Another worst website/company which never bother serving its customers.

Had an issue with the name on the ticket, rang customer service thrice but never cared about it. Please avoid using these scammers.

I wish there is zero rating to rank this scammers.

The WORST agency EVER!

We bought our flights and paid extra if we want to cancel or change our flight anytime, and then when we tried contact the company they didn't give any support for the customer. We tried to change our flights but we can not go to the website and change straight away from there, we have to wait the email of them saying if we can change or not (they gave to us a excuse saying the flight company didn't have any flights for our destination) we try to cancel and they said we can not! EVEN IF WE PAID EXTRA money for cancel anytime! We lost our money, our time... I dont recommend that company for nobody!

Appealing service

Appalled. Our airline cancelled our flights which already ruined our plans for Christmas. Lastminute.com has behaved terribly. Charging a €105 "handling fee" per leg of the journey to send a cancellation email to the airline. They do this really deceptively - the first email just asks if you want to accept a refund (says "subject to Ts and C-section, but nothing directly about a handling charge), they then receive the money from the airline and give you options to either receive a voucher, or if you opt for a refund (as required by law to be provided as an option), the fine print then says there is this massive handling charge. Calling customer services will not help - they were worst then useless, behaved like robots, said there was nothing that they could do and it's all in the terms and conditions. I am furious, needless to say lastminute.com has lost us as customers for life.

Awful! DO NOT USE!

My experience of lastminute.com has been nothing but a cause of stress and anxiety.

I was unable to fly on my outgoing flight and lastminute.com did not allow me to cancel my flight. I travelled using expedia to my destination thinking that I would still be able to use my lastminute flight home from my destination. However, since the booking was already happening I was unable to make any changes to it, including adding luggage and seat selection etc. In addition, the information and PNR number they gave me for my flight did not correspond with the actual airlines records, therefore I was not able to log in to make changes to my flight via the airline.

When I called the customer service number they were very unhelpful. The woman said she could not work out why the information would not work on the airlines sights. She put me on hold 3 times. I asked to stay on the line as each time she put me on hold it took a while for her to get back to me. She proceeded to put me on hold and after the third time, she said she could not hear me. She then hung up the phone, leaving my issue completely unresolved.

I have purchased 2 tickets via lastminutes.com, spoken to the airlines on the day flying out and explained that I wanted to cancel one ticket due to breavement, they said they would but I needed to speak to lastminute agent as I purchased through them. The agent I have spoken with was not interested, they had the money and that is that. Never again

WORST COMPANY EVER! RUN AWAY FROM THEM, BUY A TICKET FROM DE DEVIL HIMSELF BUT NOT FROM THEM! If you find any positive review from this company it is probably one of their employees. They are basically scammers, I regret so much for not searching the reviews before booking with them. They cancelled my reservation without my authorization TWO DAYS BEFORE MY FLIGHT!

Zero Star and terrible customer service.

If there was a zero star, I would have given it to Lastminute.com. Ernest request to everybody. Please avoid and save the hassle and your money. In my case, British Airways canceled my flight, my mistake was that I did not check the reviews left by others, and in this case, after 3 months Lastminute.com is processing my refund but debiting a fee of Eur 70. If an airline cancels the flight, why penalize the traveler? NEVER EVER will I be booking via lastminute.com Customer service agent is using a manual for their responses to queries, and other than wasting your time and money, can offer no information or assistance.

Do not use this site

We booked tickets through last minute.com

Payed for the flexibility where they wrote that cancelations would be free and changes as well. We also paid extra for the premium service. Even though we did all of this. They did not accept a refund (only offered 10% of the fees back) all in all it was cheaper by about 150 dollars on Qatars site itself. Also they only allow 1 bag even thou we are flying with Qatar. On Qatar you get 2 bags.

I would not reccommend yoiu use this agency to book flights. Alot of hidden costs and hidden T's and C's

ALBI I spoke to on the phone is useless! Doesn't solve anything, I'm playing ping pong on the phone with british airways, without saying that i have no rights with my ticket that i lost even by law saying that we have the lost flight for a year. $#*! company.
I was on the phone for over 2 hours and nothing was resolved.

