If i could give a zero I would. Never got my parcel and cant get any communication out of them. I keep receiving these rate your experiences with Laser and I keep giving them a 0 and now I have to review them with 100 words which I dont have cause It was all explained in the first sentence

The purchasing process was simple and the freight charges reasonable.
What I do like at "smart" Laser products compared to other brands that I tried is that the WIFI-connected smart lights will retain the settings when power is turned off, they come to the same state (On/OFF, brightness, colour, mode) when power comes back on. I wish they had other smart bulb types such as GU10, smaller size for E27. Etc.

It was easy to find what I was looking for on the Lazer website, i ordered another remote for something else from another company the same day and I've no idea when it's turning up so the overall whole experience I had with Lazer Co was outstanding,I highly recommend them.
