BUYERS BEWARE

I ordered a phone case and backpack but only the phone case came. This backpack was 54 dollars and the phone case included made it about 60 dollars in total. Total ripoff! Please be careful when ordering from these kinds of websites. They totally just took like 60 dollars from my card and never gave me what I ordered.

Stay Away

First time ordering from them. With an address locate in the USA you think that shipping would be quick! Not the case at all.

We ordered a backpack at the end of July. They got paid for the item. Now. Here it is almost a month later with school about to start and No backpack. No current tracking info. NO response from customer service on what the heck is going on.

They stole are $ and gave us NO explainstion. Buyers stay away.

US Kokopie Review

I have ordered from Kokopiecoco multiple times, I think I've ordered two sweaters and a backpack all separately. I received the backpack on time, I use it regularly and it's held up well. The other sweater I ordered showed up on a timely basis, and it was good quality. I had an issue once with the last sweater I ordered, I think a month elapsed since the order was confirmed and nothing had changed on the tracking website. I contacted the store and told them what happened and they made sure they shipped the sweater, and I also got an additional duplicate of it in the mail layer that same week (I don't know how that happened haha) but anyways, I would order from them again.

I ordered my daughter a backpack a month a go, plenty of time before school started and it is showing it has not sent out yet! I contacted the company and they said it would ship out on "Wednesday". Well a couple of Wednesdays have come and gone and no backpack and it is still showing that it hasn't been shipped out! Not only did I waste 40.00 on this backpack, I had to buy her another one to start school with! Another thing is... underneath the picture of the backpack it said the price was 29.99, when I went to check out it was 40.00! She really wanted it so I reluctantly ordered it anyway, I am calling my bank today to try to get the charges reversed as well as the BBB! This company is not a good one to do business with, on top of everything else they were very rude to me just because I had the nerve to ask where my backpack was! Please do your self a favor and do not order from this rude, shady company!

This website is terrible. I ordered a backpack a month ago and it never came in. I spent 45$ on this backpack for nothing thanks to this website. It says shipping takes a week?! Lies.

I ordered a jacket from them - along with other things - in december and in late may i realized that i never received the jacket. I reached out to them just simply telling them what had happened&they promised to refund me along with sending me clips to model for them. I gave them all my information, and now in late july i have still heard/recieved nothing. Not the best website to do business with despite their cute items-which you can find many of on other websites for quite a bit less. 1/5 stars

Terrible website. I love their clothing and shoes and I was very excited to order from them. I ordered boots on 5/15/16 and still nothing. I asked them and they said "either wait or cancel" and said shoes were still in China although it said it would take a month. It has been over it

I'm reading reviews of the store on here and I'm noticing a lot of bad reviews from UK customers. Is there anyone who lives in the US who has also had customer service issues or buying something and not receiving it? It sounds like not a lot of people in the US have many difficulties but customers from the UK have more. Would anyone happen to have evidence of this?

As a UK customer i was eager to buy items from this store but was not willing to pay $20 to ship an order. I waited for until a free shipping promotional offer and bought 7 items, only to find that after the package came a over a week late, the holographic phone case was just a gel case with a holographic paper in it (which they should have stated on their website as I was expecting the gel material to have the holographic effect), the tattoo choker i ordered was twisted up and would look bad if worn, and the priciest t shirt i ordered was completely missing.
On the bright side, the two shirts i did receive were excellent and the right size, great quality. Original pricing was a bit insane by on sale i'd say it's worth it. The cry baby phone case was cheap but good quality, but i am a bit cautious of the plastic top one day breaking off. I'd also ordered two skirts and some chokers from them previously which convinced me the shipping and goods were of a brilliant standard. Just don't know why there are so many little issues this time around.
Update- the company didn't respond to my email, but i got nearly instant responses to DMs and complaint comments i left on Instagram. They'd told me that the shirt i paid for was a preorder (but this wasn't mentioned AT ALL in initially given shipping info), so hopefully my item shall arrive soon. Just a bit strange.

The clothes seem nice but I wasn't so lucky with the shipping and customer support. I ordered 2 shirts in January and it still didn't come for a month. So ok, I figured they were busy, although it says that shipping takes a week. So, I send them a email and they said that they would reship it the next day... It is now May 9th and I tried to contact them. Sadly, I trusted them and never got my clothes. I was really excited to get my package... They have been ignoring my emails now aswell sigh :( This store has real clothes (I think) but bad customer service (unless they're plotting against me) It's good too know that other people had similar experiences like me:(

This company is terrible. I made an order for a dress and duffle bag at the end March, the total came out to 89$. A day later i received a tracking number for the duffel bag but not the dress, I watched the tracking number everyday after and it did not move from where it came from. A week later i got an email saying that my duffel bag was not available and they would send me another bag. This was not a problem for me so I agreed to it, but then I asked about my dress and they said it had a long process time so it would take four weeks. So i waited for my items to get to me, but it took almost month until I got fed up of waiting, so i sent a DM on instagram and they said they would send me a tracking number for my order and thats all they could do, but I did not get one like they said I would. They also sent me another email a day later to tell me that my bag is not available (which i knew) and that my dress not is not available, (which is what I really wanted and waited for) So now this just pisses me off because I am getting false information and just the fact that I had to contact them for this information is very unprofessional. It is now May, (a whole month later) I am getting a full refund (hopefully) and never purchasing anything from this company ever again. They spend so much time on their site and posting instagram photos that their process and customer service is spotty and sloppy.

I ordered 3 items a month ago and have only received one item. I am having difficulty even finding out how to contact the company so I am filing a complaint with my credit card carrier for the payment. Yes, they already charged my card for all the items even though the remaining 2 don't even appear to be in transit!

I ORDERED THE IPHONE 6 PLUS SAILOR MOON PHONE CASE AND RECEIVED ONE FOR THE 6. THEY WANT ME TO PAY TO RETURN IT INSTEAD OF SENDING A LABEL WITH THE CORRECT CASE. TO TOP IT OFF, THEY BLAME ME AS THE CONSUMER FOR THE MISTAKE.

UK CUSTOMERS BEWARE!

My daughter ordered a t shirt it was priced at $24.95, on their website they advise about customs fees but they don't tell you that you will also incur handling fees so the simple t shirt my daughter ordered ended up costing me $45! UK CUSTOMERS REALLY NEED TO BE AWARE OF THIS!
