Horrible Service

I ordered a Christmas gift for my grandson online, unfortunately the website used a company called LaserShip for the delivery. Apparently the idiot driver could not figure out that he was on the East side of town and my house is located on the west side of town. I'm assuming he got frustrated by not being able to locate my address so this genius decided the best solution was to dump my package next to a dumpster at a construction company and report it as being delivered
5 days later this wonderful woman named Jenny, that worked there saw my package and went on a mission to find me and get it to me. I am so thankful to her, her daughter and everyone at Shirley & Sons Construction Co.,Inc. Thanks again Jenny you saved Christmas.
As for LaserShip you need to hire better, train better, follow up better…

Lost Package
December 12, 2023

I placed an order Nov 30th and paid for next business day delivery. My package has been sitting at their Desoto facility since 12/3 with no movement. I reached out to this company on 12/7 after having a hard time finding contact information. You have to text them for any type of assistance, they opened an investigation and asked me to contact them back in 2 business days (instead of them following up with me) I reach back out today, 12/12 and was told to reach out again in to business days for them to open an investigation, I said no they've already done that. The rep then asked for my tracking number but provided it to me at the beginning of my chat. Was then told the item arrived facility 12/3,This package is en route to the local branch to be delivered. Once the package arrives, we will send it out with the driver. 1-2 business days. I advised I placed the same order Sunday the exact same way and my new package is out for delivery today? So that's inaccurate information. This place is a big red flag do not use them, cancel your order if your order is with these crooks.

They steal packages and mark them as delivered! I have cameras and the ring doorbell all around my house and nothing was ever delivered! They are thieves! Companies should stop using them!

Worst carriers

More like lazyship... i placed an order and lasership was supposed to "deliver" they never did. I never received a knock on the door or a slip to say they there was a delivery attempt like fedex and UPS do. I called 2times to lasership and both times was a 20 min wait on the phone. The first lady i spoke to said she would have the delivery man call on arrival. No phone call was made and again no knock on the door or slip. The 2nd time i called the guy was so rude and sarcastic. The guy said the delivery man didnt feel comfortable leaving the package but how can he say that when there was never a delivery made. The guy on the phone was blaming amazon for the message i received about the delivery attempt and why i do not have a slip. Amazon needs to stop doing business with them QUICK!

TERRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE

MY PACKAGE SAID DELIVERED AND IT WAS NOT. NOW IT SAYS THAT THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN BOTH DELIVERED AND IN TRANSIT, HOW CAN ONE PACKAGE BE IN TWO PLACES AT ONCE? ANYWAY, I REACHED OUT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT DO ANYTHING FOR ME, BASICALLY AFTER MY PACKAGE LEFT THEIR FACILITY THEY COULD NOT TELL ME WHERE IT WENT. OH, AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON I SPOKE TO, DID NOT WANT ME TO LEAVE A REVIEW. THIS CARRIER IS SUPER SKETCHY AND I ADVISE YOU TO NOT SHOP AT A SELLER WHO USES THEM AS THEIR ONLY CARRIER.

Scam

PLEASE NOTE THAT I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE LASERSHIP 1 STAR, BUT CAN'T WRITE A REVIEW WITHOUT GIVING AT LEAST 1 STAR.
After reading all the reviews on this site, I am not surprised that I too am having issues with OnTrac/Lasership. They have had my package at their facility in Montgomeryville for a week. Each day that I track the package it says that the expected delivery will be that day. I have only been able to contact the company via a text chat. They offered no answers except to say that an investigation will be opened on the facility.
I have been in touch with Vitacost to inform them of the delay of my order. They are replacing the order. I requested that they do not use OnTrac/Lasership.

I was home waiting and then I get a notice that my package is undeliverable. It's undeliverable because they don't want to deliver it. There is no one to contact? So why is Amazon using these $#*!s. Really annoying when people flat out lie? They state they will try again? Please don't. Just go out of business! The worst! Please don't use…you will regret it!

Worst ever …. Nautica

Do not order from Nautica if you live in NW NJ. They use this company who can never make to deliver. Have complained numerous times without any impact.
Have no stopped buying from Nautica as they are not flexible to change delivery company.

I'm sure we all wish we could give this company negative stars. It's also very unfortunate that when we order from our favorite companies, we don't have a choice of who they use to deliver our products.

I had placed an order that was meant to be 2nd business day express back on October 15th and still have yet to receive it (today is November 2nd). The tracking history hasn't changed since Oct 16th, but everyday the estimated delivery date changes to reflect the current day. I have contacted customer service multiple times and they keep telling me that I will receive my order in 1-2 business days, which of course hasn't happened. They also keep saying they will escalate this issue, but I doubt much is actually happening when that is said. I have no idea if/when I'll receive my order, but at this point I no longer wish to place orders with the company that I loved for fear that I'll just have to go through this again. It would be great for these companies to no longer use LaserShip after seeing how terrible they are for the loyal customers.

I love Hello Fresh, but all to often UPS overflow went to Lasership as a subcontractor and that meant my delivery would be lat or just not appear, even if it claimed it had been delivered on time. The drivers were rude, careless, and even though I loved Hello Fresh, canceling my subscription was better than ever having to depend on this "service."
