Never delivers

I know when I see LaserShip is going to deliver something, I have about a 50/50 chance of getting it. Honestly, I'm tired of it. I would rather wait a few days for USPS, or FedEx, or UPS. All of these companies actually deliver to me. LaserShip has sent my stuff to other people. The have claimed delivery only to have the item show up a day later. They are impossible to get a hold of to get this fixed so I'm here, yelling at clouds, trying to figure out how I can never do business with them.

Shoes blues

Ordered a pr of stan smith classics from ADIDAS 8. 23. 21 to be delivered to a corporate address on lower 5th ave in NYC. Item(s) were a gift for our son recently enlisted in the USAF & awaiting his call up. To date aforementioned item has NOT been delivered although they claim it has. Doesn't help that ADIDAS is palming us off to LASERSHIP so we're basically being gaslighted from BOTH parties like a tennis ball. Come to find out that this has happened numerous times before at this address(?!) $#*! another negative review noted, they are either STEALING deliveries or are way beyond the definition of incompetent. They need to be shut down rikkitik; people don't have the money to piss away like this while they s$#*! up their sleeves. Outrageous.

Always late, and sometimes they just hang it from the mail box flag. Anyone could steal my package, I wish shippers would stop using them altogether!

Adidas uses this carrier

Something is up with this company... Adidas is using them to deliver packages in NY. Got a pair of sneakers and they claimed they delivered them. No, they did not. Now, they are telling me to reach out to Adidas to address the problem, and Adidas is telling me open a claim with these people. Dissapoining Adidas is in business with this organization. I lost $160.

I ordered an expensive pair of shoes from ADIDAS worth $300. I was monitoring the tracking progress that day and saw that it was "... out for delivery." So I waited in front of my building door in Brooklyn from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. As I was looking at my phone to see the tracking... all of a sudden it stated: "DELIVERED." HOW THE HECK WAS IT DELIVERED WHEN I WAS STILL STANDING IN FRONT OF THE DOOR AND NO ONE ARRIVED?

For two months, together with my Visa card company (Chase bank) we called and asked Lasership what happened and they just put the phone down on us.

What blows my mind is that a big company like ADIDAS would use this incredibly unreliable and really badly reviewed company like Lasership.

The lousiest delivery service ever! Twice they have thrown the package on the ground next to our rural mailbox which is 1/3 mi. From our house. The first time they did it, I managed to get the package before it was stolen. The second time, not so lucky. The package was stolen! The company that sold the stolen item said it has gotten lots & lots of complaints about Lasership & plans to stop using them. Good!

The worst carrier service ever!

I ordered from Fashionnova, and this time I'm having an issue with this sorry carrier. I never heard of this company. I called and asked why it says "exception" on my tracking the representative informed me the driver could not find my address. I informed the representative I live near the entry of the subdivision on the FIRST and FRONT street. I informed the representative the driver could not find my house because there was NEVER a delivery attempt made. I can see every vehicle that comes into the subdivision. I know for a fact there was no attempt because I was home all day. He informed me to wait 48 hours so they could find my address. I even told him what vehicles are parked in my driveway. I'm not sure why they needed 48 hours to find my address when they can put it in a GPS. By providing information on both vehicles parked in my driveway that's so hard to find I thought it would help their incompetent driver. I am still waiting on my package after 48 hours! Thank goodness it is not any medical equipment that I'm in dire need of. I say this because I'm a travel nurse practitioner, so I tend to order certain supplies online for my patients/clients. As I was writing, the package was supposed to be delivered on Oct 15, but somehow the driver could not find my address. It's impossible to miss my house. All the other carriers has NEVER had issues finding my house. I look this morning and now my package is supposed to be delivered Oct 20th. It's currently Oct 18th 9:01 a.m. and the information says it's in the city where I reside supposedly it is scanned on the truck at 11:29 a.m. then back at the distribution center at 11:59 a.m. (I will add a photos). The tracking information is a LIE. The logistics first of all doesn't make sense it goes to TN, VA, NJ then back to TN the state where I reside. The company has liars and thieves working for them. I honestly think they are stealing customers packages! I do not work hard for other people to steal my things using my hard earned money! It appears this company has a reputation of being crooks. The company's repetition of poor service has become their reputation! This company does not even deserve a star that's how horrible the service is. Steer far away if you see this carrier! My daughter will probably not receive her shoes. They will probably put "delivered" like they have done with other customers. This really infuriates me! Fashionnova has lost a customer due to them using this unreliable and dishonest company.

The entry to the subdivision. As you can see an individual would be able to see all vehicles coming and going. The driver supposedly had a hard time finding my address! Yeah, okay! No delivery attempt was made! Company full of liars and thieves!
It’s 0901a.m. And the package is out for delivery 11:29 a.m. It does NOT make any sense!

I wish Lasership will go out of business and us as consumers should refuse to do business with companies that use this delivery service. Two packages were supposedly delivered at my front door. No packages anywhere in sight! Something needs to be done about this so called parcel delivery service. Not a good rating in sight from thousands of reviews and shame on the companies that choose to deal with them.

