I made a huge mistake of booking with this agency. They clearly tell you "Do dont call us" you deal with the airline useful who are not able to help you with cancellation or with anything because you booked thru a 3rd party agency like this one. Not loose your money like I did... I book a ticket that I couldn't travel with due to the travel restrictions and getting no help nor refund
Bought a ticket from them. Wen I v had to change a date it was impossible to have assistance from them. After, due to the corona outbreak my flight was cancelled twice and now all flight are suspended so I am entitled for a total refund. The air Company has told me that this refund should be handled by lastminute. Com but unfortunately lastminute do not respond at all, on their website, were some automated massages are sending me for the refund process nothing is working on mobile phone. So after two weeks I could not even take to someone either change my ticket. Worse agent... Never again
I will never book any lastminute because they never booked the hotels even though they advertised the hotels that have no business connection with. I arrived the hotel and they told me it were never booked. I am prepared to take action again the lastminute
I sent them email asking for refund. They never replied back but still they withdrawal my account. They have to refund what they took away

I've made a request to change my flights a week ago. After 48 hours I got an automated e-Mail saying sorry for the prolonged waiting time but we guarantee that your request will be handled before the departure date or within the conditions of your booking" (which is 24 hours).
My flight is now due to depart in less than 24 hours and I haven't heard anything from them!
On top of that, the German hotline has completely closed down for 4 days. When you call, they hang up on you instantly. At the UK-Hotline nobody picks up until youve been waiting 70 minutes and then they hang up on you.
I know Corona has everyone on edge but the way this $#*!ty company handles it is an absolute disgrace. Their customer service agents are incompetent monkeys and lie to you (told me a week ago that my request will be handled on the same day).
DO NOT BOOK WITH LASTMINUTE!
I would give 0 star if I could! Please please please avoid to protect you and your money!
My flight is cancelled and I have contacted them multiply times to cancel and refund for 2 weeks and my flight is tomorrow it's still not cancelled!
There's also an unknown service charge that they only tell you after the payment via email as well!

I don't think they give out their real number easily I've put in hard work by sending tons of email to them in order for them to provide their real numbers

Unfortunately for once I decided to book domestic plane tickets using lastminute.com. My flights were cancelled when Flybe collapsed. So far in spite of lodging a claim I have heard nothing and received no refund. Frankly this is disappointing as it means that if I hear nothing further I will have to go down the complex route of trying to recover this via the payment channels.
Completely disaster company! Holding their clients' money and not make refund quickly! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! THE WORST!
Paid last minute.com at time of booking, but hotel insisted that I had to pay at checkout. Now have two payments on my credit card and trying to get a refund off one of them. Won't use them again.
Using lastminute.com for the first time, the price and the package were very competitive compared to other websites. I had no issues, everything went very smooth. I definitely recommend.
My daughter booked my partner and I a trip through lastminute.com with flights out and back with 2 different airlines and she thought paying for the " no hassle checkin" service would be a benefit: totally wrong! There are only 2 of us, travelling together on the one booking, but on each leg they sent us boarding passes for totally opposite ends of the plane! Having tried to amend these with lastminute.com we just got automated and useless phone "customer service" and using the airlines own booking refs we couldn't amend ourselves due to the booking being made thru lastminute.com. Will NEVER use them again. And to think we actually PAID for this extra hassle! Travelling separately ruined the start and end of what was meant to be a romantic weekend away