My family of 6 tickets order to Dubai from Manchester been cancelled after 5 days with no reason and without justification, only said that they are not able to confirm my booking, and they issued a refund for me.
Meanwhile, I have booked a hotel room and attraction tickets for my family.
For me, the Lastminute.com is an unreliable travel agency. You have to think thrice before you booking or ordering any service.

Do not book with this company

I booked a holiday through Lastminute. I paid for the hotel in full. A few weeks before I was due to go on holiday the hotel contacted me direct and demanded payment. I asked Lastminute to liaise with the hotel. Lastminute failed to do so as a result of which the hotel cancelled my reservation.

Just tried to book a flight through skyscanner with last minute which they accepted then five minutes later cancelled the reservation this must be a scam as then told me my money would be returned in a few days where it should be immediately if I have no reservation. Keep clear of this company.

Stay away. Damned scammers.

I bought a trip via these guys last evening. When paying I had one price showing on my screen. I entered my card details and confirmed the purchase. A minute after I receive a confirmation email. In this email they have charged me another price than the one showing me for my trip - a price of whopping 45 % more!

I entered their page again, right after, and with a new search for the same journey I still got shown the same old price. I take a print screen and figure they must suffer some technical issue.

The morning after, today, I contact them over phone so they can just adjust this error. When I finally get through I get put with a very self-important lady who ignores to listen to me and tells me like this:

- Our system is never wrong, so if that is the price deducted, that is the price of the trip

- If you can afford to travel you shouldn´t whine about having to pay a bit extra. I´m sure you can afford it. And then hangs up the phone.

What the heck kind of customer support is this? This is not serious anywhere. Stay away from these scammers and go with someone else less likely to rob you. This is totally insane and pure robbery - show one price, let the customer pay (thinking he´s paying that one price) and then deduct another, way higher, price from his bank account!

Ignoring trying to help, and with that attitude, just makes me completely convinced this is a normal way they scam people who will then have a very hard, or probably close to impossible, path to try to get their money and right through.

Disgusting. And pure robbery.

Last minute.com

Last minute.com are refusing to give me a refund they have taken the whole amount out of my bank account twice. After being on hold 3 times and waiting. Hour and 20 min on the phone are they refusing to resolve the issue. And saying they have only taken it out once. After telling them I would sent my bank statement proving this. They said they can not help me. I am now on hold for another hour to the bank to put a dispute in. From them taking my money out of my Bank account not authorised. This is A disgraceful company and should take full responsibility & issue a refund. Instead I am now out of pocket and having to spend hours on the phone trying to resolve this issue to get a refund from my bank provider. PLEASE DO NOT USE! LASTMINUTE.COM

Worst ever experience of customer service and flight change with them. They charged for premium support but what I got was no responses for days, customer support agents dropping calls or forwarding your issue to some other department. No resolutions of flight change for days. My money is stuck and they don't even discuss refund. They wouldn't even accept your complaint. Avoid lastminute.com, go somewhere else.

Scam

We booked flights several days ago to go from Bergen to London. They sent me a confirmation number but when I go to the sight every day for the last four days they indicate that I do not have any reservations booked through them. No email, no chat and you have to call England and be put on hold with a number who then disconnects you repeatedly. Total Con.

Our flight was changed by lastminute.com from a Sunday to a Monday without telling us. We tried to change it back but no one helped. 5 people on the phone, all said they will send back an email with a conformation, nothing happend. We tried reaching out to the airline directly and found out there are still enough spots on the weekend but they can't book it for us if it's originally booked over another agency. NEVER ever buying over lastminute.com!

I had a brilliant 2 week stay at Kleanthi apartments. These apartments are spotlessly clean, with use of free wifi throughout. My room had a generously sized balcony, where i could relax and watch the sun go down at the end of the day. The family that run these apartments are extremely helpful, hospitable and friendly. It was no problem for them to print out all the documentation i needed to return to the UK. Nikos and his mother Kleanthi were at hand if i needed anything, and couldn't have made me feel more welcome. The apartments have a small pool out the back with a few sun loungers. The food from the pool bar is excellent, and done to a high standard. If i return to Gouves i will certainly return to Kleanthi apartments...

Lastminute.com is a scam

Still waiting on refund since Mar 2020. They hide behind their site with no contact, email etc. Surely central travel agency associations should remove their accreditations.
