Extra price and super holiday. Hotel near the sandy beach. Great food. Lively atmosphere. Energetic nightlife. It was plenty to do during the stay. Clean apartment and incredible low price.
We booked a city break in copenhagen, 2 months later my wife was found to have brain tumours sencondary to lung cancer, we tried to cancel the booking and was asked to present medical evidence which was done by a mcmillan nurse, after 2 months of trying they eventually said no and along side the £350 deposit already taken they took the balance which was equivalent too 10 weeks of my wifes sick pay, even though they are within their rights it shows how this company value profits over customer welfare. Thanks lastminute.com enjoy the money
Got to hotel and no booking made. Last minute took my money but hotel stated no booking due to no rooms available. And that this happening a lot with last minute.
Be careful when you book with Lastminute.com once you booked with them they are no willing to assist you they are just lying all the time, all these people cover each other is the worse company with the worse customer services.
5 month ago we purchase a flight ticket with this company and we realised that we wrote the wrong surname on this booking and we realised straight away, we know as a consumers, we have 24 hours to amend the booking with any airline, but these people didn't want to do it straight away they kept saying to us to wait for 24 hours and they will contact us, as you can see this waiting as became almost 5 months and the flight is for this Monday and they haven't done anything, the airline kept saying to us that is no them responsibilities they just waiting for LASTMINUTE to send a notification were stated that they give permission to amend this booking, today 05th July we are still waiting for an update we kept calling this company every 30mns.
PEOPLE PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DON'T YOU BUY ANYTHING THROUGH THIS WEBSITE EVER AGAIN, MAYBE YOU ARE LUCKY THE FIRST TIME, AS IT HAPPENS TO US, BUT YOU NEVER NO FOR NEXT TIME.
ALL I WANT FROM THIS COMPANY IS A SOLUTION TO MY MATTER ASAP, AS WE ARE TAKING LEGAL ACTION ON THIS NOW.
Do not book anything with them. They are scammers! They have no real email address. My flight was canceled by the air line. I had a delay of 24 hours after receiving their email to decline or they would consider that the flight is accepted.
I replied and got an "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender" message. I called them and they told me that they would contact the airline. After several calls and no answer, I called the air line that told me that Lastminute.com never called them to tell them that the new date is not suitable for me!
Avoid at all cost, they are pure scammers with fake emails addresses and fake personal!
They are scammers and liers do not book with them, booked a hotel in London, clearly fraud as It did no exist there was nobody to check us in we lost our rime money and had nowhere to stay, the telephone number on the webside to contact the hotsk was invalid no other contact info so we were literally left on the street, unaccessible service and they now say we can't refund you even though it was 100% their fault will never book again never, useless company
I booked a room in the roundhouse Hotel in Bournemouth through last minute.com the room was utterly disgusting completely unacceptable I have emailed several times and no one has ever gotten back to me it was a shock to my system the state the place was in completely unacceptable
LM.com offer good prices on hotels espically city hotels.
But their website is terrible, slow and always crashing. Many times i have given up and booked with other sites because of this problem.
They messed me around saying I could get my return boarding passes after asking over and over again for my details to finally get them and sorting them out myself, without there help even though I paid extra for them to sort them for me thats what it was for, biggest waste of money and my own time to sort this out, customer service is dreadful don't bother ringing them had to prove one of them wrong before he stopped trying to say I was wrong waste of time and money.don't go with them I won't be telling me there no available even though they where anyone struggles let me know I'll sort it out not them and I won't charge wasters...
The Leonardo Royal is a great hotel, with amazing views, a good location and a really comfortable bed. I will definitely recommend and stay here again.

They got my name wrong and asked me to cancel and rebook and charge fees from me! Wasted huge amount of energy and time of mine.

Price change on 3 different flights at point of making payment. I was directed there via skyscanner at which point their price was slightly higher than that on skyscanner. This didn't bother me too much so carried on with the purchase. They then, after entering all my details, changed the price by £350 per ticket. Obviously a scam to get you onto their website. I nearly paid the increased price at one point before I realised!
I will never book anything with Lastminute again! Worst experience ever! And really expensive for the service provided! I used LastMinute for my peace of mind but it was completely the opposite.
I booked my weekend package 1 month before travelling and I spent time looking for the right hotel in the right location. I was informed less than 1 week before travelling that the hotel I chose was overbooked and I was the lucky one dislodged to another hotel with a complete different location and, according to the pictures, not the same standing. I had picked a quiet area for my hotel. The new hotel was absolutely not in a quiet area, it was near a big train/metro/tram/bus station. The room was on the street side and it was really noisy. We had dust allergy reaction every time we will enter the room. The shower wire was leaking. They did the vacuum cleaner on Saturday morning around 8:30 am. I paid for the package 850£ and I only received a compensation of 60£ for the inconvenience. It's ridiculous as I had to phone them multiple time to have this compensation and paid extra every time I would contact them! I am so disappointed! Don't recommend them at all. There is no added value to use their service, just extra money!

AGENT INFORMS ME I CAN TAKE UNLIMITED WEIGHT CABIN BAGS ONTO THE FLIGHT
TURNS OUT I CAN ONLY TAKE 3 SMALL BAGS THAT MUST FIT UNDER THE SEATS - ADDITIONAL BAGS WITH THE WORLDS WORST FLIGHT COMPANY RYAN AIR WILL COST £50 PER BAG PER PASSENGER EACH WAY - £300!
Online fraud they are running. I had flight booked and insured with cancellation. I tried to cancel it then came to know that only 90% refund i will get and that too voucher, and their 90% is more than 40% amount. I bought ticket in 1500 euro and got only 1064. Same less people.

Find booking holiday by phone was very disappointing and frustrating experience. Several promises to ring me back but never happened. Had to keep ringing and repeating same conversation. First time I used this site and would be slow to return..
Friendly staff, very welcoming. Both the room and bathroom were clean. Spotless. Spacious, with a nice view on the medieval and charming roofs of Bruges. Highly recommended.
Flight simply cancelled and forced to sleep with 2 minor children on the Zurich airport floor with not a care from anyone whatsoever. Disgusting. I have pictures of my children lying on the airport floor but won't share it on this site. Suffice to say we will never use Swiss Air or Lastminute.com ever again and I'll tell as many people as I possibly can to do the same. Shocking
It was my first time using lastminute.com. At the beginning was sceptical. But I wanted to give it a chance and I booked all my trip with lastminute.com. Everything went well. And Great prices. I'll use it again
