I have been a loyal customer of Koko's since 2015 and I have to say her designs are so amazing! My items are still in great condition and have not been worn down. Each and every one of her designs is unique and fashionable! I bought a skirt in 2015 and it still is nicely pleated, fits well and isnt too short. The turtle necks are thick and soft, nicely woven and great for cold days. Her designs are so well crafted and impressive. My hats and beanies always fit well and the shirts don't over stretch and become baggy. I have never been disappointed with any of my purchases nor have I been with her designs. Be sure to check out the bags and skirts because they are the best quality for good price! Shipping is fair too and it comes quickly!

This company is so $#*! at showing you your shipping prices.
I originally bought a shirt which was on sale for $13.99, and the shipping was $19.50!
$19.50 FOR SHIPPING. AND THE ITEM WAS IN SALE.

IN US DOLLARS. I LIVE IN AUSTRALIA.

When you buy the item, the shipping price doesn't even come up, it only comes up AFTER you buy the item. They also don't even convert the prices, or put US' next to prices, so you just assume you don't have to convert the prices.

So a lot of people on here are probably leaving reviews cause they're angry but kokopie is ok

School was starting for me so i ordered that pink crybaby canvas bag. Honestly the shipping is way overpriced. My 19$ backpack ended up costing like 30$ instead.
The shipping said 9-19 days so i knew my backpack would come a bit late when i ordered it, that was on me. It came on exactly the 19th day.

I was realllly happy to get. The little alien packaging it came in was cute. I took it out. It didn't smell too factory. The backpack didn't have those little side-pockets that are really useful. It looked kinda dirty in that "lint-covered" way and there were a couple of loose threads but I didn't mind it? I thought this backpack would last me a long time considering all the trouble i went through?
BUT NOO

Beware that little backpack falls apart. I don't do a lot of moving. I don't move a lot (fat $#*! whoa) and im really gentle with my backpack but after the first week the pink handle at the top started to fall off, and then it did so i had to sew it back on. In threads in the front pouch have been falling out for so long and i don't know what to do. Even the threads on the backpack strap are fraying at the top? It's a cute bag but i might have to get another soon,,,

Kokopie is probably only good for buying clothes please be careful

I won a kokopie's giveaway and the prize - a lovely and warm yellow hoodie - came in a month (I'm from Italy), along with a yellow backpack I received as a present from Kokonara, the designer, because I was an intern promoter for the shop. After this positive experience, I ordered two items - two black tops - from the "free shipping" section. The package arrived in two weeks! And it was shipped from CHINA. High quality as always!

I made an account for this website SPECIFICALLY to write a review on kokopie. I have ordered from them on Black Friday of 2017, 3 items equaled to $90. I just want to point out that first of all their items are really expensive. I ordered a pair of jeans, one t shirt and one long sleeve shirt. I honestly don't think they are the highest quality that they always claim in their instagram posts. The stuff were pretty cute I guess but most of their items you can find something similar to on aliexpress and cheaper. I saw a couple of their jackets there for really cheap: a price that they're supposed to be.
The shipping takes so long. Why? Because their stuff is from China. Just like how aliexpress is. They are a small store (they even told me this through dm) but have a long way to go in terms of their clothing designs, shipping, customer service and clothing quality. All their instagram posts are "which design do you like?" Like they are original... they aren't. So don't waste your time ordering from them. Rude.
Oh btw. You don't make an account for shopping so I don't feel good about that. It's not secure.

On the 4th of December 2017 I've ordered 2 sweaters for my daughter (for a Christmas gift!), we are 2 months later and still didn't received anything. The only thing that their customer "service" is able to reply when I asked for a refund is "We can see that this order has been shipped out.(with the link of the tracking parcel) If the shipment is returned to us we will let you know.
We cannot offer a refund for orders that have been shipped out. If the order is returned to us, we can offer store credit, and or, a reshipment once the item parcel arrives, if it arrives." This is a total joke! How am I supposed to get my money back if the parcel is in transit since the beginning of december? Don't waste your time and money with them!

I ordered A TSHIRT from there, shipping is hella expensive? Charged me for a large package, like tf? It's a tshirt how is that a large parcel? Anyway I buy it at the beginning of December and money gets taken out of my account. Fast forward to January, I get suspicious so I check the tracking and it hasn't even been shipped! So I try and contact the seller, no number so i couldnt call them and they have 2 emails for some reason, so I email them both, didn't get a reply so I messaged them in insta, surprise surprise no reply, 2 weeks later i was about to go to the bank to get my money back and then I get an email saying it's been shipped and should take about 3-4 weeks and it finally arrived 2 weeks later, they didn't even apologise, their customer service is $#*!e and the store should be shut down, I'm one of the lucky ones that got their order.
The items they sell are lit af but DO NOT TRUST THEM

I've been battling them since November (It's January now) still trying to get my stuff. I received my package but it's missing a pair of shorts. They're just replying with, "we see your package has been delivered." Excuse me, but not all of what I paid for has arrived. This site isn't cheap and I made a huge mistake purchasing another two pairs of shorts because they were crazy small. Still haven't seen that package either. My goal is to either shut down this site or get my delivery like any normal company would promise.

OKAY SO. If you live in the US, youre fine to order from kokopie. If in the UK, I wouldnt reccomend it because a lot of customers in the UK have problems getting their stuff to successfully pass the border.
NOW ABOUT HOLIDAYS:
Hi Im Kali. I ordered some tights, and a skirt+shirt outfit set on November 17th. Its now 12/16 and shipping still hasnt updated since label created and a bunch of people on their instagram are having the same experience I am. I got into contact with them a while ago, and they said that shipping was delayed because of the holidays which is understandable because what store ISNT impacted by black Friday sales. Its just annoying because I thought I wouldnt have to wait this long for three items. When I click on view order from my email, on kokopies website it shows my order in PA which is why the delay is believeable. Just annoying that such a high quality shop wasnt prepared for black Friday smh gimme my $#*! rn I want it

I ordered a skirt, a choker, and a cute jumper that were cleverly packed so that they could fit in my mailbox and my order arrived on time according to the date on my tracker. Very high quality cute clothing. Though every item was shipped from a location in the US, not China. Definitely be careful using the shop, I wouldnt order items being shipped from China as a lot of people have had bad experiences and Im guessing their items came from China.

I ordered from them before, stuff was descent to passable,
The skirt I got was pretty good
The patches aren't the best and the pants with holes in the knees I bought but they look hideous in person
And it takes forever to ship
I also ordered fishnets to go with the pants
But now I've waited months without resiving my item
I'm just glad it was something small cause from what I hear they miss stuff all the time
Never shopping there again, tones of other astetic shops on instagram better worth your time

Tried to buy some socks from them and was charged for large parcel shipping. Thought it was a mistake when I tried to contact them about the mistake they denied it and said I was a cheapskate for asking about the excessive charge. Treat your customers like that and lose a sale don't shop here use reputable companies instead my money and how I spend it is up to me and you will never see another dime from me my family and friends learn how to treat people or go out of business
