As always great service. The site search could use improvement. I have better luck searching for parts on Google and following the lead to your site. I can search a part on the Kleen Rite site with no luck. Search Google and the part comes up with a listing on Kleen Rite.
THERE IS NOTHING TO SAY. IT WORKED THE WAY IT SUPPOSED TO. I CALLED ORDERED MY PARTS. RECEIVED MY PARTS IN COUPLE DAYS. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT AND WORKED THE WAY IT WAS SUPPOSE TO.
Ordered all new vacuums, coin mechs and card readers. Vacs came from supplier but nothing can connect without hundreds in new parts that i had i call supplier to ask about. Kleen Rite support was not helpful.
Not great for color options being unclear
I have not received my first item which was a coordinator for crypto pay. But ordering it was so easy the gentleman on the phone was wonderful helpful knowledgeable. I will order from you again.

This is my first carwash -- even though it was easy to find everything -- I was nervous about making sure I had everything I needed. I called customer service, they were very helpful (even giving me exact part numbers) and then they directed me back to the website to place the order, so that I could set up my rewards account. They even gave me the phone number to call CryptoPay and get my account set up there. Seamless transaction -- very helpful and friendly staff. Thank you!

Every time I call the 1-800 number I get great customer service. Every time I go into the Grand Prairie branch to pick up an order, I get very poor customer service. Everyone there hates their job and it's obvious.
A HOSE IN THE ORDERED LAST ORDER, THE END BLEW OFF AS SOON AS WE TURNED THE WASHER ON. FAULTY PRODUCTS, IF I HAVE THIS EXPERINCE AGAIN IT WILL BE MY LAST ORDER. NOT SURE HOW YOUR POLICY IS BUT SHIPPING IS TO EXPENSIVE TO SEND BACK. Site is easy to maneuver and order from. Customer service has been great anytime they have been needed. That said can we stop the pop up after every single order placed? I drop ship multiple orders per day and I don't want to be asked every time I place an order how was my experience. Can this be set to once a week or once a month or turned off completely?
Web page store seemed very slow in loading information. Shipping options seemed to have been changed limited options on shipping.
No pictures would show up on products until I clicked on them - added to an already cumbersome experience. Checkout is slow - a lot of "thinking" with every selection

Website used to be very good, now not pictures populate and slow to pull up due to your anti virus software... Must be corrected otherwise will not use Kleenrite again.
