After ordering from Children's Place for Fall Outfits for my kids. I was left with no package with a delivered status from both packages shipped to me through this company. Layership is a SCAMMING shipping company. My packages still have not been received and they are not showing any progress on what happened to my orders.

Who "delivers" packages after 10:00pm? Lasership! I had to get a flashlight and walk down my driveway to get my box for fear that it would be stolen otherwise. Not cool! This delivery company is *the only one* that dumps packages on top of my plants by my mailbox or on top of my newspaper box. Laziness! Instead, UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS and Amazon deliver packages to my covered porch or to my garage door. Lasership's delivery service is terrible! I am astounded that upscale stores still use Lasership and it makes me question whether I want to continue doing business with them. Lasership is a third-class, worst delivery service!

First you can not call only text or email, second this is the 3rd time they took my package to the wrong address. They say they will try to find your package but they don't, I ask for the them to send the same carrier out to retrieve my package they didn't. And come on now it's 2023 why don't y'all take pictures to ensure that you dropped it off at the right residence…

Worst delivery ever

Leaving 2 packages on the ground in front of mail box 5 inches from the street is totally unacceptable! Be glad I did not see the lazy $#*! driver because there sure would have been a problem!

Pésimo servicio

La palabra compañía les queda grande. Nunca entregan a tiempo, pierden los paquetes, dejan los paquetes en negocios cerrados fuera de la puerta habiendo negocios al lado no son capaces de dejarlos en la tienda vecina o entregarlos al otro día. Esta compañía no la deberiade usar mas. Opté porque me entregaran en mi casa y no en mi tienda para no perder mas mis paquetes por si donde compraba usaban esta porquería de compañía y pasó exactamente lo que estaba pensando, el paquete desapareció, según el estado de la entrega dice paquete perdido. Tuve que volver a reordenar mis productos y estos no llegarán a tiempo para el día que los necesito. No se merecen ninguna estrella.

Horrible Company

Once again Lasership disappoints...My son,s package was supposedly delivered but of course he never got it.Lasership needs to go.They are the worse. I wish these companies would stop being cheap and use the regular shipping carriers like UPS and FedEx. They lucky they got one star from me.They deserve zero.

If I can give it, no stars and submit this review, I would, but unfortunately a star has to be selected This is the worst company ever. I cannot tell you how many times I have ordered something and the company utilizes laser ship. Laser ship drivers do not care about your delivery, nor do they care if it even goes to the right address. I have had numerous packages lost or delivered to the wrong address. Or the lazy driver. Throwing my package caught on camera. This company should be out of business, I do not recommend them by any means. The larger companies need to realize they're going to start losing business by trying to save money with such a. Pathetic excuse for a "shipping company" called laser ship

Lazy Delivery Driver

This is the worst delivery service EVER! You have to wait for someone to get in touch with you in order to resolve an issue. Which half the time no one does. I had specific delivery instructions to either knock or call upon delivery. The driver did neither! In fact he never even got out of his vehicle. I stood in my window recording him the entire time. In the video you'll hear a text alert. That's (Laser Ship) them saying that a delivery attempt has been made.

Everything that I order and uses this provider, is left outside of the leasing office door when the building is closed. This has resulted in lost or stolen packages having to reshipped or reordered. Then the same thing happens all over again. If you are not home when it arrives or if it is not placed in the right place, you will not receive your packages.

Had some issues
October 7, 2023

So my package was coming from Ohio to Pennsylvania got sent to chantilly Virginia facility and I was supposed to have on the 18th of September date got switched to the 20th still no tracking movement still said re route exception.

Reached out to the agent on the chat was told give it a day did that still no movement basically got told the next day package was lost if no movement asked to speak to someone they said I would get a call within 2 hours.

2 hours pass no call waited till next day still no movement during that time opening inquiries about the package kept getting closed or marked as resolved with any info.

Finally got a call from their corporate or so they say on 09/20 the dude said if it's no move within two day they will consider it lost and to reach out to seller\vendor.

Thursday 09/21 finally show's movement in New Jersey and says in route to final destination for delivery on 09/22.

09/22 finally package is out for delivery and I got it It figures my most expensive package would go through this mess ‍.

The reason for my rating is because I have received all my packages without issue sometimes early from laser ship on trac whatever they call themselves until this package.

Their customer service agents don't have a clue what's really going on and will give you a generic answer when asked about your package will say wait etc or they don't know or flat out lie had the lady jazy lie saying it's basically lost etc because she couldn't answer any of my questions.

Customer service needs to be improved

The tracking scanning sucks they only track it once it gets to a facility.

They need to track it once it leaves so it has an outbound scan so folks know their package actually left and is on the way instead of thinking it's stuck in a warehouse.

The delivery driver from the location in Montgomeryville pa that delivers to me always delivers packages without issue.

So I will still rate them 3 but things definitely need improvement.

Incompetent

Tracking initially was going to be delivered Friday. Then it was going to be early on Thursday. Then it wasn't going to be here until Saturday. Then, on Monday. Tuesday it said it was delivered on Sunday. Total incompetence and/or lazy liars and I've never even heard of this company before. I ordered shoes from Adidas. Adidas did refund after I had Lasership do their "investigation" only to be told I'd have to contact the seller, Adidas, as they did not find anything in their "investigation". I was refunded but I won't order from them again if they're going to use a shady, delivery company like that.

2 No Show Orders

My order from Kohls placed on 8/22/23 supposedly arrived at the lasership facility, less than 5 miles from my home, on 08/27/23 but never made it to me. Each time I tracked, it was expected on the date I checked it. I sent a message to lasership on 09/01/23. I got an automated response that they were checking on it. I called Kohls on 09/05/23 to say I still hadn't received my order. They sent a replacement order but once again used lasership. I got an email from both Kohls & lasership on 09/11/23 that the original order had been delivered, which it had not. The replacement order supposedly arrived at the lasership facility on 09/07/23, again the facility is less than 5 miles from my home. I contacted Kohls on 09/19/23 & they have issued me a refund

I dont understand why Amazon still use these guys or why they are still in busiess. There is ALWAYS a problem with my deliveries. Everyone need to send a request ro Amazon to stop using Lasership!

I am waiting for a package that says signed and delivered. I check the porch, no package, I check the ring, no package. I see a signature that is NOT mine. Paypal says that a signature is proof of delivery. How? It's someone elses signature and I have footage to show no delivery was made at all.

I have ordered from 2 merchants that use Lasership and both times my packages never arrived. Both times they updated with the merchant that my packages were delivered. If I find out a merchant uses Lasership I will not order from them. It's pointless I'll never receive my merchandise. I'm tired of spending hours with customer service to get a refund. Beware some merchants may not issue a refund due to their theft and negligence.

In todays world of porch theft, WHY WOULD ANYONE LEAVE A PACKEGE AT A BUISNESS THAT IS CLOSED, ON A SATURDAY, IN A BUSY AREA, ON A MAJOR STREET, IT IS JUST PLAN IGNORANT, WITHIN A HOUR THE PACKAGE WAS GONE.
I AM TELLING DSW TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER CARRIER, THEY DO NOT HAVE COMMON SENSE.
