All box mess up and it took long time to get to me

This ring is everything! Not too bulky, beautifully placed stones, and the Sterling silver shines so wonderfully! Protect buy!

The ring was exactly what I wanted. Just the right size and quantity showed.

They did a good job with the image I gave them, but for some reason, they wrote the word PHOTO on the back of the necklace.

It was simple yet beautiful more than i expected. WIsh shipping was a little faster but it was worth the wait.

I took a chance and ordered a new ring from a company I had never ordered from, and it was a complete success! From the time I ordered, through the constant shipping updates, to arrival everything was seamless. Questions I had were promptly answered by customer service. The ring is beautiful, and I've already ordered another ring.

Shipping (free) took longer than myself being the impatient person that I am. But as everything happened the sites were always updated. Very happy with my order! Love my ring and my mom got it to were both very happy!

Need to exchange the earrings. They are to big. Called customer service and left a message.

I have gotten sooo many compliments on this ring. It is beautiful! The shine, the cut, all perfect.

I received an email shortly after order two items telling me that one of them was out of stock (even though it was clearly listed on the website as available and was purchasable). They asked me if I wanted to exchange it for something else and I said no. However, because I didn't explicitly ask them for a refund, they assumed my order was in limbo. They neither communicated with me again nor shipped my other order item out for weeks. Finally, when I realized my order had not been processed, I asked them to cancel the entire thing because I was becoming wary of the company. Then customer service finally resumed communication with me to ask if i wanted a refund for the first item. Yes, of course I wanted a refund! That should have been clear when I declined an exchange. Annoyed, I again requested that they please cancel the entire order. At this point, they hastily informed me that they couldn't cancel the order because the first item had already been shipped (according to the order status, it hadn't been). About an hour later I received a notification that the item had been shipped. So, they could have canceled my order, but didn't. When the item arrived, the quality was subpar. The item looks mass-manufactured and not at all like fine jewelry. Oh well, my mistake for ordering from an unknown company. Buyer beware.
