The poorest customer experience imaginable. I put in a ticket change request after noticing the wrong date came through for my ticket on the booking form. I immediately tried to contact customer services but was told I had to put in a change request. They said they would email in 4 days whilst I was on holiday with the correct date of my ticket. They did not contact me. I was due to fly back in a couple of days and still heard nothing. My medication had run out so I had to buy another ticket for £1299 one-way back to the UK. Both tickets cost me over £2000 in the end and I am absolutely fuming. They have not heard the last of me!
I bought a flexible flight through lastminute.com and they made it impossible to use. I could never get through to anyone on the phone, they ignored emails, and ignored when I gave them new contact information.
I contacted them with plenty of time to change my flight and they didn't put me on any flight in the 10 day period I gave them. They didn't get back to me until my original flight had left which meant i couldn't get a refund or a changed flight.
They are a waste of time I do not recommend booking things through last minute.com.
Please search for "Revoke Lastminute.com's License" on change.org and sign as I cannot post link here! They cannot continue to scam customers and get away with it!
Worst company ever. Neatly booked and paid everything properly. Within a few days we received an email that our reservation is being canceled for no real reason. We never got the money, unfortunately I don't think we will either, but I will do my best to at least legally take all measures against them. Fraudsters who take money, avoid them if you do not want to be deceived.
We booked a Last Minute Holiday, to find that neither the Accommodation nor Transfers were booked.
Our refund was €350 short

It is normal to tell the customer base cost of the booking and later tell extra charges. But those guys what they show you and what they charge you are different.
They designed their page in a way to hide actual cost. I can only say it is a deception
This company should simply be shut down. There is no value created for the customers or anybody.
You are better off purchasing from the airline website.
That's unless you like to see extra charges on your credit card which you'll never be able to get back. Because it's impossible to speak with customer service. In that case lastminute.com is the right site for you!
Very bad service, I requested a change on flight date so my Mom could flight with my grandmother (as she cannot flight alone) and took one month to send me an answer.
The price of changing the flight was more than 824 Euros (just the way back). I checked in the airline and the price was 408 Euros! More than double the price, awful service! If I would have booked the flight myself when I started the change request, I am sure would have paid less than 400 euros in the airline directly. Never ever will buy a ticket with a third company! Better do it directly with the airline, even if they are a few Euros expensive at the beginning, the service is worth it and at least you know the airline will support you with changes and money back if something happens.
When booking our trip we requested to have 2 pieces of luggage added, for both the outbound and inbound flights. When we were checking in from our return flight we were advised that we did not have any luggage booked and would need to pay an additional £140. Obviously we had to pay as the only other option was to leave all of our belongings in Mexico.
We contacted customer care in mid December 2021 right after we returned home. After multiple calls and emails, I finally received a call on the 21. 02. 22 saying a refund would be processed. Only to be followed up by an email on the 22. 2. 22 saying that no refund would be processed. I have a confirmation email from Last Minute clearly showing that I had added luggage for both the inbound and outbound flight.
It's distressing and generally just appalling that they are trying to weasel their way out of it, saying it was a misunderstanding and no refund will be given.
I have proof of purchase, it just wont let me add it.
I booked flexible flights on 13 February through the Bravofly website. I then had to cancel and got back only about 25% of what I paid. The refund was not even in cash, it was in the form of a voucher to be used with future Lastminute.com bookings. The whole feeling is that this company is a complete robbery and a scam. I will not use Lastminute.com / Bravofly again and would advise anyone Do Not Book with these companies.
Don't use this $#*!, they are thives, We lost 700 because of them, they will confirm your flight and then they will cancel it
I had an awful experience with last minute, the costume service is worst i've ever seen. Every one i talked to on the phone was either, rude, unhelpful, or they just straight up hung up on me. Every single process takes days to work through, it took me THREE DAYS just to confirm a flight change. They are absolutely miserable. I have had a plethora of calls with them and i've only had two good experiences. Even then, no call has ever been less than thirty minutes. I've been on hold for almost 50 minutes one time. I always try to be extremely nice to costumer service workers because they don't always get treated the best but if you're nice they won't do anything for you. The only times i've ever gotten actual help and change was when i was assertive. They are a mess to work with and i highly recommend you avoid them.
