I purchased ticket online from lastminute in the end of May, cancelled two days later it was confirmed that they will refund my ticket within two months. It is now three months past nothing happened and no one could not found and contacted. You can not reach them by any means, telephone, email, website.
Read carefully if you want to buy a product from them.

I made a booking for a flight and paid extra for the full insurance that cover any cost for changes or cancellation.
One month and half before my flight I had to change the days of departure.
I called a total of 4 times, they always tell you you can proceed with the modify only after they sand you an email but that email never come. I waited for one week every single time I called and last time I yelled at the employee cause my flight it's in 7 days and I still couldn't change it! They answer me they have to give priority to imminent flight... Are you kidding me? In 7 days I have to go and I payed extra money to be able to change when I needed and that's the service I get?
Please listen to me never ever make a reservation with them
Don't buy from these people, we have not been refunded for over a year, we paid £30 pound extra to make sure we get our refund in 3 days if something went wrong, they paid the refund for my daughter who booked same package some days later to join us for a trip to Morocco, however as we were a bigger group, we have had no refund and we spent most of our holidays in Frankfurt airport and then came back home due to no flight going to Maroco until a week.
Awful company. Terrible customer service. Flights cancelled in March due to Covid19. Quickness's enough to take my money. However they are still 'finalising my refund'. Awful company and still awaiting my money. Would never book with them again, and when you try and contact them nobody comes back to you.
Email nothing. Phonecalls, nothing. Social media accounts nothing. Absolutely dreadful.
I booked 2 return flights to Italy both were cancelled and lastminute did nothing to help me get a refund let alone cover the extra expenses I incurred as a result of their abysmal service
The worse decision I made this year was to book my flights with LastMinute! I made a mistake in the surname and for 1 whole week I try to call the customer service to make the correction. They told me the request was made and everything would be fine. One week was gone and I contacted the customer service every single day and nothing was done. 2 hours before the flight from Brazil to Dublin, I got an email saying that the name change was not possible as there was less than 24hrs before the flight. I end up missing the flight, paying 1350€ for it, and I still haven't got Any refund of voucher for the mistake and lack of customer care!
When I try to contact them for refund they told me I should contact the airline responsable for the flight. In the same time the airline was telling me the opposite.
After so much frustration they have caused me, they didn't even try to apologise or give me an option so I could still fly.
I despite this company and I would never book anything with it again. I strongly recommend not to book any service or holiday with lastminute, because they won't help you if you ever need!
I have email, calls, names of staff that I have talked. Everything recorded, and I still haven't got anything back from anybody.
I want a response! I want my money back! I want them to give me a voucher or do something to reduce the damage they have caused me!
My holiday in March was cancelled due to covid. I'm still waiting on a refund now SIX months later. I haven't been able to contact anyone from last minute via phone or email which is absolutely appalling, there's just no way of speaking to customer service or anyone. I can see from other reviews they've not bothered refunding anyone or even sending out courtesy emails explaining. So unprofessional and unorganised and they have the cheek to post several new holidays on their site every day but don't bother speaking to customers about old holidays or refunds. Terrible, terrible company and I'd strongly urge people to never use them.
I recently booked a flight and paid £200 extra due to current situation with covid 19, supposedly to enable me to reschedule or cancel due to border restrictions. When I attempted to cancel they offered me a refund of £150 on a ticket that cost £700. Then tried I tried to reschedule flight to a later date, they wanted to charge me £250 to do this, I eventually contacted the airline directly and was pleasantly surprised to find the change of dates would only cost me £30. Do yourself a favour and steer well clear of this mob of scammers, an absolute disgrace that they should be allowed to run a business.
Nothing good to say. Yes it's been a horrendous time for the company, however communication is shocking. Website guides you to web chats and emails to contact... don't exsist! Phone lines discontected. Tell you to deal directly with airline which I did, then they hold on to your money when refunded 10 weeks ago!