Don't buy from this site. Morning I bought online 3 tickets. They deducted money from my bank account and the tickets weren't confirmed. I tried to call them all day long as my ticket was at the same day. I purchased the tickets and after 5 hours they sent me e mail that tickets are no longer available. Within 3 hours they will let me know about tickets, it means after flight time. The refund will be within 15 days, that is not fair. I cancelled the transaction from my bank and won't buy tickets from this site anymore..
I would of given this a half star if possible as I have been appalled by the service. This has been on multiple occasions where I have spoken to someone who has either been very in helpful or very rude and unprofessional. I will not be going with last minute.com again. Others please be aware!
My wife's parents were supposed to be travelling back to China on 31st Jan 2020 with KLM. Due to Covid-19 KLM cancelled their flight from Amsterdam - Chengdu. Every time the KLM customer care team changed the flights to a different airline that flight was cancelled too. In the end we cancelled KLM and booked elsewhere.
KLM said we are fully entitled to a refund but it needs to be from Last minute.com because we booked through them.
Last minute.com agreed in writing to a full refund for the cancelled flight tickets and said the refund would be processed immediately on 9th Feb. We have waited a number of weeks for refund and still nothing. On contacting Last minute.com again (which is a premium rate number) today they are now saying we are not entitled to a refund even though KLM and Last minute.com previously confirmed in writing we are definitely entitled to a full refund.
AVOID LASTMINUTE.COM AT ALL COST!
Do not buy anything from them! My flight has been cancelled and I didn't get a refund and I didn't get any alternative offers! I even paid extra money to secure my flight. Worse agency ever!
I booked flights in Asia through Lastminute.(LM)-Flight schedules changed by dates and /or time - I got no notification from LM at all.
Im catching a flight today- Ive been told by the airline the flights time has changed yet LM show the flight as confirmed as booked with different departure time!
Their 'manage booking' portal in not kept unto date. I applied for a change of dates to my fights when my booked flight was cancelled-the booking page showed application in progress and continued to do so for 15 days- and still does!
They do not make it easy to contact them to try and sort out the mess which is very stressful when you are travelling and have schedules to meet and you have to end up cancelling them too late in the day and it costs you money for lost hotel bookings etc. I have applied for a refund for my cancelled flights due to the change of date- LM say they will apply to the airline-LM have taken my money and my contract is with them-they should refund my payment- lets see what happens!
In short they take your money and provide an atrocious service.
I will not use them again.
Last minute decided to amend our flights 5 days into our trip.
We had flights booked from 27th feb- 7th March.
Was told we had to arrive 1 day early for the return flight from Seoul to Vietnam and then wait 26 hours in the airport, then get on the original flight we booked in the first place, What utter rubbish!
This company is a complete joke and a con.
Absolutely no way the original flight was full. This is obviously set up to swindle customers. The flights were confirmed in the first place then they conveniently changed the return flights and offered a part refund according to there terms! A joke. Should be shut down as they are blatantly scamming people.
They didn't even send the confirmation email for the flights in the first place to the email we gave them. We had to create an account and then the flights were in the account. No email telling us this! Nothing! What a joke. Not only that they don't even have a mailing address. You need to call them.
This company is obviously making its cash through overseas calls and refund scams!

Will never use again after this experience! I booked a surprise holiday for my fiancé and even ensured the booking was all secured by calling up after the reservation. I had no issues with the flight and arriving to the destination however once arrived to the resort I was told there was no booking for us! We were told they had never heard of Lastminute.com as they receive there bookings from an intermediary we had no idea who this intermediary is! We were unable to get hold of Lastminute.com as they kept hanging up/disconnecting and eventually when we did they were useless! The kept saying the booking was confirmed and there is no issue when clearly it wasn't, they were reluctant to speak to the hotel staff and were very rude and unhelpful. This was extremely embarrassing for us as we waited over 3 hours to try to get a room on the phone to last minute.com! I had planned a surprise activity and dinner for my Fiancé's birthday and in return was unable to amend this so lost my money here! The hotel manager then said he would give us a room for our stay until they sort this out however we needed to pay for this! I am still awaiting Lastminute to contact me, they have ruined our holiday and stressed us out where this was suppose to be relaxing and hassle free!
So far Terrible experience, does anyone have a telephone number where you can speak to a HUMAN BEING.? We have received virtually the same e-mails back that they will deal with it in time, last one was in Spanish!
Lastminute Took Payment For Refused Booking
We attempted to make a booking for a hotel via Lastminute.com It was for 15 days in March. The cost was £2,500+
Both Lastminute and Tripadvisor said that there was availability for our dates.
The payment had to be made at the time of booking, which we did via VISA. The payment went through OK. The bank completely failed to communicate to ascertain whether the payment was genuine.
We then received from Lastminute a 'Sorry we couldn't process your booking - please wait' email.
Some hours later we received an email stating that the booking had in fact been refused, and that all payments would be returned in a few days. No reason was given. Huh - an interest free loan for a couple of days.
I then checked my Lastminute account and greyed out were the booking details, with a cryptic message "Unable to confirm your booking." There was no mention of a refund of monies paid.
A few days later I checked my bank account. The payment had been made to Lastminute in full, but two days after the cancellation.
Clearly Lastminute had allowed that payment to proceed even though they knew that the booking had been refused. That is outright fraud.
I then checked the booking details on my Lastminute account, and the time taken for a repayment was now stated as being up to 10 days or longer. That's an interest free loan on £2,500 for 10 days on a booking known to be refused.
That is outright fraud.
Of course there is no way to contact Lastminute except by an expensive premium rate phone call.
Answer: I want an email address for LastMinute.com through which to log my complaint and ask for an explanation and partial refund.
