Love the ring I got for my wife! It was perfect for her and she loved it!

Their customer service is the worst. The products I received were not as nice as pictures. Not up to my expectations at all! They didn't allow a return even though it was within the 30days. It was as soon as I got my order. One was a gift that I'm not going to gift any more.

I ordered two of the Aurora necklaces and they were just pictures not resin as they described. Emailed for return and refund. Had to pay for return over 18 dollars to send thru mail. Waiting for a response for the over 75 dollars I spent on the two necklaces. Four weeks has gone by so far. Will dispute thru PayPal.

I was expecting excited and very pleased when I received my pieces. They look amazing and I pl!anned to order an addtional nad to accompany what I have reqceived.

I ordered a ring set and paid approximately $140. It took so long to receive it, that I requested to send it back and get a refund. Lajerrio's response was very slow and did not address my issue. I asked for return/refund procedures. I purchased the ring set for a particular event, but it did not come in time. I purchased a replacement from another company. I just want to return it and be reimbursed. Still no response from Lajerrio.

I requested a refund. I contacted my credit card company to report I didn't receive the rings I ordered. So they opened a claim. This company ignored my multiple request for a refund. They mailed out the item. I told them I don't want it as I bought it from a more reputable company. They still mailed it out. I want my money back. Not the item! I will return it if I receive it. Don't do business with them!

This product was amazing. My wife love the size and color, quality is amazing. Love the quality.

The delivery process took longer than what he thought but everything turned out to be good.

The ring came in a little earlier than expected, which was perfect, because my husbands came in only 2 days prior to mine. It came wonderfully packaged and was very safe, going all the way from a huge box, down to the small ring box. I've been wearing it for about a week now, and I do have a small complaint. The paint is already starting to chip off in a couple small areas. As this is the ring I wear on a daily basis that is very saddening to me, because the chipping paint makes me feel as though it's just not goin to last as long as I'd hoped.

I paid an extra $25 to have my ring shipped in 3 days and still did not receive it until a month after ordering it. I asked for a refund of the $25 dollars and was told it takes time to customize the ring. I then went on Temu and saw the exact ring with the same models had for $3.48.

Beautiful ring.but shipping was a bit long.
Be prepared to wait nut overall it was a good experience.
