Awesome price on the ring size was perfect for my new daughter in law!
Placed an order on 7/7/23 for a ring and a necklace. No special instructions, and I paid extra money for expedited shipping. Nearly a month passed before hearing from anyone. Was told delay was due to production shortages and was reminded of the refund policy. Packaged shipped out on 8/9. Today is 8/13 with an estimated delivery date of 8/20. So much for paying almost half the price of my entire order in addition to my order to get expedited shipping. Assuming it ever actually gets delivered.
I bought many rings from them and each one is breathtaking their customer service is outstanding and I will be buying many more from them.