Well what to say, I'm trying to empathize with all this unusual situation due to Covid-19. But still can't understand how you can get the payment in 5 seconds, never got the ticket but instead i got a cancellation email where they apologized that couldn't confirm the ticket with Wizz, and this after calls and follow up from my side, I had a short notice trip( in three days from the date i booked the ticket), they were not sending any confirmed booking, messed up my trip and schedule and on top of that, one month after i received their email will cancellation of the booking until now I haven't received my refund! Keep in mind people are jobless this days, have lost their loved one( I'm one if them, thats way i was traveling) and cant afford to block in one day 1000£ in one way ticket, I'm supposed to book a return ticket! Very disappointed! I need someone to look after my case
I had booked hotel stays in Porto Portugal on non-cancellable and non-refundable basis. However, due to the current situation their website information stated that if the UK Government stated that travel wasn't advised to any country that refunds would be given. Portugal was on the list of countries not safe to be visited at the time we were due to stay. We have had absolutely no communication whatsoever and the bookings just show on my account as though we have stayed. I know that they are busy but the communication and lack of channels to get in touch with them is an absolute disgrace.
I will never book again with them!
Bend the terms and conditions better than Uri Geller. Dire customer service. Don't comply with General Contract Conditions For The Sale of Package Holidays and The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018
Just try the phone system. It will prompt you to enter your details, then lastminute, tell you to use the website & " Thank you, Goodbye". As parting shot after failing to connect you to the reps. Really awful & very crap system. Then, you pay 13p a minute, & same results, 5 minutes later! Wish I could give this an honest appraisal of - 10 (minus 10).
Absolutely terrible service. Called to make a change to a hotel reservation, was told that it has been done and when I contacted the hotel they said they didn't receive anything from lastminute. Called last minute again and they said they would do it for sure and 2 days later the hotel still didn't hear from them and after the third call they said they will escalate it but haven't heard back yet at all. This went on for 4 days, on the 5th day I was due to have my flight and when I called them I was told that they will guarantee that it will all be solved by the time I reach the hotel.
I have checked in at the hotel and guess who hasn't made any changes or contacted the hotel? Lastminute. This is my second day at the hotel and now I've received an email from them saying that I have to sort it out with the hotel and they're not going to help me anymore so I'll have no accommodation for a whole week, or I'm going to have to pay more money to book again for something that has already been paid for.
Not the greatest thing to hear when you're in a foreign country with your little brother.
Stay away from them and use any other company instead.
They have ignored 30 odd emails not answering any of them for the last fortnight. Have lost my money due to their ignorance, would advise anybody not to use them.
Impossible to reach, no money returned from cancelled flight from Copenhagen to Rome. Website telephone is oblygt an answering machine. Avoid!
Sadly last-minute are happy to take your money but if you want a refund or move your holiday date forget it. They have made it impossible to contact them and have you going around in circles on their website. All we wanyt s to be able to sort out our booking but they have made it impossible. I have been put through do much stress over this and do not see it ended well
I still haven't received refunds for flights cancelled back in March. Lastminute has received the full money from Japan Airlines but just keeps giving me the runaround, wait another 15 days, and then another... 5 months now. Call after call after call. Absolutely disgusting company. I'm issuing them with a chargeback.
Avoid at all costs … they have no way of talking to them … no phone... no email... no chat... app doesn't allow anything either... staying silent is there way of keeping your money.
Had authorised refunds in April and have received nothing form them and now we are in Aug! Awful service.
Hi, i know that is difficult to understand the customer service in this difficult times, when they ask you to wait for your money. It was difficult even for me to belive this. Is true sometimes it takes a little bit longer than usual to receive the refund but at the end i received my funds with a bank wire. Thank you for keeping your word and i hope that the circumstances will be better for us to travel again.
Answer: I want an email address for LastMinute.com through which to log my complaint and ask for an explanation and partial refund.
