Me parece completamente desastrosa la cero ayuda que brindan al cliente siempre derivando algún enlace para ayudar me di el trabajo de llamar hasta por teléfono y nadie me pudo ayudar hacer algo tan simple como comprar derecho a una maleta o hacer el check online habiendo pagado por ese servicio, un millón de veces me contestaros CON HSY PROBLEMAS EN LA PÁGINA INTENTALO NUEVAMENTE.
Envés de brindar ayuda fue todo lo contrario las páginas directas permiten dis horas antes para comprar equipaje ustedes quieren más de 24 horas y cobran casi igual q si lo compras en el aeropuerto ni una vez me brindaron ayuda y lo intente por todos los medios jamás volveré a solicitar sus servicios

Customer service is automated service you type your booking reference or phone number they use wont recognise it
I then called new booking the woman put me through and then she said to me attach your bank statement to email with transactions I did
Booked for a Eurostar return trip to Paris and the Jardins du Marais hotel (the night before I went). Superb hotel and the whole package cost little more than the Eurostar tickets alone. Eurostar was a nightmare coming home but that wasn't LastMinute's fault!
After attempting to book a holiday for more than a week, calling there premium rate numbers and getting absolute no where, I was told there was nothing they could do because they couldn't not recognize the problem i was having. Negating all responsibility!
Awful and not first bad experience should have learnt the first time!
Booked with lastminute.com for a one night stay in Stratford, London. Couldn't find any details about the hotel online or through lastminute.com, no phone number, address showed only first two lines. Check-in states from 3pm', I arrived at around 8pm to find the hotel door locked, rang the doorbell multiple times and waited 45 minutes outside. I tried contacting lastminute but could only get automated voices. Ended up having to walk through an unfamiliar area alone with all my valuables to find a different hotel.
Brilliant.
Couldn't book with other companies or direct with the Hotel.
Last minute.com still had rooms available.
I don't normally leave reviews but due to the hotel being so terrible with homeless people in the stairway... prostitution in the room next door having sex until all hours of the morning! And then having to pay tax per person per night! Rooms after I cleaned were bearable with blood on the window although the smell of weed was particularly bad every day... The Manhattan@ Times Square NOT worth spending your hard earned cash on.
Only good thing to say was Virgin Atlantic was superior service!
Rang them up to explain there was a mistake. The chap said, all he could do was give me a credit note. I explained the situation again, again sorry all we can do is give you a credit note. To use back on their web page. I then said ill speak to Pay pal as that who I paid through. He then cut me off. Great customer service. Not.
Now going through PayPal and bank to cancel this whole crazy ordeal never use never go near. Cancel their web page from you google.
Booking the holiday was easy. The whole process was simple, the hotel was lovely and Paphos was beautiful. We had a great time xx

I'm writing this review to inform people of the customer services refund policy when booking hotels, please read before booking. I booked a hotel stay to stay in a European hotel 8 months before we were due to checkin
Normally the money is debited from your card when you checkin to the hotel, NOT with lastminute.com, they took the £1350 straight away without informing us that they would do so. I then cancel the booking 24-hours later, the hotel were happy with the cancellation and confirm they had not taken any money for the booking. But lastminute.com said they would take up to 2 months to return the full amount to my credit card, this made my life pretty hard because it meant that I had to pay £1,350 to my credit card and then 2 months later get a credit back for £1,350 which makes no sense or I could leave the card at the balance of - £1,350 and pay interest on it for the next 2 months. Fortunately after hours of phone calls between last minute.com and my credit card provider I was able to get my credit card to agree to freeze the interest for 2 months, but after the 2 months they said I would need to pay the full amount if last minute still haven't refunded the money. So I'm now relying on lastminute.com to keep their word and return the money as it is now approaching the 6th week.
So please be aware that last minute.com will take your money immediately but take 2 months to return it. I have since booked another hotel through another travel agent and the hotel has confirmed the booking and said they will take receipt of the money when I check-in, which is how business should be done. Once bitten twice shy I shall never use last minute.com again.

