I booked a flight with Latminute.com for March which as cancelled (with 2 days warning)... I am still waiting for a refund... 3 moths later... You cannot get issues escalated or speak to a manager... I will never use them again
Booked some flights yesterday, for about 20% less than on the official Ryanair website. What a mug, never again!
Today they wrote that the booking could not be confirmed and they will refund me. Of course the Ryanair flights have now gone up and it cost me £50 per ticket more than yesterday to book them on the official website.

We booked tin May to go to Turkey in June. I could not access my booking and manage it on their site as apparently they have to add the luggage on separately. This was eventually done on 16th June and we travel on 18th June. I had to contact them via chat twice to ask when it would be done. So once that was done, we were waiting to check in online as specified on my booking. I sat waiting and waiting and it was finally open. It then told me to go to the airline site which promptly told me that online check in is not available at Birmingham airport. They do not have our passport details yet so I then went on chat yet again. I explained the situation and they said I could check in and give our passport details once we got to the airport. I advised that I had never done this before and it was not normal procedure. They gave me two numbers to call as apparently they could not call me as they are a chat service! (so why ask for my number on chat saying that they may need to call me?). Anyway, I called both numbers and it said there was a problem with the system and the call was ended. I then got another number from their website and exactly the same happened. I asked on chat how this could be resolved and got the same answer as before - check in with passport details once you arrive at then airport. This is also frustrating as there are obviously issues at the moment in airports with delays and cancellations and this will make it even slower. This is such bad customer service. They could not help me. They take your money quickly enough but once they have done that it is up to you to sort yourself. I will not use LM again and anyone reading this, I would advise that neither do you.
I have paid extra money to change the dates and I have been waiting for my new dates for 2 months. It is very short now and I don't know if I will be able to fly.
Provided me with in orrect information via their app leading to additional charges throughout the trip. Complaints team just deny any wrongdoing despite strong evidence against them. Company riddled with incompetence and I'm currently having to escalate through ombudsmen and am anticipating probable legal action again them as a result. I definitely won't be using this ompaby again, I'll just pay a bit more for a respectable travel agaent
I bought a flight ticket with lastminute.com on 27/04/2022 and due to family commitments I couldn't travel on the booked date. So when I started to request for a change the real problem started. They took sooo long that the response was given just 13 hours before the flight departure. So I couldn't travel on the booked date. TILL NOW(09/06/22) I WAS NOT GIVEN ANY REFUND OR COMPENSATION AND I AM STILL FIGHTING with the numerous phone calls and emails. I hope I will get my money back.

Very disappointed with my treatment, booked a flight to Paris with my friend for my birthday unfortunately entered a misspelling on my booking I then tried multiple occasions to contact this organisation for the week and a half leading up to my outbound flight due to the misspelling on the booking and was told this would cost £35 despite checking that and find that this was free with my airline Vueling. I paid this then tried to get in contact via the chat box function and phone line every day to check if this had been accepted. Each time I eventually got through I was told to wait as this was being looking into. 24 hours before my flight I received a call from your Last minute.com calling to state the £35 charged was an incorrect figure despite me being not told this was subject to change and I would immediately be billed £147.50 this is not acceptable at all as the agent then stated she would not be able to call Vueling as it was a Saturday despite me trying to have this sorted as a matter of urgency previously.
When I then arrived at the airport my flight was delayed by 2 hours. Never use last minute.com wish i had read the reviews before using this company would suggest using Loveholidays or booking the holiday without a travel agent.
I booked through Bravofly, apparently handled by Lastminute.com. Although i never expressly clicked on FULL flex services, the system at the last minute add these costs to your ticket. Subsequently i have to spend hours to get refunds... The site is misleading, the wording tricky, and the system intentionally takes advantage of consumers. Shameful. This company should be banned from operating using there current online procedures.
Had a quote for a flight ticket from lastminute.com for £785, Accpeted the quote and made payment. However, I got charged £800 for the ticket on my bank statement. Impossible to speak to customer services as it is inexistant. I found that incredible that a company like that is allowed to operate when so many people are complaining about it. AVOID. If you want to get rip off, this is the company for you. I got evidence about the quote BTW.
I booked my flights and car hire through lastminute.com - but i don't understand what the benefit of this was.
Any query or question i asked they said 'ask the airline or ask the carhire company.- absolutely no help at all.

