Absolutely horrendous customer service on the phone to lastminute.com! My travel advice is to avoid lastminute.com at all costs...
My flight was cancelled due to coronavirus (understandable) so I therefore requested for a refund instantly so i could book a different route as I had barely anytime to wait. I received an email from them requesting my bank details the day I needed to fly out and I responded the same day. Now I'm back in my country they offer me a voucher despite me already making the flight there and back and will refuse to transfer the money back into my account. Now I'm out of pocket by a lot of money and will not have any need for that voucher anytime soon. I feel robbed and under valued as a customer. They have not listened to me or tried to understand me. It's like talking to a robot with no heart...

Absolutely appalling, booked my 1 week trip in October 2019 for March. Because of the coronavirus the event I planned on attending was canceled and rendered my trip pointless. I canceled my booking and never got even a £1 back. Essentially paid for a holiday I'm never going on. Shame I can't give them less than 1*!
I only received the email regarding boarding passes 2 hours before the flight. This service said it would arrive 20 hours before to enable me to print out at my hotel. By the time it eventually arrived, despite reassurances from your local helpline, that it would be available our hold luggage was already booked in and I had to get boarding passes that way. It nearly prevented us being allowed into Hyderabad airport by the armed security.
I booked and paid for a hotel via the lastminute website. On arrival, the hotel noted that they had not received any payment and thus there was still a balance to pay. The booking was definitely prepaid.
There are very few options that lastminute provide to contact them. An international call at high expense did not bear any fruit. I was provided an email address ending in rumbo.com to contact for a team that does not have a telephone contact option. They have relied that they will remedy the situation, but this morning on check out it appears that they have not. I will need to pay again for a booking that is already paid.
This isn't the first issue I have had with this booking and lastminute in general. Their customer service is EXTREMELY poor. They are not a customer or service orientated business. With so many options available for travel bookings, please be aware, when you book with lastminute, and something goes wrong, there is little/no option for remedy. They are atrocious. They are without doubt the worst company I have used for travel bookings. So please be aware, what might seem like a good deal will cost you significantly in the end.
They are completely useless, my flight have been cancelled just a few hours before it was due, they refused to deal with my ticket making me call at 5 o clock in the morning to canada and vietnam, and I won't get a full refund for my flight. Their email answers were absolutely inconsistent and made the situation worse. Just don't fly anywhere if you wanna book through them.
I always booked my holidays thru lastminute.com specially flight and hotel, it's cheap, fast and reliable.
They dont have a clue about customer service, about rules of business... My flight was cancelled and I had to call them to let them know about this issue so I decided to cancel my trip and asked them for refund. After 7 days didn't get anything, just a promise for an answer in 3 hours.
Guess what, after 3 hours obviously nothing!
Very disappointed and also disgusted about the way they make money!
I would not recommend this company, I had a flight changed by 24 hours, I request a refund they refunded the amount less £50 and claimed it was a handling fee. When I tried to complain about this I had to ring a premium rate number, I asked for a manger they kept me n hold for 10 minutes then said one wasn't available. I was told one would ring me back this didn't happen. I tried to email them with my complaint and request to get my £50 back however you will find they don't have an email for complaints. I would not use them again and I'd in no way recommend them.
No customer service taken months for refund on cancelled trip and may not get a refund they don't care
Easy to use site, great for finding the exact hotel room at the best price for your needs. Plenty of good offers to chose from.

Wish I could not award any stars! Extremely poor customer service. Was in Brugge and my Eurostar was cancelled and last minute.com claimed they couldn't help me and were willing to leave my husband and I there!
Do not book with Lastminute.com. If there are issues with your travel they will leave you high and dry!
Please note! All the positive comments are when those travelling have faced no issues, as soon as there are issues they will not assist you with getting home!

I have lost my money due to their terrible customer service. I will never use them again. I had to cancel my holiday and I have contacted them in advance to re-arrange my booking but they were not cooperating with me. Scam!
No exaggeration, the service provided was some of the worst customer service I have ever received, when we finally did manage to speak a human being, they were incredibly rude and put the phone down (with a bored sigh!) on me whilst I as asking them a important question about our airline.
There were wrong information about the hotel in their website or they lied about it. It is my second times that they did to me. I filled for refund. After few weeks they emailed me back that we need to call you and ask you some question on phone! I left my tel number. Repeatedly they were lying that they called me but I never responded!
How could they lie like this!? If I do not answer, I get miss call! I asked they can give me your number instead. Thus, I can call them. But they never responded me back! They are scam!
I have made by mistake a error with the name on the booking, It was meant to be on the booking ryusei and I wrote riusey, ok that was my mistake but when I have asked last minute to make a change I have been told that it would be 30 extra charge... No worries that was my mistake, I said ok, next day receive new message saying it would be 30+ 25, my answer was ok no problem next day received other email saying like the 1st mail that it would be 30 euro... It has been like that everyday for 3 weeks now, they can't find me any solution knowing that we only need to change 2 letters on the booking but anyway it seems too hard, they make me call the airline company saying that I had to change the name myself, so I called to find out that I can't change the name myself that it has to be last minute.com to do so,
After now 3 weeks of trying to change those 2 letters and the flight to come very soon, I have decided to let know people about this scam and buy myself a new tickets straight from the airline and never use last-minute.com again

My experience with last minute.com has been worse than dire from start to finish. From an unknown issue with booking our flights that resulted in two weeks of calls to obtain a refund to arriving at our destination to check into our hotel to find a filthy and dilapidated building without proper running water. I am still fighting for a refund two weeks later. Save your money or throw it out of a window. Either option is better than spending it with last minute.com

I booked my holiday for my 21st Birthday to Egypt with hotel and flights included. All inclusive hotel.
I had 3 choices how to pay. 1. To pay full amount 2. To put a deposit of £100 to secure the holiday and to pay the rest following month 3. To pay monthly but then you won't secure your holiday.
I put a deposit to secure my holiday. After 2 days I received the email that my holiday cancelled so I called them and asked about it. They didn't even helped to solve it out, they said it's their technical problem and they can return me my deposit, as there are no left seats in that plane on specific time when I booked it. I said I'm not happy with the refund and if it's their issues and not customers they have to offer something, for example to put me on a different flight. They just said that prices increased and I will have to pay extra! I said I won't pay anything to them because it's not my mistake! They refunded me the money and didn't offer any solutions! Just canceled my holiday while I put a deposit to secure it! After all I checked prices for the same holiday and they increased a lot! I can't spend that much money especially if I secured my previous holiday that was half cheaper! They ruined my 21 birthday and didn't even offer any compensation or solution!

An absolute nightmare when things go wrong. No email to contact them, they do not ever reply to form filled contacts. Indian call centre who really are of no help whatsoever.

Everything was Ok until I wanted to add a luggage.
After a series of calls and emails and 3 weeks this seems to impossible.
They said they cant charge me additional fee as I paid by PayPal, and when they try to add my Credit Card details they have "error in the system". Their support is completely useless, and they keep closing the add luggage request.
Answer: I want an email address for LastMinute.com through which to log my complaint and ask for an explanation and partial refund.
