, Hello, i was booked 5 flights tickets online, the price was checked than nothing change, than i was booked tickets, money was taken from my bank account, and next day i was get call and told than after my booking ticket price increase to 101£. I was asked for refund, its takes 3-4 working days, than now i can't get other tickets.

Avoid!
I spent so much time speaking to them over the phone, they were putting me on hold, I spent 5 hours in total! 5! I have to pay so much money for those calls! Seriously guys provide some sort of training to your employees! That's rediculous!

We booked a holiday to Benodet in Brittany, France. The travel plans, in with the package consisted of a fight from BHX to CDG, then a connecting flight to Brest. From there we had arranged a hire car through 'Lastminute.com', from 'Sixt'. It was a Sunday when we arrived at Brest, despite this the website said that the car hire would be available, but it wasn't. The Sixt counter was closed and there was no car made available. We had to book a 2nd car through another company despite having booked and paid Sixt through LM for the first car. We have tried to get our money back but LM have a carefully, it would appear, designed system such that you never get to complete any kind of form or speak to a person inside LM. We have by imaginative means, spoken with LM staff or used chat services on line, but we have been stonewalled and thwarted at every point. This company, really needs to have the authorities take a good look at their operation.

Last minute, what a joke, they took 24 hours to tell me we couldn't have our original booking, and offered us a different reservation, we agreed to that, then it took another 24 hours before they told us we couldn't have that either. So 48 hours in and we still haven't got anything. So I told them to forget about it as we wanted to be travelling in 5 days. Which now we cannot do because they took the money from my account and it wouldn't be back in time. This was the only time I could go, so they have ruined my break. And don't even care. Expedia if far better. Their reply was just diplomacy to fob the customer off and they were not apologetic, Lynn the manager just sat in silence and didn't respond to most off what I said. I booked the trip Wednesday morning, but heard nothing until 0300 Thursday morning, then after that I heard nothing until 0740 Friday morning. Is this acceptable from a company called lastminute.com? They should be called, hopefully you're not being spontaneous.com. And I still cannot plan anything as they have our money tied up in there system.

Appalling Company

Booked city break with these people and paid required deposit. Then received E mail saying awaiting confirmation. This went on for two days. I made several phone calls to them during this spell but couldn't get sensible answer. I then received E mail saying our booking had been cancelled. No explanation! Dreadful company, just don't deal with them. No customer service whatsoever.

Beware LASTMINUTE.COM!

Absolutely appalling experience. Booked flight for Wednesday from Birmingham to Berlin with a 5* hotel for 6 nights on the website. Was duly informed that the booking was being processed and we would get a confirmation email. This didn't arrive so phoned and was passed around from call handler to call handler and then told the payment had been processed and we would get the email soon.
Set off to stay in a hotel to start our holiday nearer to Birmingham.
At 0.45 this morning received an email to say our booking had been cancelled! No reason or explanation given! Tried repeatedly phoning having to go through all the numbered options and then was cut off each time!
The bank informed me that the payment is still pending on my credit card and that they can't block it and so now I am unable to make any other holiday booking as this will take me over my limit!
I am absolutely disgusted that this company can scam people like it apparently does and get away with it. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY TO BOOK A HOLIDAY! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Please share so that others don't get scammed too!
I intend to report them to Trading Standards and BBC watchdog!

I have recently put a deposit down for a New York holiday in Feb 2019. After paying the deposit online, we recieved a confirmation E-mail, which seemed to have limited information. Also, I find it very suspicious that we are unable to pay the remaining balance in bits online. After phoning the company, we were told that it can only be paid in full over the phone before January, and we will then recieve a full confirmation E-mail. I'm unsure of what to do as my gut is telling me not to trust this. Customer service is very poor.

Appalling!

Cannot find one single positive thing to say about this company. Awful customer service. Simply failed to get the most basic parts right (one of my boarding passes just didn't turn up, I had to contact the airline directly on the day I flew). Request for hold luggage ignored until AFTER my trip, and then it was refused!
Do not use this firm!

