Easy to book straight forward and stayed in ramada hotel very good hotel in belfast city centre close to alot if pubs shops and lots more and easy to get to and to get away again on leaving for home . I did the secret hotel thing

If I could say this has been my worst travel experience ever it would be down playing it 100 fold with lastminute.com automated call handling service hanging up calls combined with the useless app is shocking, the cheap airlines especially eurowings you may as well pay the extra and avoid all the run around furthermore don't waste time or money on your transfers from airport to destination and back book when you land to avoid the transfers turning up 10 to +20min late and that's if you can find the transfer driver at the airport. My advice book direct with airlines and hotels and them money you may save with lastminute.com your going to wish you spent on a better company and airline

All staff were really nice. Room was clean. Bar is noisy down stairs through the day but we were down for a few nights out so didnt bother us! Would defo book again.

The choice of booking a flight and a hotel room worked out well for us. The service provided by Lastminute.com meant that we had all the documentation for the flights and the hotel on our phones. The bundeld hotell, The Inspira Santa Marta, is a well placed in Lisbon to visit all the main attactions and is conveniently less than a ten minute walk from the nearest Metro station on the main boulevard (the Avenida). Incidently, the Metro connects to the airport - a 30 minute trip away with one change of train. The hotel is comfortable and clean with a very helpful staff. There was no communication dificulties as the staff all spoke excellent English - making up for our rather poor knowledge beyond the basic good morning "bom dia" and thank you "obrigado".

Rynair let us down

The hoilday was good but ryanair cancelled our flight out and still not had a refund from them so had to book an other flight out what cost me a lot more money but still no refund from ryanair wen they said it would be with in 7 days and uta now been 3 weeks thanks

Have booked holiday with lastminute.com. They cancel the holiday at the lastminute even though holiday paid!

Phoned them up and they told me website not updated regularly so best to phone so we guarantee a holiday booking. So I phone them up paying 13p/min and they say our holiday we find is guaranteed and nothing to worry about so we book a new holiday and pay for this. They tell us to enjoy our holiday and everything confirmed

4 hours later the cancel our holiday booking and have taken even more of our money

Avoid this scam company at all costs

This company is an absolute shambles. The customer service personnel not only are incapable of handling complaint calls, they have frequently lied to me and have charged me extra for their mistakes. I was sold fake insurance, which has meant I have lost out on hundreds of pounds. I have called them numerous times over the last few days to sort out an ongoing issue and they have lied to me regarding what they have done, who has spoken to me and time frames of requests.

I was told I was speaking to a manager, when in fact I later found out this was a regular employee who was in fact lying to me about attempts to contact the airline and hotel.

I was promised numerous call backs which never happened, and I have now lost money, time, lunch breaks at work and sleep.

NEVER will I book through this company again. I would suggest that unless you want to do all the work yourself and make formal complaints due to the incapability of the ignorant and rude staff, do not use this company under any circumstances.

SCAM! I booked a £1,305 flight, which they canceled and never refunded me! It's been MONTHS. I''d already booked the accommodation and don't know what to do! I've called them around 40 times! I spoke with some Indians who don't speak English! They promise to fix everything and did nothing! They hang on me several times! I've lost £1,305 on flights, £50 on calls and £1800 on hotels

The hotel wasn't so good it was 3 star's not 4 like they said and the food it was the same every day, in the pictures it was nice but the rooms it look very old, they have jacuzzi but you have to pay to use, I was in other 4-star hotels more cheaper then this one and they don't charge me! I recommend the site but not the hotel!

I tried to change my flights due to a documented medical diagnosis that I was unfit to fly. Contacted Lastminute.com nine times over a period of 48 hours. Each and every time I was told I would be contacted with the procedure to change the booking either within 24 hours or two hours depending on the operator / salesperson. I didn't receive a single call back or email on any of the nine occasions. Finally, on the evening before the flight I received a rapid and barely comprehensible one sentence phone message that it was too late to change the flight as it was now within 24 hours of the fight time. It is in short a total scam. Fortunately British Airways were able to put my flight on hold in a polite, courteous and professional manner. Despite Lastminute.com's best efforts I haven't lost any money but they have lost several customers as a result.

Flights are very time convenient, except for the return flight where this specific airline refused to board us first. We have a 2 1/2 year old child because he's over 2 and that's the rule. The prior flight outbound has boarded us first because we have a child. Also I'm not happy that I have to pay 60 pounds plus to reserve us a seat on the outbound flight and also 27 pounds on the return flight.

A truly nasty company that should be avoided at all costs.

If you purchase the cover for cancellation, it's a con, you will still be charged the full price of the holiday. If you try to cancel they'll pretend you never did, say you defaulted on your payment and threaten to take you to court. They will then take small payments out of your account without any contact with you until its empty and demand the rest with 10 days notice.

Then when you try to make the payment of the final bill you'll be run from pillar to post with rude call centres, lied to and hung up on. They also continently don't have a complaints department.

Shocking

Booked a Flight and hotel package to Madrid for the Champs league final, all was ok on the website but when we got the confirmation email through the hotel was in Texas! Have called them numerous times and been told there looking into it but there is nothing they can do at the moment. Been promised numerous calls back which hasn't happened. Every time I finally get through to someone all they say is it will be another 72 hours before they can tell us anything despite it being over a week since we first got in contact! Use anyone else but not this lot!

THE worst website!

The whole idea of using these kind of platforms to avoid paying in different currency's, however booking with these kind of people always try to hide and cheat people.

When the booking is made the amount shown is not anyone pays, but gets charged in a currency of the country you making the booking,

Brilliant Berlin

Easy to book, no problems, a brilliant weekend in BERLIN. Great flights and hotel. The royal leanado in Otto Braun strasse is comfortable, clean and within easy reach of Alexandra Platz, the hub for travelling around the city.