Worst Customer Service
October 14, 2021

My order was delivered to the wrong house. They even took a picture confirming the wrong house. I called that day, Oct 4th, they supposedly created an investigation and said they would get back to me. Never heard from them. After the wrong house didn't take the infant clothing to my son's house, which was only 3 houses down, I called Lasership again on Oct 14 to confirm that we still did not have it. They told me that I need to contact Carter's to let them know that Lasership screwed up and Carter's had to file the claim. In other words, I have to take time out of my schedule because of their screw-up. When I asked to speak to the Supervisor, the Rep said it's against their policy to transfer complaints to their Supervisor. I told them it was their mess up and they need to use their time to correct their error. I finally gave up and called Carter's to report that Lasership delivered my package to the wrong house. Lasership, your customer service is the worst. If you want to be on the level of a Fed Ex or a UPS, you need serious retraining and restructuring, because your development strategy is subpar at best.

So I bought from Adidas and they used them. Lasership said it was delivered but of course it was a lie. I have a Ring cam and they never showed up. Then Adidas said that because Lasership said they delivered the order it wasn't their responsibility so here I am with no package and no money! Hopefully they investigate them and their drivers because from what I see, its not uncommon from them to "delivered" the order and no package arrived.

Liver my package, but that's not why im leaving a review. I called LaserShip in Ironton, Ohio to complain that my package still had not arrived. A very nice lady named Krista took the time to go to the dock to find it. After she found it, she then wrote Rush and important on a note to let the morning driver know that my package needed to go on their route ASAP. The driver who brought my package apparently worked beyond his shift and was very nice to us. Thank you LaserShip for delivering our package

10/07/2021 LazerShip delivered my REI package containing four bike tubes and a cycling mirror to my residence. I do believe that the driver must have used the package as a wheel chock because The box and contents were flattened! This company is unreliable.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. Over the last year, they have misdelivered my packages at least a half dozen times, some never to be seen again, two of them I found. Last night again they lied. The package was supposed to be delivered by 9, and I checked at 9 - no package and the tracking says it is still out for delivery. I wake up to a text that said my package was delivered at 8:30 p.m. Meanwhile, I had been sitting near my front door watching TV so it never was delivered as they said! They lie about delivery and take no ownership of professionalism and value. If I can find a way to not ever have my packages delivered by Lasership, I will.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST
October 10, 2021

I only use lasership when Amazon sends a package with them. I've asked to not have this carrier used for my deliveries, but unfortunately that's not an option. EVERY SINGLE LASERSHIP DELIVERY IS LATE OR JUST DOESN'T SHOW UP AT ALL. I've only interacted with a few drivers and they've been rude or nasty reach time. I don't know why Amazon partners with them, but I really hope when their contract is up with Amazon that it is not renewed.

They claim they need to make the delivery by a specific date, they changed that date, and then proceeded to tell me that they needed me to verify the address after they attempted. Then I was told I should wait another 15 days. The pony express was faster than these people.

Never heard of this company before... ordered from Nike... my item showed it landed at my city warehouse on sunday... Wednesday... no delivery,,, did a google search on this company and found out they steal $#*!... called thursday and just like i expected... they lost it... yall mf'ers didnt lose sh*t... ya stole it... why Nike uses this theiving company is beyond me... if you ever buy a Nike product... NEVER BUY FROM THEIR WEBSITE. They use lasership and theyll steal your $#*!... buy your nike products from another vender... I was to late searching the reviews of this company... they are thieves... dont ever buy directly from Nike,,, youll never get your order...

My package had no updates since Sep 26,2021. My home security cameras confirms that there was no package left at my front door on the dates they added. After I contacted the retailer there was a magical update to the tracking saying on Oct 7,2021 it was delivered Sep 28. They lied. That is not what my cameras said. Do not trust this service. They are altering their tracking!

How on earth can a package be out for delivery for a week? Only Lasership can do that. I ordered an item from Staples and they ship via Lasership. I recommend that you do not order from Staples for home delivery either because they use lasership. Lasership says my item will be delivered on OCT 4. My address is perfect there is absolutely nothing wrong. My item does not get delivered. At 9 pm on OCT 4 they posted this message "We're sorry but delivery of your package has been delayed. Please continue to check your tracking for real time updates"

At 9 am on Oct 5 they posted a new message
"We need additional information to complete your delivery. Please contact us within 3 business days at the form below, select delivery instructions"

I filled out the form and advised... please leave it at my door.

On Oct 6 they updated the delivery date. "Your package will be delivered OCT 8."
Whatever you do, do not ship with Lasership. If you are a company, do not ship with lasership
LASERSHIP will put you out of business if you use them.

LASESHIP is a terrible company to ship with. DO NOT DO IT EVEN IF IT IS FREE.

The absolute worst. More than likely employees are stealing packages. No movement on a package for 10 days after arriving at the facility it the dumps of Baltimore. After I open an inquiry all of a sudden the tracking updates to "delivered". Little so they know I have a 24/7 camera recording my front door and driveway. And as you suspected there was no delivery! Shame on these corporate thugs. Probably a bunch of Nigerian scammers.