Booked a hotel, flight and Car hire with this awful company. On arrival at Palma Airport the car hire company had now record or knowledge of our booking. 2 hrs with 2 kids in 38 degrees trying to resolve with this appalling company, foreign call centre obviously frustrated with their own inability to strong two words together or even begin to explain why/what had happened. A reputable company would have paid for a taxi to hotel and had a hire car there waiting. Nothing, not even an explanation, just a poor reading from an even poorer written flowchart. Avoid this company at all costs, an e-mailed booking confirmation means absolutely nothing.

Booked a holiday to St Lucia for mine and my girl friends 50th birthday. The hotel we stayed in was part of a chain of 3 hotels in St Lucia. Last Minute when we booked was advertising all 3 hotels on 1 web page with no clear distinction of the different hotels. The page showed photot from ALL 3 hotels most of which were of the main beach front hotel. So naturally we thought we were going to be on the beach front or at least very close. But no we were 2 miles front the beach. When we took this up with Last Minute (as they had change the page that advertised these hotels and no longer advertised these hotels on a single page) they took no responsibility for this mix up being their fault. I spent 2 months fighting to get a refund but they gave us nothing claiming they advertised it property when they did not. When there is a problem ALL their representatives took the attitude that it was not their fault and the customer is wrong. AWEFUL COMPANY WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN

I believe that the staff should be able to give a breakdown on how they calculate there charges for each of there hotels once you have booked with them. This has to be done due to section 75 of the law.

The worst service I ever had. They practically left me in China without a ticket back. Only thanks to begging aircompany I managed to come back. Lastminute.com took the money and were ignoring my e-mails and calls. They did not even provide me with the number of flight which was cancelled and the aircompany name. I had 6 flights in total. They just sent me the message that my flight was cancelled or modifyed. Imagine they didn't even know what happenned with my flight! I will never use their service again. After 2 weeks of speaking through e-mail they chaged my flight to the one that was too late so i could loose my second connection flight. I explained them that it is not possible to use this flight without loosing the orther. They didn't care they did not answer my e-mail. So I spent days speaking with aircompanies asking to change the flight but their told me that this is the responsobility of the agency. 2 days before the flight the I pushed the aircompany to change my flight. At least i left the country but I had to wait extra 14 hours. Never use lastminute.com!

Une catastrophe! Un service client d une incompétence incroyable!
Je prend un vol aller retour pour malaga, je prend l option flex permettant de modifier simplement chaque vol de ce voyage...

1 ere chose, j arrive a l aeroport on a beaucoup de bagage on se fait déposer au terminal 2A ecris sur le billet! Et c est au terminal 3, comment peut on se tromper de terminal sur le propre billet d avion... grosse galere de navette avec les bagages lourd mais jusque la ca va... $#*! d une heure. Bon disons que la c est la compagnie, ok...

Je souhaite modifier mon retour, j appelle donc l option flex, on me dit impossible il faut modifier a moins de 72 heures... alors deja c etait mentionné nullepart, ce serait les conditions de la compagnie en question. Et bien ne proposez pas une option flex avec des compagnies qui ne le sont pas alors... il faut trier. Je re regarde les dates et me rends compte qu on est a plus de 72 heures, alors je rappelle la personne qui ne savait pas compter, qui s excuse et qui me dis regarder du coup... mais la il n y aurait pas de vol. Je regarde ensuite de mon coté enervé car il y a une tonne de vol, je rappelle donc apres avoir trouvé différents vols, "ah oui effectivement il y a bien ce vol madame " et on me met encore en attente une plombe pour pouvoir le changer... et là au final au bout du 3eme appel et environ 1heure au telephone... de l etranger... on propose de modifier mon vol, mais a un tarif plus cher qu un nouveau billet...!
C est ca une option flex? J ai du racheter un 2eme billet tellement c est une arnaque.
On me dit de reclamer le remboursement de l option flex au retour en me donnant le mail en question et maintenant on me sors "madame l option flex n est pas remboursable apres le vol "'
à qui est ce que je m adresse au juste? Est ce que qqun est juste capable de dire ou faire qqchose de censé au sein de last minute?
Je n ai jamais vu autant d idiotie et d incompétence réunis que dans ces échanges je suis choquée... je ne recommande a personne ce service et surtout l option "vol" ou flex appelllez la comme vous voulez

