Received two books in a timely manner, but the Complex Litigation book did not ship at the same time and came later than the rest of the books.

I had no issues whatsoever. My book arrived right on time. The item was in perfect condition and the online code was usable and not scratched off whatsoever.

It took quite a while to receive the book. Three were no shipping updates during the 10 days it took to get the book.

Might use y'all again but you're a bit expensive. Insisting I use at least 50 characters in a review is silly, also.

I found the specific book I needed for a college course, and found the cheapest option here! Quick delivery, and the book was in good quality.

Entering Freshman year of college, I was hoping I could find a pdf of this textbook. I couldn't, and maybe waited too long to order a real copy. I ordered a little too close to move in day, and was worried it wasn't going to be shipped in time for my first economics class. However, the speed of shipping blew that date out of the water, arriving only a few days after my order. Saved me a headache, that's for sure, if only the textbooks I found out I missed would ship as fast.

It took almost 2 weeks to receive this order. I didn't like waiting that long compared to other textbook rental companies.

Never received the product I purchased and your company did not appear interested in fixing the situation.
