Ive stanned kokopie for years and I still like the store. I have many things from them and I think they make good quality clothing. My only problems are the shipping can kinda expensive and I got a backpack that tore a bit due to the weight of my books.
Ive bought items from this company twice and had great experiences! I live in the U.S. and the clothes arrived within a week. Shipping can be a little pricey. However, people need to understand mailing items does cost money. When you buy from this store you are paying for quality so in the end i think its worth it. Also, the ethics behind this company is amazing! The designer is wonderful and kind. The picture below is of the first order i ever made with this company 2 years ago. I've ordered two separate times from KokoPie, once a shirt and a sheer jacket. I'm pretty cheap so I only buy clearance stuff.
But my items came in after a week and they were in a cute branded bag, shipped from a US location. The sizes are pretty spot on and the shirt I bought is definitely one of my favorites. It's a soft cotton t shirt, and it's held up in the wash really well.
I haven't had any problems with their stuff, and they usually give out shipping promo codes so overall my experience has been positive! I never had a problem with my order or with their Instagram/customer service
I bought a skirt, backpack and socks from this site and love all of them! The skirt is way thicker than expected, and the backpack has so many compartments, the quality was just way beyond what I expected. I got the skirt on promotion so it was free, and they do promotions all the time making the products great value for money! Which makes up for the shipping costs to Australia which are a tad expensive.
This shop is amazing their designs are beautiful and the products are really well made. Shipping wasn't expensive and it arrived pretty quickly. I got the black book bag with the sunflowers on it and i use it everyday with heavy books and all and it still looks perfect.

Clothes are beautiful, and for everyone (you may not love every item but I'm sure there is something that suits you, they have everything!). They have a great quality too, don't loose color intensity and materials are very good.

Some clothes may be a bit overpriced and most students (like me) can't afford the real price + shipping, but they always have items on sale, and they offer lower prices many times a year, so if you really love an item and have a little patience you can get it really well priced! The shipping may be a bit expensive too, but it's not too expensive, and it's something we can understand, I'm sure they are working on it! (also if you compare it to stores like Hott*pic or so, that ask you 100$ for shipping, its really good)
I'm sorry people had bad experiences with KokoPie, but they have always treated me really well, and I'm sure if they gave them another opportunity they will see how good they are.
The quality is incredible and shipping is the same as most online sites that aren't Amazon. Sometimes things can get messed up but the customer service is always incredible and ready to help.

I bought a pack with a skirt and a t-shirt. I was really happy with it. The fabric of the skirt is really good and look so pretty. The customer service is great too. I asked to make it send fast around independence day and they shipped really fast. I would recommend
Kokopie is one of my favourites places to purchase clothing online because of how unique their clothing is. It's always amazing quality and from my experience is very true to size more often than not. Their customer service is very responsive and helpful, i don't have to wait more than a day to receive a reply. The only problem i have experienced is that preorder items often take longer to ship than what it says on the product page. But that's really my only complaint!
I have ordered from Kokopie many times, with few problems. Everytime there was a problem, customer service was very nice and quick to help. Kokopie has very good quality clothing and such a wide variety of clothing styles. I only wish the shipping was cheaper. Overall: a great company :)
