They have no clue what they are doing, cust service promise you everything what you want but they not keep promises. They provide misleading informations (i record all calls), after airberlin bust up i have to reschedule my other flight and they couldnt understand why, they try to persuade me that i still can go to berlin tagel (no matter i have no option to catch other flight to my destination). At the end they offer me change for £2300 while i can get direct return flight for £600 from various airlines. Absolutely waist of money, the worst part is that the airlines are not able to make any changes as i am 3th part and everything have to be done by them. I agree everything with BA provide the details to lastminute they need to only confirm that and they came up with something else more expensive and in different days. Avoid lastminute at any cost.

TERRIBLE service, never choose full flex its like wasting your money. As they dont actually refund 90% of the ticket amount which they claim to will.

Lastminute to repay your refund and with deductions.

I booked a flight to the Far East for a business trip as I always do several times per year. I booked my flight with last minute back in march 2017 return via Emirates Airline through Lastminute.com.

After to weeks an received an email explaining that my return flight had been changed which in turn meant that I could not attend a meeting scheduled on my return to the UK I subsequently asked lastminute to reschedule and other flight as previously booked I was told to speak directly with the airline to se if they would make this change, clearly I refused as my booking was made through lastmunite.com

Cutting a long story short, I decided to request a total refund and book another flight as my time for leaving was running short as it seemed I was not making progress.

I received a confirmation that i would received a refund which never materialised, I chased my refund and they then offered a voucher, i replied I want a full refund at which point they agreed to refund my cash except £90 was retained by Lastminute.com for unknown reason.

Basically they have a bad customer service policy and will always try to retain funds if you cancel a flight due to an airline rescheduling. So if you value how much you earn then cheap isn't always cheap especially with lastminute.com

I booked a holiday package
I have spent a full day reading reviews online and I was very satisfied with the reviews and the position of the hotel.
My flight to Prague was at 7.10am on the 26/12/2016.
At 8 pm on the 23/12/2016 I was left a voicemail from one employee of LastMinute.com saying there was a problem with my hotel booking.

The next morning, when I managed to get in touch with someone, I was told the hotel was no longer available, due to a "system error", therefore I had no choice but to take the only hotel you had available at that time.

It is utterly ridiculous that I have only been informed of this issue two days before my departure (one of which was Christmas day) whereas my booking has been made on 27th November 2016, nearly one month earlier.

It has been particularly stressful to spend the morning of the Christmas' eve over the phone with you trying to resolve the issue.
I booked a three-star hotel in Prague 2, which included a spa, near the amenities and at short walking distance from the city centre and a was given an aparthotel in zone 5 and a very dodgy area with the explanation that everything was booked over the festive season.
I was left with no choice but to accept that hotel, whose standard was much lower than the standard of the hotel I paid for.

Additionally, I had to incur in additional, not planned expenses to pay for taxis to get back to the hotel from the city centre after midnight.
This is because there was no metro running after midnight and the very cold temperature at that time of the day would have made very challenging to walk 30mins every night to return to the hotel.
I wrote a formal complaint and called the company several times to obtain at least a partial refund. Not only they did not give me a refund but I had no reply whatsoever or apologies from them.

Dont USE LAST MINUTE

I booked a flight with lastminute and it came back with the wrong date and i phoned them and they wanted 29 euro to fix it and when i went to another site i got a new flight for 19 euro.
So the message is not to use last minute

Charged us for a room we cancelled 4 weeks prior.
Will not refund. Do not use these thieves. We even resent them the emails we sent them. They said we sent to the wrong email even though they sent us emails from that email
The email address was not a no reply email and we did not receive an email saying we had come through to the wrong email

False promises

Having booked on Wednesday 4th Oct we received a call on Thursday to say the hotel hasn't got avalibity and we would get a call back on Saturday at 4pm. We did not receive a call so I called on Sunday and gave them an alternative hotel and was told I would receive a call on Monday. I didn't get a call. I then phoned on Thursday and told someone would call within 2 hours. No call. I called at 8 am Friday and told I would get a call within 4 hours. No call. I phoned again Friday early evening and told they could be trusted and I would receive a call within 45 mins but give them an hour. In total I've been on the phone over 2.5 hours and still no further on. Hotels are getting booked up and prices changing and during this time. I was told that I didn't receive the call backs because there was nothing to tell me. This is totally unacceptable. After 8 days I've been now told they have sent an email to the 3rd party. If I want a refund it would take 15 days.

Whilst people are generally polite on the phone they continually tell you they understand what I'm going through and if it was them they would be angry, they say trust them one last time in each occasion but don't do anything, I'm still with no hotel and no money back.

They only care about taking the full costs upfront and holding on to them. All I want is confirmation of another hotel! I have also been lied to on 3 occasions as well as the false promises.

