You guys shpuld change your name to Lazy-ship! The service is atrocious! The drivers are so LAZY! Always scanning packages as "Delivery Attempted" which is a lie! Ive seen drivers pull up and then drive off without leaving any packages! Y'all need to fix it! FIX IT NOW!

I ordered cosmetics products from ulta and the first time my ordered was delivered 1 thing was missing now that I got it reshipped they end up shipping to wrong state so I don't even know if I will ever receive my package….

I gave it one star because that is the only way my review will be recorded. Anthropologie may be saving tons of money by using this company, but they are losing one customer because of it. I have an email stating that my package had been delivered. IMMEDIATELY I checked the front and side porches, no package. I checked the other houses on my street right away - no package. Anth. Says I have to WAIT 48 hours before reporting no delivery. LS does not publish any phone # for the Atlanta hubs. Incompetence, if not fraud is going on here.

Due to the incompetence of this delivery company my neighbors are enjoying items I have purchased. These idiots delivered not only one of my packages but 3 to my neighbors doorstep and mailbox. Grant it my neighbors are scum bags and didnt give them to me, they wouldnt have been in their possession if Laser ship didnt put on their doorstep! Over $300 of merchandise given to my pos neighbors. I asked for pictures so I can at least file a report with police and they wont even give me that and I know they take pictures when deliveries are made! They are either really incompetent or they are in cahoots with these low lifes that live next to me and giving them peoples packages. From now on I will do my research before I order from any company to make sure they don't use this raggedy $#*! company!

Shortly after this review was posted, a top manager at LaserShip reached out to me and issued me a gift card on Amazon, and improved their services. Thank you LaserShip.

I wish I could give lower than a one. I recently ordered from Kohls.com and was surprised to see they shipped part of my order via Lasership. The UPS portion arrived promptly as it said it would. The Lasership delivery lagged on behind and then suddenly said delivered. Left at front door. We were home all day and received nothing. Waiting a few days and nothing... standard template response that they are investigating.
Contacted Kohls.com and they were very accommodating and they sent out a replacement. I begged them not to use Lasership for the replacement order but... once again on the day it was suppose to deliver nothing but then all of a sudden we get a notice that the package had been delivered at ONE AM IN THE MORNING TO THE FRONT PORCH. Really? ONE AM IN THE MORNING. I think not.
This delivery service company is NOT A SERVICE COMPANY AT ALL.

Company is informing companies that hire them to deliver packages that they are delivering packages when they are not. In my tracking of my package it shows they picked up my package and delivered it at 1230am. I have never know a delivery service to deliver packages that time of morning. I also request notification when on way and delivered which they did not. They have not responded back to email or call.

They started my package was delivered at 10 pm at night. No word from customer service. Why do companies still do business with these incompetent thieves?

I will be contacting the bbr to add to the numerous complaints for this scam.

We ordered from under armor with 2 days shipping. Apparently they used Lasership company to deliver what a mistake that was. Order placed on 7/5/21. Delivery was supposed to be on 7/7/21. Package was showed at their facility on 7/7/21 7am. It was 7/9/21 still was showing sitting there. After numerous calls and email to the company, under armor and shoprunner. All of a sudden as soon as I spoke with under armor on 7/9/21 at 9:17 I got a text it was delivered when it wasn't we were all home and I checked security camera there was no one even close to here. Looking further at tracking it shows at 9:16am loaded on truck and 9:17am left at the front door. What a bunch of con artists. I didn't know they had Superman flying around and making fake deliveries. I've never experienced anything like this before. You have been warned.

Very simply, the apartment community does have a locker system but if you are not in that system, there are signs to carriers to deliver to the door (just like a house would be) and not to leave anything on the floor in that room. Evidently some of the LaserShip drivers cannot read or choose to not do the job they are being paid for.

Lasership lied about my package being delivered. The tracking showed the package was loaded in a vehicle 1 hour away and out for delivery. 6 minutes later they marked it as delivered. Mind you this is $1000 item and not something that anyone can afford to lose but anyone can gain from stealing it.
I started an investigation with their company which they said would take 2 business days. 3 business days later I contacted them and they said "Lasership is unable to confirm control of your package at this time. Due to the unconfirmed status, please contact your Seller for further assistance." Which is untrue as you can see in the tracking the driver lied. I told them I had video footage of the whole day showing no one came near my house. They said "this is what procedure looks like" then proceed to tell me to check with my seller which now puts me at the mercy of the seller.

How incredibly ridiculous is this? Their company did not investigate anything or they would have seen how blatan the lie that the item was not delivered.

So just a recap the driver loaded it into the vehicle and then 6 minutes later he marked it as delivered although I live 1 hour away. Their company did nothing to correct this issue and left me at the mercy of the seller.

2 x with 2 different purchases with Juatfab and Abercrombie the Lasership delivery man drove up to my house NEVER delivered anything and marked our packages delivered... Lasership never answered to my non delivered packages both times. They are stealing packages and these companies are using a horrible delivery service

THE FIRST TIME I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE, I KNEW IT WAS STOLEN BY THE DRIVER, BUT I STILL GAVE THEM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT! NOW, IT HAPPENED AGAIN, I STAYED HOME ALL DAY WAITING ON MY PACKAGE AND WHEN I GOT A NOTIFICATION SAYING IT WAS DELIVERED, I WENT DOWNSTAIRS AND OF COURSE, NOTHING! I WANTED TO GIVE 0 STARS BUT 1 IS THE LEAST!

They are the worst, slowest and most inefficient delivery company and my mind boggles at the fact that they are STILL in business! I have been waiting 8 days for them to deliver a package that supposedly arrived at their facility only a few miles away. EIGHT DAYS and no answer from them other than "we'll get back to you when we have more information", and even that took 4 days to get a response from them.
I used to work customer service many years ago (I'm talking 14-15 years) and whenever our company used them, we would always receive customer complaints about deliveries being very late or not arriving at all. They are hands down the WORST.

So, today I checked for my tracking because I should have had my package by now. When I go look at tracking, It shows that my package was out for delivery at 7:43am this morning in a town that is literally 12 minutes away driving. I have been constantly following the tracking with no updates. Here it is now 8:32pm and I have no package and it still says "out for delivery". Until today I had never heard of lasership, and after waiting all day for my package I ended up here reading reviews. Now, I am worried that my package might not even show up. I am highly irritated.
