They passed you around. No don't bother about " conversation being recorded ". They'll just apologised but you cannot get back lost money from booking your own transport which they messed up and not to mentioned call charges calling your own hotel to make sure they did actually do their job properly
I have been trying to change my tickests for weeks. And everytime o try i receive a message it will be changed in 72 hours. And nothing happened. Tried to send e mails with bo replies.
And finally after long time waiting when they responded and sent me some dates to choose. After i did. They said it is not confirmed. I received an e mail that they want to reach me so i called them and the phone all the time no answer. The only time someone answered me he didnt understand me and he shut the phone while i was talking.

We had a lovely one night stay in leeds for my husbands birthday. We stayed at Novotel and it was so lovely. The breakfast worked out rather pricy so we ventured up the road to a good old wetherspoons.

I booked an apartment in The Grand Mill, Bradford, for the nights of 4th and 5th May 2019. When I telephoned at about 4.45 pm, it was to find there had been a double booking and I was moved to a student accommodation block which had a minute, en suite bedroom and a shared kitchen, which lacked most everything by the way of cooking and eating, including forks and drinking glasses; big pans; vessels in which to microwave produce; dessert spoons and bowls. I was told that all the 'apartments' had a shared kitchen but this was not what was advertised on the website, or confirmed as being the case on my booking confirmation email. It quite spoiled my activity on the Sunday. Looking at the website now, it gives different prices and makes it clear which is an apartment and which is a bedroom with a shared kitchen. I wish to complain to lastminute.com but can find only a continental, telephone number and no email address. I intend taking this matter further as misrepresentation.
Easy to book your hotel and / or flights and any attractions and great value for money. Booked several times via lastminute and have always been happy with the service and had a stress free time.
Worst night sleep at ALCAM LERIDA, Barcelona
This was one of the WORSE accommodation experience I ever had.
First we needed to get a taxi to the 'reception' that was a 10min ride each way.
The apartment was very loud and NOT livable. The 'wardrobe' was full of cleaning equipment and blankets leaving no space to put your clothes. The bedroom door was unable to be closed. Every person entering the building turned on the lights that illuminated the shaft that the bedroom and living room were connected to meaning bright and loud at night.
Charging 30 euro per night with a warning would be ok (if you don't mind 0 sleep) but nearly 150 per night... A joke to say the least. Put me off using your service ever again though I know it was not your property.
But this place is NOT RENTABLE and needs to be removed from your side. This ruined my girlfriends and my short trip a lot.

Last Minute found me a great deal and booking was easy and efficient. They emailed by boarding passes and provided me with recommendations. I would definitely use again.

Run away from Lastminute!
Following the cancellation of my return flight, after 1 month, we ask for a new return flight. After some emails and calls, the customer service never answer to our request.The day of our return, a flight we were offered only few hours before the flight.
We were blocked in the country.

The confirmation email contained only one method to reach the owner and was not being answered. The website was equally useless.
Luckily googling the number to death and finding a similar accommodation using the same phone line we made our way across the city, bags and all, in the hope the owner might be there. He was. But if we had not done this we would have never been able to get in and ended up paying to stay somewhere else.
Last minute website should contain the proprietors email as well as number as a mandatory requirement. As such I wont be risking booking via this site again.
The description of the room on last minute.com told of an apartment with a fridge, cooking facilities and other things. In reality, it was just a hotel room with no fridge. It made do for our stay but wasn't what we were led to believe. Supposedly the hotel did own apartments but they are for rent.
Everything went as planned, paid extra £3 odd for no problem check in, then boarding passes were emailed to me, nothing else to do. Great all inclusive holiday.
From booking to vacation, there were no problems. The hotel was great, comfortable beds and great breakfast.
The whole process from booking, travelling, holidaying and return was hassle free. A top service from start to finish.
I bought holiday for 6 times and we never had problems with hotels or the flights. It is very easy to book through last minutes and the prices for holidays it is very cheap. We can choose from many hotels what ever you want

Comfy bed
Good sized bathroon
Fruit and cerial bar provided for continental brekfast
Bad parts
Room was far to hot
Something kept triggering a light sensor in the hall all night long
Very noise outdoor disco keeping people awake till 11pm
Room was not serviced, had to provide our own bog roll and coffe
And as its ontop of a pub our neighbours were very nosiy till 3am, not the hotels fault per se still annoying
Used lastminute.com for a quick hotel at Heathrow. Checked competitors and gambled on the mystery Gem. Worked out as I got a great rate at the only 5 star@ Heathrow.
Hotel was simple, beautiful, just off the beaten track so even with a balcony it wasn't too noisy, so close to the S bahn! Easy to walk to big museums and landmarks. Perfect hotel for a long weekend, the staff were really helpful when checking in on flights too.
Superb hotel, fantastic location be prepared for an expensive bar bill though. Very much looking forward to our return.

Simple transaction on last minute and I feel like I got a bargain by using this site.
Shocking! Will never book with these again. I booked a short return flight from Barcelona to Manchester. They sent emails with a link to enter all passport details etc. But you apparently have to do it before the official Ryanair check in opens. (no idea why as this doesn't make any sense) I clicked on the link the evening before my flight and it said the link had expired. In the email it said I would have to pay 45 euros each way to check in! Managed to speak to Ryanair directly who thankfully were able to help out but it was stressful and super time consuming! Then on the way back Ryanair let everyone on the plane with their handluggage apart from me because my bag had a pull out handle and wheels (it fit in the measuring thing) and they refused to let me on unless I paid 20 pounds extra to take this handluggage on the plane! (On the ticket it even said it was allowed to be taken on the plane but they refused) Absolutely ridiculous and have never ever experienced something this bad! Also the return flight didn't even go to Barcelona, it went to Reus airport which I have no idea why it's called Barcelona as it's an hour and a half drive away from Barcelona and at night there is no public transport to get back to Barcelona. What a joke, will never book with these people again. Even rating them 1 seems too generous! I'd say -10!
Answer: I want an email address for LastMinute.com through which to log my complaint and ask for an explanation and partial refund.