Spent 3 hours trying to buy tickets with continued error messages not allowing me to buy the tickets and my cc company thinking my card had been stolen..., 1 hour on the phone, OVERSEES, with them, and transferred repeatedly from one person to the next where they told me I would have to pay $200 more per person per ticket! That the tickets online didn't exist (mind you, I'd used 2 different computers to search), and then transferred to a "Manager" who said that I would not be permitted to even buy a ticket with them on the phone or online or any other way, as the
Security team" had put hold on my account as they couldn't verify my info. I asked which info? They said "All of it!" I said how can that be when that's my name, the name on my passport, the name on my credit cards, and I used 2 different credit cards! He told me to call and airline and book with them.
They're all one and the same company btw! Bravofly, Mamondo, Lastminute.com, Rumbo, and well, 73 other sites if you look online! SCAM! BEWARE! Wastes your time, money and patience to the max!

Not much I can add over the other reviews, very similar story.
I stupidly booked a holiday without checking reviews of lastminute. I had used the site years ago when it was reputable, and didn't realise that the web domain had been taken over by criminals. They took my money and delivered nothing, and no sign of a refund. I'm now over £2000 out of pocket and no holiday for my family this year.

I booked a late deal on the 21st of august and 6 days later i am still waiting for it to be confirmed we go in 6 days and need to make sone arrangements. I have rung last minute. Com several times in the last 2days. And get the same reason everytime technical issues. Lost faith now will never use them again. And will be telling everone not to use them. They have taken the money from my bank and i have nothing to show for it so far. BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES.

I would like to make an official complaint about your organisation concerning my booking to Larnaca with British Airways 28/08/2017 to 05/09/2017, my booking was made solely on the basis of an sudden bereavement therefore last minute travel arrangements were made by myself using an reputable organisation who I had great trust. The fact that I did not receive any confirmation, and the fact that when i tried to check in I was told no flight of my name was present on the system, promoted my self to ring last minute to clarify what was going on. I was told that i would be contacted and still waiting and at the end was told that the flight was not available but I

I was on holiday with my friend & had to return home due to my husband being very poorly in hospital. I booked a flight on a Monday morning from Malaga back to Manchester for an early afternoon flight on the same day I had booked. I arrived at the airport in good time & went to check in & was told that I was not booked on the flight & all flights to Manchester where fully booked... After an hour of talking & zero help I was in such an emotional state my friend had to come to airport to help me. I had paid £435.00 for the flight to get home as it was an emergency I was happy to pay so I could get home to my critical ill husband. In the end I had to fly to a different UK airport so I could get home & pay another 270 & travel another 90 miles once landed in the uk to get home. Lastminute.com caused me such an emotional trauma that day that I am disgusted that they treat people like this & words can not describe. They are thieves who take your hard working money & basically do nothing with it. Once home I proceeded to pursue my claim & was given an email address to write to but was given a email address that does not exist so not only do they steal your money off you they lie to you so you don't pursue them. I would never ever use this despicable firm again they are scum. I will keep trying to get my money back but I don't live in hope..

Absolutely terrible

Unbelievably terrible experience, misleading information. This agency should not be granted to sell flight tickets. They sent me an email, saying they have canceled my flight, my flight is however still seen as confirmed on their website.
Supposedly, they sold and confirmed tickets with an error price (they forgot to calculate taxes in the price), therefore they cancelled the flights with the operator (Air Canada) without my prior consent or information. After cancelling them, they told me tickets are still confirmed and I have nothing to worry about, so I booked the accommodation and all my planning, without the option of cancellation, since they said the flights are confirmed.
Following this, they notified me the flights are cancelled and I will get no whatsoever compensation for the accommodation and other costs, besides what I paid for the flights (due to their mistake and decision to cancel the tickets). However, my flight is still seen as confirmed on their website.
Please note, that, other competitive agencies to whom the same error occurred (that forgot to calculate taxes in the price) confirmed these tickets because it is obviously their fault.
Lastminute is working with a policy of pure manipulation, now trying to sell tickets for triple price of the first ones, to intentionally gain funds, which is for me a sign of extortion. Total chaos. Regulators should double check their competence and reconsider their license to operate.
Unbelievable customer support they were supposed to give me a call, no one called. Most unpleasant experience, terrible. Most negative review.

Absolutely despicable behaviour. Booked what was meant to be a three star hotel on lastminute.com, when we got there it was like a dungeon. A small room in a basement that was filthy, unhygienic and frankly unsafe. There was no bathroom door, the ceiling was leaking a brown coloured fluid and the room stunk of damp. They don't even check the hotels before they post them on their website. They are refusing to give compensation. Avoid this company like the plague. They have disgusting customer service and are extremely unhelpful. They just want to scam you out of your money. Best booking elsewhere!

