This was my first time ordering a physical textbook, and Knetbooks made it easy. I'm grateful for the service they provide, and should I need more textbooks in the future, I'm happy to do business with them again.

The process has been incredibly smooth so far and the book was in fantastic condition.

Although I received my textbook, the clear wrap that it was sent in was shredded, and there's a sticker on the front that says it will not be returnable if the wrapping is ruined, so I'm not quite sure what to do. Other than that, came in a timely manner and book itself doesn't look too damaged.

I never received an email alerting me that the book was delivered. On top of that, I received emails every other day regarding "hey, did you forget to order this book, use this coupon". So I was very concerned that my order did not go through or what was going on. I was tracking it online but the movement was sketchy and this was the first time I was sending a rented book to my daughters college. I've use Knetbooks in the past for my son and transactions were flawless. This time was not.

There were no issues and everything was worked our smoothly.

These books were very easy to order, and I had confidence in the pricing and delivery time for my order: six new books for purchase. However, when I received the products, which were paperback, and opened the box, I saw that they were not packed with care. During shipment, these books were loosely moving and were not secured with bubble wrap or filler material, causing some of the covers to be damaged with folds and bends. I am thankful for Knetbooks' affordable rental and purchasing services, but perhaps some service costs are saved in shipping shortcuts. I can understand how some rentals could be in worse condition after shipping without it being the fault of the customer.

The package arrived in decent fashion. It was suspicious at first, but it contained the textbook I was looking for wrapped around a rubber band.

Easy to order. Came quickly. Price was great. I woukd definitely order from here again if additional book are needed in the future for my daughter.

I never received the book and that even after I paid extra for one day shipping. I cancelled the order and requested a full refund.
