This company, which claims to be fully flexible, has not only tried to rob me of my fully paid holiday by offering an abysmal refund but will now not give me a change in a timely way. They have taken two weeks 15 emails and ten phone calls simply to be told that I have to go to my original destination although I have an unvaccinated child who cannot travel.
They simply do not care about customers and I wish I have read the WHICH review before booking.

Scammers
September 29, 2021

I realized they were scammers, also since they never sent me a real booking confirmation (lmfao). I lost like 700 euros and they kept trying to reach me to pay the rest of the amount.

I recorded them when they were asking for my cc details and also my CVV. When they called last time I told them theyre scammers and not to call me again and that I've reported them.

Then they sent me this email:

"Dear Mr. *****,

We are writing to you regarding your travel package, which you have booked on our website lastminute.de with the Booking ID *******152 for the total amount of 1,451.01 EUR.

As you already know, at the time of booking you made a deposit of 695.50 EUR and agreed to pay the remaining amount of 755.51 EUR by 13/09/2021.

In accordance with our terms and conditions, which all users agree to before payment, we tried on 13/09/2021 to automatically debit the remaining amount from the credit card that was used for the deposit. Unfortunately, we could not automatically debit the amount and the remaining amount remains unpaid.

Any failure to pay the full amount of the travel package within the payment term will result in the cancellation of the contract. Therefore, in accordance with the terms and conditions, we can withhold the down payment you made at the time of booking as an advance on the damage incurred, which amounts to 90% of the total price of the travel package. With this in mind, we tried to automatically debit the difference between the deposit and the fine on 29/09/2021. Unfortunately, it was not possible for us to receive the payment automatically.

Therefore, we regret to inform you that if we do not receive the payment amount of EUR 610.41 in full within the next 10 days from 09/29/2021, we have no alternative but to take legal action against you in order to receive the remaining amount.

We encourage you to consider this email urgent as this is our last reminder to you.

Bunch of idiots. They cannot even fake a character and start their conversations very formally. Who the hell can scam someone if you answer the phone with "Hello"? LOL

Do not go near this company

Do not go near these lot. Absolute scum bags - flights cancelled and never told us, then refused to refund so we issued court proceedings and conveniently when bailiffs instructed they have no UK address. Winding up order is being processed on them now.
Disgusting company and should no longer exist

If I could put 0 stars I would. We have had nothing but problems from the start, they are impossible to get hold of, and when you do finally get through, they are rude, confrontational and condescending. I rang somebody to see why my refund (cancelled holiday) didn't total the amount I paid (aware of the fees being deducted prior to my call - the amount still didn't add up!) and I has spoken with someone called Robert. He told me the funds deducted were part of the terms and conditions - but couldn't tell me what part of the terms and conditions - he just told me to read them again as I had clearly forgotten what I'd agreed to when booking. He then said it was the baggage we had paid extra for, which cannot be refunded - but the amounts again didn't add up, and he told me to keep calling back until I got through to one of his colleagues as there is nothing else he had to say to me. I rang back twice, and he was breathing down the phone and didn't speak. Absolutely disgusting company, please do not use them, you will never be helped; or get your correct money back if anything goes wrong.

Hotel closed!

DO NOT BOOK! I booked with lastminute.com and the hotel was closed! Leaving myself and my 2 children outside of a closed hotel in a foreign country at 10:30 pm If I was unable to speak Spanish and ask a local lady for help I would have been screwed! THEY LET ME BOOK AND OAY THEM FOR A HOTEL THAT HAD CLEARLY BEEN CLOSED FOR A LONG TIME!

AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY!
WE BOOKED FLIGHTS VIA THEM AND THE AIRLINE CANCELLED THE FLIGHTS. BUT LAST MINUTE HAD NOT REIMBURSED US! I ENDED GOING THROUGH MY CREDIT COMPANY TO REPORT THIS WHOM GOT THE MONEY BACK FOR ME VIA A CHARGEBACK. THEY HAVE UNBELIEVABLE WAYS OF GETTING THROUGH TO THEM! THEIR PHONE LINES CUT OFF IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE AND IT WAS AFTER FINDING MULTIPLE PHONE NUMBERS ONLINE BEFORE WE COULD. THEY REFUSED TO REFUN BASED ON THE FACT IT WASNT THEIR FAULT BUT WERE OFFERING A VOUCHER. I WAS ALSO DUPED INTO BELIEVING THAT THIS WAS THE SET LEGISLATION CURRENTLY! BUT THAT WAS A LIE! I WOULS PAY EXTRA BUT WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY! IF USE ANY TRAVEL SERVICES USE YOUR CREDIT CARD!

