Site does not let customers add luggage items to their flight during booking. They falsely indicate it would be possible to do so upon purchasing the ticket, by contacting the main airline's customer service. Customer service then says that is impossible due to multiple carries executing the flight itinerary. I would have not bought my Zagreb-Kansas City ticket had it not been for this false piece of information provided by lastminute.com.
I am being forced to add the luggage item at the airport which is by far the costliest option.
Never using lastminute.com again.
Also, the practice of not including luggage automatically for overseas flights is bait to lure customers in with affordable prices. I have been traveling overseas for a long time now, and this is the first time I'm experiencing this. This is a new practice, and it's here to stay, unless we the customers rebel.
The worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with, terrible customer service if you can even get through to them, insane refund policy if you dare to try to cancel (who wants a voucher? I want my cash back!)

By far the worse booking experience I have ever endured. Within 3 days of booking lastminute made no fewer than four significant changes to the booking. I spent literally hours on the telephone speaking to agents who either lied repeatedly or were incompetent (probably both), sent multiple emails that were ignored (despite the customer service agents who I had spoken to acknowledging receipt), and received multiple promises of returned calls which never happened. Completely shambolic with zero customer service.
Changed out flight with 4 days... can't do anything about it!
No refund or nothing! These are just criminals!
Don't trust this Company! I've booked flights and hotel through them. It took them more than 48 hours to confirm flights... I had to call them 3 times and then finally they said only No, sorry. No attempt for resolutin or alternative offer, nothing!... Meanwhile prices for flights have gone up... So I have just lost money and time. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy! Don't use them.
This company is full of jokes. I wouldn't give even that one start it's not possible to give zero stars. I have booked a flight for my friend, I have spelled his name wrong. The airline didn't offer name change and the airline refunded full refund. This spam company claims the airline is taken % for cancellation. Which it was their commission. They have forced us to charge us £ 50 for a name change. The flight costs £ 138... While I was speaking to a member a stuff they changed the price on the system to £ 193.40 when I checked on British airways site the flight went still £ 127... I have just lost £ 50 trying to save money using this spam website don't use please, do not lose your money on kind of sites... They have a policy to make money from people mistake. Even the airline they offer 24 Hours Free cancellation policy. Booked flight from Spain to UK online, great paid, got all my information etc, only to be emailed saying booking cancelled, but they get to keep your money for up to 7 days.
So I rang them up to ask what was going on, they said there is a lag online, and sometimes, there system is not up to date, and that the seats had gone, but the guy who I was talking to assured me that over the phone the system is accurate, so I paid out for a second set of seats, get this SAME flight, he assured me that there will be no problems now.
Guess what, 2 hours later, email saying booking cancelled.
There are two stages to there booking system, the booking itself, then the confirmation, basically an auction.
You pay, then they wait until some pays more for same seats, then they cancel yours.
Distcusting ripoff system.
AVOID.
I booked the tickets, had the money withdrawn from my account, was waiting for confirmation and after 2 days I got an e-mail saying my booking was cancelled.

Cancelled my tickets over 2 months ago. Went on resolver and complained. They sent me 3 responses saying that my complaint is now TOP Priority and that a member of their team will be contacting me by the end of day... still waiting 2 weeks later! Very bad service. The stole my hard earned money. AVOID AVOID AVOID
48 hrs after paying over £1200 not a hint of confirmation... cancelled and going elsewhere --- you had better get my money back pronto!
Robbed my family with 2 children by more than 1 thousand pounds.
Men + women have no heart for children and act in a disgusting way when taking money from people who do not receive any flights hotes holidays or bookings in return.
I used to use last minute.com a long time ago quite regularly in fact but recently after them booking the rong hotel and mis selling it they refused to give me a refund and all the emails and numbers go to the same ignorant and incompetent people who don't respond or selectively respond. Worst headache and waste of money ever!
I will never book with them again.
We booked well in advance supposed to return to Liverpool on 7/10/18 but guess what these $#*!heads had booked the 6/10/18 even though we had paper copies for the 7th had to book five seats on jet 2 who where brilliant and pay £800 to get to Manchester even though the car was at John Lennon they have offered £557 compensation I will never use these rip off merchants again
Will never use this company again! Awful. Customer Services phone team are useless. They can't answer questions but can get an email sent to you within 10 days with your questions answered?!?!?

Absolutely shocked with the service. My fiance booked through last minute with prime air and his outbound flight was cancelled. We received an email saying that we could book an alternative flight and we would be reimbursed within a month. Therefore i booked an alternative flight for him. We then received an email saying the 600 euros will be reimbursed within four weeks. We then asked if the we could change the return date and they said yes therefore he was meant to return today. However today when he arrived to the airport they said the flight company went bankrupt and we have to get our refund directly through lastminute.com i contacted the customer service line and explained the situation. I asked for my refund which was promised and also an alternative flight for my fiance to go back home. The lady on the phone said that she can not guarantee me a refund or an alternative return flight and that we have to wait 5 to 10 days to be contacted with an answer. This is absolutely shocking. Never have i experienced something like this before. She was not helpful at all and very rude, she seemed to not care at all she specifically said to me that i have to wait or deal with it myself. This is a disgusting attitude to have. We both trusted booking through lastminute.com and to receive treatment like this it is very disappointing!

Just when I pressed the pay button I realized the date was incorrect so I called inmediatly (I think after 5-10 minutes) and I explained what happened
The operator told me they had already paid the airline for the return ticket, but they hadn't pay yet the other leg of the trip so she said I would be reimbursed for 1 way and they will check the other way. She said I would be informed conveniently by email. Since I got no news I called a couple of times and they always said they would inform me in due time. Finally I received an email telling me I will not get any reimbursement. They will just keep my money! I sent a complaint by email to their customer care email but got no answer. That's how it works. Be careful with lastminute.com. I wouldn't buy anything from them
Booked a flight Corfu to Kefalonia with lastminute. When I arrived at the airport I was told that my flight did not exist, and that my name was not on the booking. To get to my destination I had to take a bus, a ferry, another bus and another ferry. It took 2 days and cost me £240. I've had no success contacting them via email or Twitter but I am reluctant to call because of reviews I've read here... DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!
If there is a problem, they won't help. They will route your call round and round, with nobody helping. They like to explain the history of the case, but you know that already, because you're on your seventh call to them. They say they can't help. There are all sorts of unwritten conditions on bookings. They aren't interested if things go wrong, and being all the way in India, you're unlikely to get any help at all. Ever. Avoid.
Answer: I want an email address for LastMinute.com through which to log my complaint and ask for an explanation and partial refund.
