Slow, inefficient and incompetent - and those are the best qualities of this company. I have no idea how they are still in business. I had 2 packages from Nordstrom shipped from NJ to VA. The first one was shipped with Lasership the 2nd one a day later via UPS (not sure why they used different carriers but glad they wet UPS on one of them). The one with UPS got here in 2 days, the Lasership one still has not arrived after 9 days. I called customer service and hung up after being put on hold for almost 20 min.

This is the 2nd time laser ship employee stole my package and claiming they delivered it. They are taking a picture of the package at your door an taking the packing back with them. They don't knock the door or ring the door bell. Once they have that pic of the package at your door it's your word against thiers. What a shame that ppl can be so dishonest. You guys need to check your employees. And not just rely on thoses pics they take as proof. And when you call they just tell you that they have a pic of the package at your door and that is all the help you get from them. And the only reason they get 1 star is because i had to rate it.

I can't believe how this company is still business! They're the worst! Everything about them sucks! They're liars and they don't treat their customers well! Also why do some of the big and known companies are using this (such as Victoria's Secret)?

If I can rate this company with no stars, I would. Back in March I ordered from a company, checked shipping status, I was notified that the package was damaged and was being returned to seller. I called said company, they had no knowledge. When I checked shipping again, status changed to package delivered. It was not. Company resent order expedited through FedEx and I had my order within two days. Fast forward to this recent shipment, same thing happen except it was marked delivered at 10:34 pm. I was sitting on my deck, no one delivered anything. I even asked my neighbors just to be sure it didn't get delivered to them. I did NOT receive item. Horrible company.

There system says delivered I check my cctv footage half hour before and one hour after time in there system no one came to deliver I email them there automatic email say they will get in touch with me in 48 Hours already one week they are not replying to my email.

This company should be shut down its very unorganized. I received a date that they will drop off my package, and they didn't drop my package on the date. Normally when a Package is being drop and there's no one to receive they take the package back to the post office and leave a note on the door on how you can retrieved your package back. I've called both company's no answer no email NOTHING asked can they resend my items Never got a reply on why.

Waiting on two separate orders, both have been delayed 30 minutes from my house. The one has been loaded on the truck and "out for delivery" four different times. Awful!

THIS SHIPPING SERVICE IS DAM LOUSY, ORDERS GETTING LOST OR TAKEN BY THEM, SOMETINES SELLERS SEND OUT ORDERS IN DIFFERENT PACKAGING, YOU MIGHT GET LUCKY TO RECEIVE THE 1ST PACKAGE BUT THE LAST PACKAGE NEVER GETS DELIVERED ESPECIALLY IF ITS ONLY ONE ITEM, SO NOW WE AS CONSUMERS HAVE TO PAY OUT DAM DOUBLE OR TRIPLE TO HAVE OUR ITEMS SHIPPED THROUGH. FEDEX OR UPS WHICH IS A DAM DISGRACE, WHATS UP THEIR DRIVERS TOO BUSY SHOPPING FOR ITEMS THAT WE HAVE PAIDED FOR BUY YOUR OWN DAM ITEMS AND LEAVE ESPECIALLY MINE ALONE

Lasership was to deliver my package on Thursday... It is now Monday and no package. I called in and received nothing but attitude from the girl I spoke with. I have no idea how this company is A rated when there are so many complaints. The website Comparably has them rated F which is more appropriate. I needed this package for an out of town trip that i am now home from. Had to spend over $100 a second time to have them for my trip. This company has a horrible culture and even worse reputation.

Whoever does the delivery hiring for this company should be fired, I can't believe these big reputable company's like Walmart and Amazon use these morons consistently. They have no regard for the customer, I live in a public building and 9 out of 10 deliveries they just throw my package at the front door, not to mention I live on the 1st floor and my door is the first door you see coming in the building. Amazon has replaced so many packages you would think that would make them take light of the drivers they are hiring. They also always lie and say delivery attempted when NO ONE came near the building. I became so disgusted that it made me not order on-line as much because these managers of the companies are

I ordered from Amazon through prime. And 3 days straight they said delivery attempt. I gave a bell # and my phone number to contact me if they have an issue entering the building. None of this was done! I was home during the times they said delivery was attempted. They're workers are lazy and incompetent. Called Amazon and requested not to use them. Unfortunately can't remove them as an option, but they was regulated as a last option. Worst delivery service ever! I wish I can do no stars or a half a star.

Get a text message from LaserShip that they need further info to deliver my package. Never stated what further info they needed. A 1st grader would know how to find a suite number! They never called etc. I called into their customer service number, waited about 15 min before being able to speak to a human being. Then that person left me on hold for over 40 plus min. You get better service with the IRS. How do you have a delivery company and their workers can't find a building or are too lazy to call the customer? How does a business with over 1k reviews have a rating as low as a 1.5 star? No company or self employed person should work with this horrible company! Had to call in and cancel the shipment.

Maeked as delivered however never delivered. My ring canera prooves no attempt was made. Stole $100 worth of clothing, customer service is nonexistant. I will no longer buy anything from sites who use this delivery service

No pros that I can think of but many cons. Delivery is slower than another provider. My package was thrown over our fence down onto our patio and landed about 10 ft. From the door. The expected deliver date was changed several times and then totally deleted. Not our first experience with them.

Placed an order with KohI received two of the items that were delivered by FedEx but the other two were by this Ladership never got it and ordered something from Old Navy and it's with the laser ship haven't gotten it never received it had to call to call oldnavy and call Kohl's and get it replaced and asked to please not use LaserShip as a courier!

I just wanted to take the time to write a review for this company. I noticed there were very, very bad reviews and this made me afraid when I saw that an online company I've been working with for over a year decided to ship my package through them. I called the online company that shipped my product and expressed my concerns. The company was willing to reship my package if anything went wrong with LaserShip's delivery (as most of these reviews talk about).

I literally had nothing to worry about. Lasership not only delivered my package in a timely manner, but they also sent me text messages of its progress every step of the way (I signed up to receive this). The only reason why I did not leave 5 stars was that for about two days their website was stating that they did not have the package and that they were still waiting to receive it from the online company. This is what initially caused my concerns. By the third day, I received the text that my package was out for delivery. No worries from there.

Worst delivery company ever, they claimed to have delivered my package at 8: pm and left at my front door, I was home all day and night and nobody ever showed up. They are a bunch of thieves, and they lie. Stay away from those $#*!s, you will loose your money and your package! $#*! Lasership

Ever time they have to deliver my packages after 8pm. I receive a msg stating they were unable to deliver and each time I've been home and even in front of my building. Amazon can't guarantee next day with these types of delivery services lying the way they do.
