Every time I order something and realize it's lashership delivering my package I get worried due to all the negative reviews but I must say somehow they are the only delivery service that has gotten my packages to me everytime. Right now I still have 3 packages "missing" after being shipped using another shipping company. Also I got my package within 3 days even though I paid for 7 day shipping.

I wish I could do a zero star. Horrible customer service. The delivery man threw my package about 15 feet to my doorstep. The picture of the delivery is where he threw it from. He then proceeded to do a U-turn on my street and drove over my front lawn. All of this was caught on video. At one point all four tires were on my front lawn. I called customer service to file a complain and then sent a message. Never heard back from them.

I, like many others, have been a victim of this company. I ordered an item off Michaels.com and for whatever reason they shipped it via LaserShip. After a week of it sitting in the "Order Created" phase I decided to look into the company. And oh boy, this company is the biggest hot mess I've ever seen. I contacted LaserShip's support and got a blanket "we never received the item, contact the seller" response (was expecting that). So then I contacted Michaels support. And surprise, surprise they sent the item out yet LaserShip is saying they don't have it. This company steals and screws people over. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This is the worst delivery company ever seen, suggest not to use this route for future deliveries, leave a note after making the purchase online, DO NOT SEND BY LASERSHIP DELIVERY COMPANY

Drivers leave packages nowhere near my house, then claim they were left "at the front door." Have complained to multiple businesses who use Lasership and this behavior never changes. I have tried to complain to Lasership and get a canned response. I have never had such terrible delivery service. Lasership has no business delivering goods to anyone.

Shipment was attempted delivery supposedly twice but neither time did the carrier appear on the cameras at my home. I called to inquire about the status and the rep described my home from Google maps from SEVERAL years ago. When the delivery confirmation was made still cameras detected no delivery person and still no package. Now I will never purchase from another company that uses this vendor and I have to go through the trouble of a credit card dispute with my bank.

Literally the worst company to deal with, Customer service is a joke, it is like dealing with babies, they hang up, end the chats and give the most horrible attitude, and they get irritated when they get called out for that. Apart from it, they never rang my doorbell and straight up lied saying that I refused to receive the package, when I wasn't even at home, and no explanation could be offered. Thieves! I am so enraged I am even creating an account on this site just to vent

HORRIBLE. NEVER DELIVERS YOUR TO YOU ORDER, ALWAYS CLAIMED THEY DID. BEST THEY DO IS LEAVE IN PUBLIC VESTIBULE WHERE IT CAN BE SWIPED

This is the worst delivery service ever! They keep sending my packages back to the original distribution center that it came from instead of forwarding it to where it's supposed to go. They obviously hire people that can't read or follow simple instructions. They always leave it in the wrong place when they do manage to get it here. Must be cheap for businesses to use I guess. You get what you pay for.

This is the second time within a month that they have failed to deliver an Ulta.com package. Ulta did the right thing and gave me a $30 gift card to replace the bonus items that were no longer available on the first lost shipment.
But two weeks later, for the second shipment, lasership pulled a new trick. "Exception. Delivery cannot be made. Business is closed"
I live in a single family home. The text message came at 10:30 pm. Obviously they are stealing these items to resell and just inserting random reasons for non delivery. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see this.
Now I have to wait the 11 days again so ulta can refund my money. And of course the different bonus items will be unavailable again. I wonder if Sephora uses lasership. I swear I will not order again from anyone who uses them. You would think these businesses would figure out that this is costing them customers!

I attempted three times to get some help on a package never delivered. They said that they see on their end that the package was delivered... I stated in the communication that not only was I home all day but that I do have a Ring bell. And I have video proof that it was not delivered. They simply told me to reach out to the company I ordered from to have it reshipped. I had to TELL them I wanted it investigate on why my package was marked delivered when it was not. They said they would but I doubt it.

I ordered 5 pairs of shoes and never received but they claimed they were delivered this is obviously a inside job EVERYBODY can not be lying MAKE PEOPLE SIGN FOR THESE PACKAGES if you are not going to take a picture of proof of delivery!

Never order anything from a store that uses this shipping service! Either your item will not be at the location where your email says it was left! That's because they don't actually leave your bag at your house at all! The drivers steal your items and probably never even go to your house. Also if your lucky you might receive an empty bag in your mailbox with no item inside because it's been ripped open and items were stolen! I cannot believe they let these thugs deliver packages. After all these complaints you'd think this company would do something about this problem, instead this shipping service is going to go completely under real quick if this keeps happening to people!

They didnt even bother to ring the bell orplace it somewhere beside the stairs were its safe. I dont like how the driver handled it worst i have ever experienced. I never missed any package from any other company. Lasership is the worst :)

Lasership delivery is by far the worst shipping service. I had a package shipped July 7th and here it is July 19th and I still have not received the package. I do not blame the delivery drivers their self because this problem strictly falls back on the main company. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this shipping service.

I ordered clothing from Mango Man and received updates on my package. The package was expected to be delivered between June 16th and 19th yet there were 0 updates on it from June 18th until June 30th. I checked the status of the order every day with no updates from Lasership on their website (the status of my order being "Arrived at LaserShip Final Servicing Facility").
On the morning of June 30th I checked the website and still no update. Later around 1, I receive an email from Mango Man saying my package was delivered. Checking my status on Lasership's website though it said it had been delivered on the 19th. The package though was loaded onto the vehicle, out for delivery, and delivered to my front door all within the time-span of 3 minutes (each event happening one minute apart).

They clearly did not deliver my package in that time frame and only retroactively booked it (or else Mangoman would have sent me an email on the 19th saying my order was delivered). I sent multiple inquiries to Lasership asking for assistance and have received no updates after the initial automated response. This company is a scam and needs to give me my package.

7/8 packages never showed up to my door. They were all statused as delivered to "Unit 1C", BUT I live in a private house. Oh and someone "signed" for them too. The retailer resent me replacements but I needed the items for a trip and the replacements won't arrive in time. Also the retailer claimed that all items were going to be send via UPS or I never would have made the purchase. I will never use this retailer again if they are using this garbage shipping service and hiding it. If you see your item was shipped with this service call the retailer and cancel it immediately and just go pick it up at the site if possible, because once Lasership gets it's hands on it your items are not arriving.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR DELIVERIES! This company is so negligent that their delivery person left my package at someone else's door, then their customer service rep told me that my package was delivered and that I have to take up any further issues with the seller. The nerve!

Every time Walmart uses them to deliver my package I get the same message every time. Delivery attempted need more information. They steal and lie and I don't think they even exist they get the merchandise and keep it. I'm reporting them to the bbb. They should not be in business they are a scam company.
