I was a bit skeptical but it was a beautiful ring. It looked just the picture and I'm in love.

I purchased what was supposed to be a Resin and Wood necklace with opal resin (advertised as opal, but I knew that wasn't accurate). What showed up was a printed picture of the pendant from that necklace, pasted behind some cheap plastic on a metal backer and put on a chain. There is no wood, there is no resin. None of the specs on the webpage match that necklace either. Rather, the description was stolen from another website where there ARE actualyl selling that neckace (which I have since purchased).
Also, I paid extra for expedited shipping. It was promised in 3 days + up to 7 days for processing. The item didn't show up for 24 days, and that was only becuase I was emailing customer services to stay on top of it.
When I contacted customer service to complain about the shipping not being expedited as well as the product bein counterfeit, I was offered a 20% refund. I declined this refund, as 80% of what I paid for this cheap piece of plastic is a HUGE ripoff. When I offered to return it for a full refund, I was ghosted. Customer service stopped answering me completely.
BUYER BEWARE! If the price seems like a good deal, it more than likely a good deal of junk.

They told me 7 days for shipping and took 2 weeks every time I made contact it had to be emailed which to me was unprofessional and not handled right

The only compliant I have is it took a month to get it but other than that I'm happy.

Paid for 3 day shipping after they notified me it was shipped it took 10 days to get to me

The ring. I purchased was created beautifully, and arrived in a timely manner.

It was easy and just what I asked for. Looking through the selection was easy. The box it came in was cool. It did the trick I'm engaged

They told me that it was delivered but I never received

I am not at all sure the main stone is the size stated, looks much smaller. It is a nice looking ring set and came in nice secure packaging but...there is just something about the look that isn't right.

Unfortunately it takes too long to get the merchandise. We you pay for 7 to 10 days it should be delivered in that time frame. There was no contact information or did they contact me when I asked them too. Very sad since your jewelry is beautiful.

When I received order, I thought the ring was very pretty and it fit well. In less than a week of wearing the ring, I noticed that the rhodium plating was already coming off. I am very displeased by this. The quality of the ring was not as advertised or expected. I could have gotten better quality and paid much less elsewhere. I honestly think you should replace the ring or refund my money if your quality cannot be better than the one I received.

I ordered 2 rings knowing that I would be returning one. It took a long time to receive them. Worth the wait. They are beautiful. Haven't sent the other back yet, but hopefully the return will be easy.

Never received item, contacted the email but no action

The ring was not what I expected. The ring looked like a big fake ring. However I understand the ring was fake but I just didn't realize the ring was so bulky. I didn't receive tracking info until I reached out.

I love my ring, wish it didn't take so long to receive, but worth the wait!
