If this company knows it will take some time to ship. Then the options for shipping and paying for quick shipping should not be an option. I paid an extra 20 for the product to be here in 4 to 6 business days. I did not receive my product until 16 days later. If I would have known it was going to be shipped regularly I would have just had regular shipping.
The picture of the item I purchased was beautiful. The product I received looked nothing like what I ordered. It looked like something an 8 year old would produce at summer camp craft time.
Bizarrely it came in a beautiful gift box. The box was nicer than the pendant.

It's a beautiful ring but two days after receiving the ring one of the stone fell out.
I reordered my ring because I lost my other one. This ring didn't look like the first one my husband ordered and I have had it for a week or so and there is already diamonds missing. I hate that I lost my first one. I fell in love with that ring. This one is definitely not the same.
