I ordered a sheer rainbow jacket from Kokopie and upon trying it on found that the material used means the seams have all these little plastic-like fibres poking out that scratch and irritate skin so badly it's unwearable. Upon reporting this to Kokopie they told me that I was wrong and accused me of just not liking the item. I wanted a full refund, they told me to return the jacket and have been very hostile. Never buying from them again.

They have very good social media marketing, their posts always rave about how high quality their items are and how they ship from the US, but their customer service is horrendous. I ordered 5 items on Black Friday, have sent multiple emails, but only 2 items have arrived after more than a month's wait... how long is a phone case, beanie, and set of chokers supposed to take to make? Also, the items I received were a tshirt (normal quality) and one of their pins (very cheap quality-the plastic is coming off the design, the metal is rusty). They do not reply to emails as well. Do not trust this company.

I had ordered from them and nothing ever shipped, I contacted them multiple times but no answer. I created a chargeback and then I finally got a reply from them but at that point I just wanted my money and time back. They were very rude and accusatory towards me, and always on the defensive. It escalated to the point of where they threatened me and said they were retaining all my information for the future. Really scared. I have no idea what they might do with my info. They don't deserve to be in business.
I ordered one of their heart chokers and it is so poorly made. It won't even stay on my neck because the button snaps keep coming off. So disappointing.
Disappointed and why no phone number to call them! I ordered two items for my granddaughter for Christmas. I received one on the invoice was hand written note that the other was shipped separately. Never received shipping advice or the other item. I have emailed them five times no reply no information on the second item I paid for. Why don't they have a phone number so I can call and talk to somebody. This is no way to do business don't get sucked in. This grandma learn the hard way don't be a sucker!

I saw so many bad reviews about the shipping. Still though I couldn't help but give it a shot. I only ordered one item and the shipping was pretty expensive. I live in the USA and the order arrived just on time! It came in LESS than a WEEK. I was amazed. It came in cute packaging. The item in particular was a skirt. It came in good quality and everything! Having seen all the bad reviews I was shocked when it arrived, even quicker than my other orders from other websites. I'm definitely shopping here again, this time I'll get more stuff that's on sale! *v*
I am actually pretty shocked by the bad reviews here right now! I had a really good experience with this place. I was always wondering if this website was a scam or if it was accurate. When it was black friday, I finally decided to order: one bag, one necklace, one crop top, one skirt, socks and one jumper. After 2 weeks my order still hasn't made any progress, so I sent a mail to kokopiecoco. They told me that they had received a lot of orders due to the holidays coming so they couldn't take care of it. They were really nice and polite. One week later I received my package. Everything was in place (the accessories came in a different delivery though). The clothes perfectly fit, and the fabric used is really good. I had no complaints and was really happy with it. I will definitely order there again. Only thing I might find bad is the price, a little bit high sometimes, but it's fine because I don't order clothes really often, and they're a small team. You need to check it out!
So, I've ordered from this place twice now. The first time, I ordered one of the croptops and skirts. The shipping was like a month and a half, it was fine. Then, the skirt came before the croptop. I didn't mind it because they were sweet about it on the letter, plus the skirt was amazing quality in my opinion. The croptop came, and it was waaaay too small. The fabric stretched out to show my undergarments. I have chubby arms, so it hurt a little around my arms and was generally XS tightness for a large top. After washing it once the top once is stretched to where it was physically impossible to get the top on, it was like a toddler shirt at this point.
I've ordered a sweater and socks from this place 3 months ago. 3 MONTHS. I still haven't gotten it, and it hasn't even been shipped yet. Either that, or they don't update their tracking.
I placed an order for three items at the beginning of October. I asked for a refund on one of the items that was a "preorder" after a month had gone by, and was told I could only get store credit. I accepted and replaced with other, non-preorder, items. It is now the middle of December and I've still only received one item. This second, replacement order was placed at the beginning of the month and I still have no shipping confirmation. The one item I have is fine, but I will NEVER order anything from this company again. This is absolutely ridiculous. I've never had so many issues getting items I paid for.
I got some pink boots from here, really love the shoes but pretty dissapointed by customer service and product quality. Shipping took 2 months and I had to email them about it about 3 weeks in, they said there was an order problem so they had to 'reship it'. I got my shoes and they're nice but I've had to glue the heel back on as it bent out and broke, now this would be fine if they were cheap but when I'm paying around 100 dollars in my money (aud) to buy and get them to me I'm expecting good quality products, they haven't delivered.
If you order from Kokopie, you'll pay a $15 shipping fee for items that take an outrageous amount of time to ship. 2-5 business days? More like 2-5 months. Customer service is a joke... you may never receive your items at all, and definitely won't receive any response from them by email. I've requested a refund, but will likely have to contact my bank to have the charges removed. Don't make my mistake, read customer reviews online before doing business with this shady company.
I tried to cancel my order, but customer service didn't email me back until the day my order shipped, two weeks later. When I pay $15 in shipping, I expect it to come quick. Customer service is absolutely horrible. The items are such $#*! quality. The inseams stick out, jagged and untrimmed. They pass for walmart clothes. Waaaay too expensive. The hats arent worth $20, they arent even sewn properly and have horrible cheap buckles.
I live in the U. K. And usually the long wait is expected with USA indie stores so I'm very accepting of the month+ wait. What got me was I got charged nearly £20 for shipping initially and on top of that the Royal Mail are asking for £15 to even collect the item and take it home. This is absolutely outrageous! They didn't pay the fees to send it to me so now I have to pay the fees. For a second time. I'm in two minds whether or not to just Jib it off and ask for the money back or to actually collect it cause I really do want the item. Overall this is an absolutely appalling service. Never had anything like this happen with online shopping and it's disgusting.
Contacted this company after ordering a special they had run for a t-shirt get a hat free. Got the t-shirt, never received the hat. I emailed them and after a week they responded with 'you didn't order a hat'. I have an email and order confirmation clearly stating the shirt and free hat. After reading the reviews here I think it's time to contact the Better Business Bureau and notify them of this fraud, misleading advertising and outright overcharging. Hope they do something about it and in the meantime. Don't order from this company!

No where on their website does it say that the item is preorder, it just says the processing and shipping time and it's been more than a month. Overall this site is just a pain to work with and there's no way in knowing when exactly your order is going to come in
I ordered a dress, a sweater, and a t shirt from here last year for Christmas. It too me TWO MONTHS just to ship from Philadelphia to my house which is only an hour away? When I finally got the package only the dress came in, not the sweater and the t shirt, and the dress was very cheap and wasn't even from the actual company itself. Then recently this year I ordered an I phone 6 s plus case and that also took two months to arrive and guess what? They messed up the order too! The case was the style I wanted but not for the right phone size. I also emailed them twice, one asking why it hasn't arrived yet and the other about getting the wrong phone case, and they never responded back.

Answer: They held a survey' on instagram. You had to DM the owner with a picture of one of their items, they would as you questions and you would get a free gift. After the questions, which were about quality, shipping ect, there was no free gift. If you left a review on this site you had a CHANCE to win a free gift.
