I saw on there site that they had free socks. So of course I wanted to get them. When I went to checkout it was charging me with a large parcel item costing 9 dollars. So I was confused thinking that socks aren't a large item. I thought they made a mistake. So I went to their Instagram to ask why this was happening. And they replied to me in a very rude way saying that I can't get it for completely free (as I already knew that). They told me that small item shipments cost 9 dollars and so on. So I told them that they should relable the shipping on their site ( because mine said large item 9 dollars). They told me NOT TO BUY FROM THEM IF I DON'T LIKE IT. Like come on how rude can this company be. And then they started blasting me on their Instagram saying how I'm a cheapskate and how I'm attacking them and being a hater. I wrote back to them saying that I didnt mean to be rude and explained my situation again. I got no response.
I will never ever buy from this site. They are completely rude and don't have a good customer service. They ended up blocking me and deleted my comments from that post because I commented this link " kokoissues.tumblr.com " how pathetic are these people. I would've given them 0 Stars if I could.
I ordered a t-shirt and a skirt about year ago and I got the t-shirt but I never got my skirt. I have sent many emails to them but they didn`t care. They eventually told me to stop sending emails. I will never buy anything from Kokopiecoco and I definitely don`t recommend anyone to do so!
I see a lot of negative reviews for KokoPie but I think it's worth noting that not many people feel the need to write a review of their order was successful. I was quite worried about buying from this company because of the negative reviews about it, but I ordered anyway and it was actually fine. It came within a reasonable time, no damages, they fit and the items were as described. But I do think that if they hadn't fit, it'd be difficult to return/exchange - so I recommend making sure that you really really want what you're about to order and try and be as honest with yourself as you can about the right sizing. Overall I'd probably buy again.
I was so excited to order some clothes through kokopieshop after following them on Instagram for a while. I had the impression that they were a reputable company with high quality clothing and it's based in the U.S. and so I didn't feel worried about buying from them. I ordered about six items, and of course, they forget to send me the one item I wanted the most- a sheer jacket. So, I emailed them telling them that I received my package and that the order slip listed my missing jacket on it. They replied to me a day later asking for me to send a picture of my order slip, which I proceeded to do. It's been four days and I haven't heard a thing since then. I've sent out two more emails in attempt to get some contact but still nothing. I am very much disappointed by this experience, as I was hopeful that kokopieshop would be as good as it looked (especially for the high prices!). But for a company that claims it is "high quality", its customer service is horrendous. I would not reccomend buying from them at all.
I made my order 10 days ago for 6 items and just got my clothes in today. Many people were saying that they wouldn't get some of their clothes but I got everything and they were also very nicely packed in seperate zip lock bag type things with their logo on it. None of the sizes or anything had gotten mixed up and my tracking number was legit aswell. For me the expierence was great and I will order again from the store but if you're really concerned from other reviews, maybe order something very small to test if it will come in for you before getting a big order worth $100 dollars :) hope I helped!
I wanted to add this to the rest of my review: I followed up on the missing tights from my order, they said they wouldn't just send them out despite it being an oversight on their part but would give store credit/refund, but I offered to cover shipping costs because I did really want them still. They sent me a link to pay for shipping costs, which added any additional $20USD because it added additional USPS shipping but they said they'd refund if I paid, I asked for a store credit instead, figuring it would be easier. The store credit goes through a site called Shopify, which you need to have a business acct to use and I don't have a login, so tried paying for the shipping costs again and ask for the refund on the extra, site wouldn't process my cc payment now.
It sucks because I still do want the tights but the backing and forthing is a pain in the $#*! considering I didn't mess up the order in the first place and was trying to be accommodating. I still like the items I did receive but man is their CSR process... something smh
I ordered nearly $200 worth of clothing, jewelry, and phone cases last year for Christmas. About 25% of my order was missing and I took myself over to Instagram to message the seller, no response. It took a few weeks to get a response over email and all that was said was "our products are shipped from our team in China and it is unclear if it has been shipped at the moment." It sucks that ABOUT 7 MONTHS LATER, there is no sign of my items and they never will come.
My 14 year old daughter saved her pocket money for 6 months and bought a rucksack upon which the zip subsequently broke