It's for companies like this where 0 stars should be an option. They gave me a "Full refund" which was 10% of the cash I paid. 70% a voucher (which expired in an unreasonable amount of time) and the rest went back to them for administration. Awful customer service.
Don't even think about touching this company with a pole- scammers of the worst kind.
I booked a hotel through them, but they did not pay on time. Because of that, I had to wait hours to check in. Then they asked me to pay cash out of my pocket and said they will refund me. Guess what they sent me later via email? A voucher for the cash I paid at the hotel.
Now it has been almost half a year, and I have called these scammers 12 times! Every time they say that it will be done with priority and the case has been escalated to the management. But I never got my refund.
The amount of time these frauds have wasted and the harassments they have caused is worth more than any amount of money. Avoid these pure scumbags and scammers at any cost
Update 09/02/22: After promising me for 7 months that they will refund 'next week,' they have now finally confirmed that they were lying throughout and will not be refunding.
I booked a flight to the Philippines in May 2021 and took out their Premium Package Service which allows me to change my flight. By September 2021, I realised that the Covid situation was still very bad, so I called lastminute and was told that it would be easier to change my flight directly with Singapore Airlines which I did. SA changed my flight as requested. However, it is now obvious that Covid is still a risk so I called lastminute to change. Was told that because I changed the booking directly, they can't help as they do not have the new booking on their system. I was surprised. Since then, I'm being passed from pillar to post by both lastminute and Singapore Airlines, each saying the other is responsible. I paid £1600. Called lastminute to say that I changed my booking directly per their advice but, nevertheless, they said they can't help me. I am very worried now.
Hello friends, I want to share my opinion about lakh minute.com. I had booked my flight from Czech Republic to India and India to Czech Republic through Lakh minute.com through Lakh minute.com. One and a half years ago today, I had gone to India from here. But when I had to come back from India, 5 to 10 days ago I get an email from them that your flight is canceled and you talk to the airline, while the airlines was closed. Due to Kovid-19, I have come back to Czech Republic after catching another flight and they promised to give me a riff. I am waiting for last one and half year now that when will I get my refund. Information is received from them that we are waiting for your refund. The airlines company is fine. I agree that you are waiting from the airline company and you write that you are in more hurry then you talk to the airline company. Why should I talk to airlines company when I had booked my flight ticket through them and this is also not a solution that I have to wait for refund for one and half year. Do you ever book flights? Would it give you time to pay for it? It is not necessary for 1 day 2 days 5 days 7 days. If you change the time of your flight too, then after that it deducts your money. After that refund you.
I booked a flight for myself and my cousin on lastminute.com to Canada from Ireland in June 2020. The flights got cancelled due to Covid-19 so I requested a cash refund... I am still waiting for this refund as it is apparently 'In progress'. 18 months later and still no refund after numerous phone calls and emails and complaints via Resolver. Avoid, avoid, AVOID lastminute.com completely!
They scammed me, essentially I was supposed to have my return flight rebooked but instead they refunded me 2 GBP and asked me to call Air Canada instead. After calling Air Canada they said I must go through LastMinute.com but every time I call or email them they tell me an agent will call me back. It's been 3 months... Never ever use this scammy website.
Do not use lastminute.com for anything! The company is a total rip off. For a return ticket I called many times regardless many problems which they did not resolve. Nothing of the additional services I paid was done. I waited for a single request for days. My info on my first flight was not correct and called 10 times just to fix it and at the end I did it myself. They told me they cannot make my online booking although I paid them for that and will refund me within days -3 weeks later I still wait for this refund. I tried to cancel my second flight so I buy ticket myself but I was told that only my taxes will be returned, then I told them to change my flight and the charges they asked me for were more then if I buy a new ticket so I again ask them to cancel my flight. And guess what this time they told me even the taxes are not refundable. They should be banned and charged as crooks. Such companies should be controlled in some way. DO NOT USE THEM! THEY ARE A SCAM!
Answer: I want an email address for LastMinute.com through which to log my complaint and ask for an explanation and partial refund.