Absolute joke from start to finish. Your details aren't safe. You are booked in to sh*t holes with photographs from the 80's! Don't get caught out they are unable to take video evidence only photographs. They booked my room through booking.com who didn't have my payment details so was left untill 1:45am before getting in my room as the hotel couldn't see my payment details! Smelt like people were smoking crack, no hot water! But I'm still having to supply photographs! How do you send photographic evidence just put cold in text. Avoid like the bubonic plague as that will be a better experience then with this company!
Dishonest and difficult to deal with. Will do anything to refuse refunds, reduce refunds and avoid responsibility.
Terrible.
I tried to change one of my flights because the layover was too short, 1 hour 50 mins. I would need to go to a different terminal AND the first flight had a RECORD of lateness and I had proof.
Lastminute said a number of contradictory things:
- we cant change the flight
- we will try to change the flight(but never did)
- told me they tried but had nothing available. Garbage, I looked on the morning and flights WERE available
I went on to their chat facility and got no satisfaction
I phoned 12 times in a 4 hour period and they often disconnected me.
They didnt listen to my questions and they mostly didnt even understand English
I complained to the CEO of lastminute.com and heard nothing. Not even an "autoresponse".
I have many more details to post here but space wont allow me to unfortunately.

Let me explain to everyone how they still have success in scamming so much folks.
First you pay for something might even not be available as you can't check, then you got 12 hours to call them and cancel but they will not pick up as they have your phone number in their system, if you call from a different phone they will ask for the phone number you mad the order and then will hang up on you.
Second, after 12 hours they already did book hotels flights and you can't cancel any longer however they can't proof any bookings.
And only at the end when they should refund you they tell you that in their policy is stated that you are not eligible for a refund.
Good I didn't pay full price list £500.
Please be aware.
I mistakenly booked a flight through last minute.com I was on a flight comparison site I clicked on the flight I wanted thinking I was booking direct with the airline and only realised after that it was being booked through last minute.com One leg of the flight was cancelled by the airline It was almost impossible to navigate the circularity of the web site to get through to anyone on the phone They don't do messages or chat
When it comes to flights, do not use this company.
It is best to go direct. I paid an extra £400 going through lastminute.com, when the airline company was cheaper.

I have had a horrific experience with last minute.com and please urge anyone reading this never to use them. The airline cancelled my flights twice. The first incident took 3 months to resolve to get transferred. The second cancellation - just two weeks before travel was not felt with in time even though the airline were happy to change. They would not contact the airline to discuss the booking. As a result I am having to travel three days earlier and sleep with five young children on the floor of the airport. It's a shocking horrendous experience.
Better to completely avoid this company, they have absolutely terrible customer service. I was disconnected from the online chat twice for no reason. When I eventually got through on the phone, I was told to contact the airline directly about my tickets but the airline said they couldn't help and I had to contact Lastminute because I booked through them. Total wastes of space.
Simply thieves, they added GBP 25 to the total without informing me and discovered only after payment, before payment you see only the original total without this GBP 25 and they mention nothing about any fees to be added, when I get back to them they told me that it's booking fees and refused to refund and told me that these are their conditions which are mentioned in the confirmation email, this email only received after payment and not before so of me it's a silly joke
I would never ever book with last minute. Com again. During the pandemic I booked a holiday for 2021 which was also pushed back. The communication from last minute. Com was so backward for such a well known company. We were told by the airline our ticket was to be cancelled. Then emailing amd calling backwards and forwards from last minute as to whether I was getting a refund or another holiday. This went on for months causing me undue stress whilst working in the nhs. They don't care about the money that they took from people. Finally I was offered a refund they sent an email link. Lo and behold the link didn't work. I have tried multiple times I still get the automated email to a link that went through to blank screen. I called them multiple times and then talked me through how to get it to work clear your cache reset your account. Angrily I did everything they asked sent multiple screenshot to their email address. Finally i got through to the 'refund page' to enter my iban. Lo and behold it dosent work. I've called to find an alternative method. None has been given. Attemped to call my bank and get a refund they even refused cause it had been to long. This has gone on for two years now. I still get the automated message. Nope I'm 2000 out of pocket for a holiday I never went on. Then I look on Wikipedia this morning and they are voted the worst holiday provider to refund people's money during the pandemic. They are probably broke. And don't care about the fact they kept the company running with holidays that consumers didn't go on. You should be ashamed of your selves. Sitting in your white castles. Enjoy the company you built is built on sand. Dont waste your time effort and money to talk to automated emails and people that do not help you at all.
Answer: I want an email address for LastMinute.com through which to log my complaint and ask for an explanation and partial refund.