I ordered 4 items, a button, some patches, one pin, and a backpack. I waited about one week and my package arrived WITH ONLY THE CHEAPER ITEMS. I emailed them many times about where my other item was (the backpack) they sent me BS emails that it would come in 3 weeks. Welp its been 3 weeks and still no backpack. I've asked them many questions, and they are very sneaky. PLEASE stay away. Before ever ordering I read the reviews, and regardless of how bad they were I went ahead and ordered anyways BIGGEST MISTAKE. Please don't waste your time or money. They steal, and their address isn't even legit. WORST FRAUD EVER. God Bless. :)
I've ordered some items and we've contacted by email several times but they just told me to wait and after a while they stop sending. They just disappeared, horrible service and communication skills are bad. SCAM! Took my money and didn't even give me my item. Your Shop sucks
I ordered the monthly deal outfit and a collar from this store, to Australia. The delivery was surprisingly fast, and the items were amazing quality and flattering fit. I would definitely shop here again
I ordered two defective items from this shop at $5 apiece, jacket and skirt. They only sent a jacket, non-defective, without telling me they were going to do so, so they wouldn't have to refund me for the skirt (since the non-defective jacket was worth more). I order some items in November 2016, now is march 2017 and I still haven't received my order.
They are incapable to solve the situation and I've asked my money back and they also don't want to refund me.

I ordered a pair of boots from KokoPie back on Black Friday, with intensions of having them come in time for a festival I was going to in mid December.
About two weeks after placing the order, I received an e-mail from the company with a fake tracking number in it, I continued to patiently wait over the days to see if it would be shipped. I sent several e-mails, all of which were ignored.
THREE months later, I still had not received my boots. I decided to call my bank and have a chargeback made on my behalf for the money I wasted. Coincidentally, two days after contacting my bank and having them contact KokoPie, my boots showed up in the mail.
KokoPie then sent me an e-mail yesterday, accusing me of having taken my money back even though they have "proof" that my boots were shipped and delivered. They also threatened me, telling me I better send the money back and that they submitted evidence to the bank that I "lied". I find it very suspicious that the package came three months later only after I had my bank get involved.
Needless to say, I am not giving them my money back, my package should have been delivered ages ago.
DO NOT purchase from this company by any means! Nothing but scammers.
I spent 2 days just considering if it was worth the risk after seeing the bad reviews, I decided to go against my better judgement and order. I am VERY happy with ALL of the products I recieved. I ordered all the skirts in xl, and I am a pretty average sized 22 year old. (5"7 and 150 lbs). VERY happy
I was a bit afraid of ordering due to a number of complaints and accusation of the company being a scam. I bought a pink baseball jacket and a ramen patch through first class shipping. However, the price for the items + shipping was double expensive in comparison to their price written on the website. I'm just thankful that after many times I questioned Kokopie's intention, I still received my order!
Ordered a dress and a skirt from this site. Received the dress and the packing slip said the skirt would ship separately. I emailed them a week later asking when I would receive the skirt. They responded asking me for my packing slip. I told them I threw it away when I received the dress and I'm pretty sure they thought I was lying. I don't understand how they don't keep track of things like this on their end. Terrible terrible customer service. They said they would ship the skirt again (they didn't send it the first time) and waited a week and did not see anything in my email about the skirt being actually sent. I ended up finding the packing slip and emailed the photo to them. They ended up refunding me a week later.

It has been over 2 months and I have still not received my item. They sent me a fake tracking number on December 28th and told me that the item has been shipped. That tracking number is still sitting there and still says that nothing has ever been sent to them in order to ship it. They are nothing but Crooks they will steal your money and they will not send you anything or if they do send you anything it will be very cheap quality crap. Buyer beware!

If I ever get a reply from them. I have sent aroud 15 emails asking for someone to take care of the case and provide me with a refund and they have sent the same email 3 times saying that they can provide full credit on the store but not full refund... Are you serious?!
Customer service is poor and if I could give this site 0 starts that's how much I would give them as they are really shi$$y in all aspects.
I'm literally quite shocked with this company. They have all the time to post on their social media outlets about how great their products are and flaunt sales and US shipping, yet they have no time to respond to their customers. And if they do, they're evasive, defensive, and down right hostile! I bought my friend a hoodie nearly two months ago for Christmas and now it's January and it has yet to come. One response to an email only to say that they had shipped the item. Well where is it?! I'm out 60$ and now they have my address and card information, I'm absolutely mortified. To be a US based company, they're treating us as if they were an overseas shop. PLEASE research before you buy. Their website has no place for reviews, big no no. Just because they have models and crazy good social media outlets doesn't mean they're a good store. And from what ive heard from instagrammers and bloggers, they mistreat their models too. Watch out.

Answer: They held a survey' on instagram. You had to DM the owner with a picture of one of their items, they would as you questions and you would get a free gift. After the questions, which were about quality, shipping ect, there was no free gift. If you left a review on this site you had a CHANCE to win a free gift.