This company and its subsidiary booking.com are misleading in their promotions and take no responsibility for resolving issues. I have travelled extensively for 40 years and my experience with them has soured me for good. I would NOT use Lastminute.com OR booking.com again even if I was desperate. AVOID AT ALL COST

There are totally USELESS and COWBOYS. A simple spelling mistake at my partner name cause me to lose ALL my money and had to rebook tickets off course with another agency.
Despite Ive spot the mistake about 1 and half months before departure and immediately inform the "lastminute.com", still failed to be corrected with the airlines. It has been a nightmare especially the last 2 weeks with lots of phone call and wasting hours speaking to airlines and the useless full of lies "lastminute.com" call centres! At last day before departure the lastminute.com send me an Email that my case cannot be solved and I need to buy new tickets! I couldnt cancel the flights because the hotel money as part of the travel package will be also lost!
Finally, the blame is the " lastminute.com ". My advice is simple: AVOID IT and again AVOID IT, you have been warned, and in case something goes wrong then you are completely on your own...

Absolutely awful. Never use them - just go directly to the air carrier's website and book there for way less money! I confirmed I didn't want insurance and after I saw the amount I was paying and entered my card details, they gave another pop up just to catch you off guard - ended up paying way more than if I had booked directly on the air carrier's website. Awful customer service too. Never booking through them again.

The worts experience have had.

Last-minute refusing to correct the spelling mistake for passengers name for a fly ticket to USA, although I have notified the problem 2 weeks prior the departure, only 24 H before, I have received an email saying that the change was not longer possible and they were forcing me to buy another ticket ( obviously 3 time more expensive) with a partial refund of the previous one in different currency ( euros) and not even into my account but as a voucher, to be used in another occasion, therefore you being trapped and being forced to use their discressfull service again... they are useless and every time I was going to try to speak to someone the call was diverted in INDIA with a poor customer service.
BEFORE USE LASTMINUTE PLEAE THINK TWICE. I DO NOT RECOMEND TO USE THEIR SERVICE TO ANYONE VERY BAD BAD EXPERIENCE

10 years ago I successfully booked a birthday holiday trip with my friends and through this company - I found a great deal, went on a great holiday and had a great time.

But just as people change so do companies. Fast forward to two days ago I spend 6 days looking for the perfect deal (flights, hotels, location,) I book a holiday to find out 24hrs later (after chasing the company twice, with no direct number but a call centre, because they think it's ok to treat you like nothing, hang up and promise to call back twice but not actually follow through) it is cancelled because apparently the airline decided to cancel the flight.

- No consideration or compensation for keeping you hanging for so long whilst prices for everything are going up

- Despite asking many times no alternative options/flights were provided

- They make you really angry and nearly give you a heart attack despite you being a calm person

They then proceed to tell me a lie about how my refund is being processed (whilst days go by and travel prices go up) for which I have to chase them. I bank with a very efficient bank in the UK, so when lastminute.com tell me to ask my bank where my money is and my bank assures me lastminute.com have not refunded the money back into my account as it would show up in my account straight away, even if it was not available to use straight away I know the company is obviously committing fraud and now steals from customers, without the intention of giving money back.

I hope that my efforts won't be the only ones that gets lastminute.com properly reprimanded so that they do admit to their fraudulent company activities, stop stealing from customers and refund and compensate all those affected.

Save yourself the heart attack, NEVER USE THEM & help spread the word about their fraudulent activities.