I have been emailing Last Minute for the last 3 weeks regarding my return flight from Zagreb to London but with no response as I have had no official travel documents from Monarch, only and email booking confirmation from Last Minute and I have paid the full amount. After 20 minutes on hold, they confirmed that they do not provide any paper documents or official documentation from Monarch, they only provide the check-in code. I'm a little frustrated as my partner has to provide official documents to his workplace of any flight details and I quite easily get official flight documents through all other companies so I am surprised that "Monarch don't provide these to us". Hopefully this flight isn't a scam and I can get back home from Croatia on 18th September!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

So, first of all i booked my holiday (flights, hotel, half board with transfers) it was a little out of my budget but it was a good deal so i went ahead and booked. I am supposed to be flying out in 9 days, i get an email confirming my request and stating that it is being processed but i haven't got the booking yet. I was completely fine, i checked my account and realised they had taken the money out of my account, then i received an email stating my package was no longer available and told i had to call them. After the first 40 minutes of being on hold and 5 minutes of actually talking to someone i was understandably getting frustrated, i had staff laughing down the phone at me and lying point blank. I was told that i need to pay £200+ to keep my booking as the rates had changed, i then decided to try and see different flight//hotels for the same price, i was told at first there was none and then i was told of a flight change. I am supposed to fly from london to palma, mallorca and then fly palma, mallorca to london. The man on the phone offered first of all for me to fly london to mallorca and then on the way back to fly from madrid to london, so i was expected to make a 17 hour car journey from mallorca to madrid out of my own money for a flight. Then i was told i can fly to palma with a stop over, 20 hours in ibiza, after getting transferred through to 4/5 people i had come no closer to them helping me, they wouldnt accept that it was unfair of them to have changed the rates so rapidly and with such a huge difference, had offered me no help at all and did not help to calm me down when they clearly did not care and gave me attitude on the phone. I asked for a refund and was told it can take up to 15 days, im supposed to be on holiday in 9 as i have booked the time off from work, when i explained this i was told to book another holiday and wait for the refund. I was not offered any help, no alternatives, when i gave them alternatives from their website of different hotels i can stay in i was told to call back tomorrow and see if the rates change or not, i was on the phone to them for altogether 3/4 hours most of which was me left on hold (they do that a lot. 10-15 minutes at a time) and have got no where. DISGUSTED with this site, would NEVER ever use them again and would never recommend them to anyone. Now i have to wait up to 15 days for a refund, waste a week of holiday from work and also have no holiday whatsoever for my self. Complete let down the staff, the site, the prices. DO NOT BOOK with this website you will get charged extra after booking and will have no customer service whatsoever.

Booked a holiday on Thursday 17th August 2017 but had not been given confirmation of the booking. We called up on Saturday and they had said we should be receiving the confirmation within 24 hours. We called back on Monday for LastMinute.com to then tell us their was a problem with our flights and that they would be sorting it.

Again there was no response nor confirmation. We called again the day after for them to say their were no hotel rooms left.

They offered a replacement hotel for another £800 extra. Obviously we were not willing to pay and have sent them 4-5 other bookings that matched our original booking and still, no sign of any help, response or confirmation.

Every time we call up, they say that a manager will call back within 3 hours - There is never a callback! We are doing the chasing, and nothing is getting done.

We are left not knowing if we have seats on a flight, we know we don't have a hotel, yet we have paid full price for a holiday that now doesn't even exist. We don't know what to do. If we cancel, they say we will not get a full refund, so we would have given last minute.com money to mess up a booking.

We have asked for all phone recordings to be sent to my email, but they said they can't confirm we will recieve all recordings.

DO NOT BOOK!

I booked 3 seat on a flight from Birmingham to Belfast at 7pm, for the following day. I got an email saying 'Thank you for making the following booking request with us:' I kept refreshing my app and checking the status and for over 3 hours, a message appeared saying 'booking not confirmed'. I called the helpline *******7400 twice (7.15pm & 9.35pm) and was promised that it would take approx 20 mins. At 10pm, I checked the status in my app and the booking disappeared of the screen. I got an email to say 'your booking request has been cancelled'. I was livid! I called a 3rd time and the staff member informed me that the booking was cancelled as the seats were no longer available. It was an important flight as our baby granddaughter, who has recently had major brain surgery and was taken by air ambulance home to Belfast (with her mother) and we needed to be with them as soon as we could get a flight. Because of LastMinute.com's absolute incompetence, we struggled to find another flight for nearly 3 hours, whilst also worrying about our poorly granddaughter's safe return home, which alone has been more than stressful enough! They even have the nerve to include in said email- 'To make a new reservation please visit us at lastminute.com.' Hell would have to freeze over, defrost and freeze over again before I would even consider booking with them again. Last minute.com - do not advertise the sale of seats on flights if you don't have them!
