost of the inbound flight. However, I also cancelled the outbound flight as it was a return booking.
- I only got a refund of 720 euros, despite the airlines saying the cost of voluntary cancellation is 210 euros. I lost more than 500 euros!
- The refund took more than 2 months, nearly 3 months after the cancellation date.
- Lastminute refuses to provide me with the cancellation charges of the airlines after requesting it several times. Several other travel agencies provide the breakdown of costs.
I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with lastminute. Please DO NOT book your flight tickets with lastminute!
AVOID! I had two way journey from London to Delhi via Kuwait. I missed my flight from London to Delhi and took another flight. While comming back when I check at the airport, there was no booking and my returned ticket was cancelled without any notice. There was no helpline number only useless chat messenger. They have taken my money and stolen it. I was with the whole family for 4 members WE ALL WHERE SHOCKED HOW CAN THEY DON IT.
Then I have to buy again new ticket at the airport to come to London.
PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST.
No options of contacting them, other that a bot, which cant be used.
I will now tell the FBI, and hope they will take down this scam site.
I will also file a complaint to internet authorities and domain host.
Then they should be off the Internet very shortly.
No receipt, No Ticket confirmation, No contact options.
Had to buy a Ticket from the Airline directly, to make sure i got one - takeoff in 16 hrs.
If they charge my card i will file a police report as well.
Booked via Lastminute.com for 3 people which included flights so they had all details. The website suggested the room which of course you would think was correct. When we arrived at the hotel there were only 2 beds in the room for three people and had to pay a further £55.
We were clearly misled yet the customer serivce team are not interested.
I asked for the CEO details and was refused.
I will NEVER use lastminute.com again.
I booked a trip to Budapest for me and my wife to stay at the 5 star InterContinental Hotel and it went very smooth and no problems whatsoever. They were far cheaper than any other company and I would recommend lastminute.com 100%
I wish I had read reviews about this website before I booked with them. It is definitely a scam, they do false advertising, the customer service is the worst I have ever seem, and they deliberately try to rob your money. They committed a mistake, and because of their mistake I had to ask for a flight change. I contacted the airline and they said there was no cost for change, once the flights had the same fare. But lastminute charged me, apart from their €35 handling fee, an "airline penalty" of €178 and a "price adjustment" of €158, giving me a quotation of €369 to fix a mistake that THEY committed. It was already absurd enough, but it went worse, after I informed them that I contacted the airline and I KNEW that this "airline penalty" and the "price adjustment" were fake, they apologised and said they would send a new quotation. After a few hours, came the new quotation charging EVEN MORE than the first, even after I said I had the confirmation by e-mail from the airline that they have no costs at all for changing the flight. I don't understand how lastminute can be authorised to operate. They should be arrested, they are real thieves.
I had a flight booked from 10/12/22 - 19/12/22, paid for the premium service package which states I could request to change flight details. When I found a better flight and requested a change, it said it could take up to 4 days to process and there were only 2 seats left on my new flight. So I booked the new flight myself and tried to cancel the old one, which was a long draining process trying to communicate with the customer service team. I was promised a refund in the form of a voucher (see emails attached) then when I asked when I would receive it, I was told I'm not eligible for it. £370 is not a small amount of money to not get back and I'm not happy with this service.
Poor, poor, poor!
If I ever have to deals with last minute.com ever again, it will be too soon.

I had booked flights and hotel with LM and I really wish I hadn't.
My return flight got cancelled and they offered me another flight to which I said yes.
They never booked it for some reason. I kept getting in touch with customer service and I was promised that they were dealing with it and I shouldn't worry about it.
Less than 24 hours before my departure I had to look into the available flights to find out that the flight they had promised me wasn't available. I had to look for another flight and asked them to book it. This cased incredible stress and ruined my whole holiday.
Overall the company is in shambles, they have absolutely no clue what is happening and what needs to happen. They crumble over the smallest issue and cannot possibly be trusted. AVOID!
Impossible to communicate with this deceitful company, DO NOT EVER CONSIDER BOOKING with them.
Customer care verging on fraudulent behaviour should they actually engage with you.

Never book on this site if you do not want to get scammed. I travel a lot but never gotten scammed like this. I would never recommend this site to get flights to anyone.
I booked my flight from Amsterdam to Heathrow through this scammer site. While I was booking it was 51 euros on the site (after all tax everything) until I finalise the transaction from my bank account, however, they deducted 94 euros and when I checked with them the first time they said they will refund the extra amount they deducted. What I received were just 14 euros. They deducted from my account for the service that I did not even choose and does not show the real price on the site while we book.
Their business model is to get money from people without their concerns and scam the customers. :). Show the real price and then scam at least!
I booked a flight from malaga to luton On there site there price had jumped to nearly double when checking out No refund Hard work communicating No way to contact them by phone Eventually a eu16 refund was all i was offered if cancelled The pricing is way of luring you in and is so misleading Please check what you are paying or better still avoid them all together...
DO NOT TOUCH WITH THE PROVERBIAL BARGEPOLE. They show a "final price, incl. Taxes and fees" then promptly add another substantial amount, without notice, WHEN YOU HAVE PRESSED PAY. Apalling! If you manage to contact laughingly called "customer service" they will1)put the phone down on you or 2) treat you with utter contempt. Simple, you pay way over the odds to be treated with contempt!
On the 18th May 2022 I booked a return trip to Thailand for 27th June 2022.
I paid lastminute.com the sum of 917.61 pounds.
On the 26th of June 2022 I was informed by Lufthansa that the flight LH2317 was cancelled, even though I had printed the boarding passes. The german pilots were striking and cancelled many flights.
I contacted lastminute.com and was informed by telephone and email that I would receive a full refund for the entire trip, as the first part of the planned trip was cancelled, I was unable to complete any part of it (I booked to travel to Thailand with another company and travelled a few days later at HUGE expense)
Yesterday after waiting 4 months for a refund I was informed that lastminute.com have been approaching the WRONG AIRLINE for the refund. They have been asking Thai Airways. The boarding passes clearly show LUFTHANSA at the top. The letter I received saying the flight was cancelled was from LUFTHANSA.
I have written many emails and complained so much and still I have received NO compensation and NO refund.
Answer: I want an email address for LastMinute.com through which to log my complaint and ask for an explanation and partial refund.