I booked a flight with LM. Something that should have been straight forward.
I then learnt that it takes them 24 hours to confirm the flight (you dont want to book a last minute flight with them!). When I tried to understand and speak to someone, it took me 4 hours to finally get through - FB 'help' was sending me onto a paid (15p/min) phone that refused to let me speak to someone because it couldnt recognise my bookig Id etc etc.
And to top it all, when I spoke to the complain team a few days later, they managed to try and make it that it was my fault (by somehow not knowing how those things work, for insisting to have a tel number that worked ec...).
I wouldnt want to hav to deal wtih them if I had an issue with a holiday whilst abroad!
It was easy to book through Last minute. Absolutely no problem there and checking in on line simple. Until I got to Southampton air port. I had a hand luggage so no need to check a bag in. The flybe assistant said to check my bag in because the wheels didn't fit in the box. Ok done that (no charge). On return flight had to check bag in and got charged £30. Waiting to board the plane and other passengers had huge hand luggage and were allowed to take them on board. I only took a hand luggage for no more expense.
Everything was great, the flights and hotel and transfer. Only thing that wasn't so good was I paid for seats on the flight and when I got to the check in I was told that last minute hasn't passed on the seating arrangements so there is nothing we can do and that this isn't the first time this has happened. So my family of 4 was all separated all over the plane and the same happened on the way back. If you pay for seats please make sure that the airline has received them. I have lost over £65.
Booked a flight but airline cancelled it for non payment but last minute knew nothing about it... then kept saying wait for a response. Terrible experience and service

Não acreditaram quando o meu marido lhes disse, que eu estava com muito stress, pois tenho Angina, Fibromialgia, e Carpe Tunnel sintome. Coloquei a foto dos meus medicamentos, para eles verem, que não mentimos, como eles nos fizeram.
Por causa do meu passaporte não ter validade de 6 meses para o Dubai, gastei mais dinheiro, numa ida a Portugal para um passaporte urgente, a acreditar que eles faziam o rebooking dos bilhetes, foi tudo uma mentira.
Desde o dia 16 de Setembro, até á presente data, 9 de Outubro, ainda á espera da viagem ou do dinheiro, como eles dizeram ao meu marido.
Que telefona todas as semanas para a Lastminute.com, e lhe dizem que estão a tratar do processo.
Só fazemos uma viagem ao ano, e só desde á 4 anos, desde que os filhos cresceram e saíram de casa.
E o meu marido é self employed e £4.000 para nós é muito dinheiro.
ESTA AGÊNCIA DE VIAGENS É UMA FRAUDE, FUJAM DELA.
Eu vou tentar fazer tudo o que estiver ao meu alcance, para os prejudicar.

Great on booking a holiday, more than useless after taking your money. Credit to the web designers and promoters. Company itself is poor and takes no responsibility nor provides any assurance unlike their rival companies
I had booked a two way flight to and from gambia spanning 2 weeks on Lastminute.com. After i received a confirmation that the flight had been booked i rang a hotel in gambia to book for my 2 week stay. A week later i received an email from lastminute informing me that my flight confirmation had been cancelled and that i would receive my money back in 5-7 days. I wonder how my flight could be confirmed and then uncomfirmed a week later. Problem is i already booked at the hotel and cant get a full refund on that. I tried to call lastminute to find out what was going on but they make communication impossible and only put me through to an automated machine. Definitely not using this service again.
Booked last minute and enjoyed every second, flights were great!, hotel was perfect!, pool bar across the road served lovely snacks, and pool was clean, hotel was a 20 minute taxi ride from the airport, we had a fab time!
Be aware and avoid this useless travel agency as their call center is run by Indians in India. You will find extremely frustrating dealing with them. I bought a return flight ticket to Morocco for July. I spotted an error in my name in the ticket and I called them to rectify the problem. Each I phone them a new assistant would assure me that it will be sort it soon before the departure. I waited until the day before I am due to fly. But nothing was done. I contacted the airline and told me that they cannot do anything until lastminute contact them. Apparently they have never made any contact to change the name on my ticket. I contacted them to request a cancellation and a refund but all vain as they did nothing... I ended up losing my £322.34. I will never ever used them again.
Answer: I want an email address for LastMinute.com through which to log my complaint and ask for an explanation and partial refund.