Please stay away from that business. My full flex ticket didn't get ANY! Compensation in COVID lock down time. I also didn't get any support on their special hidden phone number *******209. They ask you for booking ID and my phone numbers and online account. I have all of that and I hear we cannot find it... IT's a SCAM. From now on I will buy tickets only on airlines site.

Dont use this company unless you want to lose a lot of money. I booked flights via their website but was told by an email from them that both of my flights have been cancelled. I got a credit for the outgoing flight but no refund for the return flight. When I called them somewhere in China, I was told that my return flight was still active. I was in shock and horror as I was not in Corfu so how could I fly back. I was told that the email sent to me for cancellation of both flights was system generated and was sent in error. The email came from lastminute.com and clearly stated that both of my flights were cancelled. Luckly, I was able to change my return flight which was with Ryanair but would have known nothing about this if I had not called lastminute.com for a refund. I was told that I would have lost all my money for return flight if I did not travel. The moral of my horror story is that you should book direct with airlines and not get tempted by cheap deals on these web portals who do not even have a complaints procedure.

From a previous cancelled booking, I had a credit to use so booked with the lastminute.com. Selecting the flexible flight options paying £66 odd pounds extra I was charged £253.45 or so I thought. On receiving the card statement the charge was £277.77. Protestingly, I rang and spoke to an agent. I was told that the difference was for the insurance. I disagreed as I had already paid extra for the flexible flight and had my own insurance for any cancellations. Finally I was told that someone in authority will be in touch within 48 hours. Five weeks later - no one has been in touch. Watch your money

They had to change my return flight, and I rejected their first offer. After two weeks and countless calls to them (with none of the promised responses happening), I got them to escalate the problem, and FINALLY got a non-acceptable flight. I did their job for them (identifying many possible and available flights), but they did as little as possible. Will avoid using them again if at all possible.

Be very careful booking with Lastminute. We choose to pay the extra FullyFlex (fully flexible tickets) option for our flights to the USA given we were unsure regards the Covid situation. As the Covid situation in the US became clear that we would not be allowed entry we made a request on cancellation or changing our dates to next year. Lastminute simply informed us that a cancellation request had been made and we would only be offered approximately 50% of the flight costs. We sent multiple messages saying explaining that we purchased the FullyFlex in case this sort of thing occurred, and that we wanted to move the flights if a full refund was not available. They simply replied that cancellation had been made and 50% was all we could claim. Bad customer service, and a total con. Do not book with LastMinute and definitely do not pay extra charges for something that is not what is advertised.

Very dodgy refund policy. My flight was cancelled and the airliner refunded Lastminute.com. Nevertheless, Lastminute.com would not provide a full refund and tried to keep to itself more than £105 (out of £600) of what I paid for a service that they did not provide! Alternative refund option is ‘travel credit' but this was split into two vouchers with only one voucher can be used per-booking. Effectively, this forces you to make two future bookings with Lastminute.com! Mischievously, Lastminute.com did not inform me of the dishonest split-voucher-trick before accepting this form of refund. All complaints to customer-care fell on deaf ears. I shall never again use Lastminute.com

I bought my tickets to Geneva. I even paid extra just incase i had to change the dates of my tickets incase something happened. Something did happen and i contacted them countless of times through emails, calls and everything. They respond ridiculously late and on top of all of that they lie. It's not like i mad e the changed last minute (ironically they're called last minute.com) i made the change in plans a week prior. Every time they responded they would say that my date did not have any flights available which obviously was a lie because when i checked the website there were flights very much available on every date that i requested. An agent finally responds after the previous one literally hung up out of nowhere even when i was being very respectful. He told me i would get my ticket as soon as possible on my email. The ticket never came through and i was forced to spend the last money in my bank account to book a new flight. This was booked with Bravofly that work with last minute.com (If you call bravofly it tells you that you can change your ticket on last minute.com but when you log into last minute.com you can ONLY cancel your ticket and not change the date)

LAST MINUTE AGENCY IS A SCAM!
Last minute agency is a scam! Do not use this website, disgusting customer service. They have no management and are rude. They will not refund us even though they're website claims free cancellation and full refund up until a certain time. Which we did. We have lost a £6000 holiday to Barbados. I'm utterly disgusted. Even though we contacted Virgen airline, who stated that they are giving out refunds and are able to change the date, last minute are refusing to give us our money back. They told us that we have to deal with it. Even the hotel they will not refund us, telling us to call the hotel and handle it. They should not be allowed to operate. I'm absolutely shocked and mortified by the injustice and mistreatment that they give to their so called customers.!

No fly available for some country and they let people to buy so
Nick mistake zero help customer service and no fly was cancelled from them so no refund they assist to get you voucher
I'm lucky I get my full refund from my bank
Please again try don't travel with them
